The gate is never working! Sometimes you have to wait a long time to be able to go inside. It’s really frustrating, specially when you come tired from work. Not enough parking space. Not peaceful at all! There is always loud music, and even though they prohibit fireworks, nobody cares. Every holiday you can hear fireworks throughout the whole night.

Very peaceful, community manager Claudia is amazing, super nice, and helpful! I dont think they take forver to fix things like the other people are saying. Theyve always fixed any issues we have had in a timely manner.

Gated community, quiet area, within walking distance to corner stores and dollar stores and schools. Friendly people.

They know about your car the first time you take it to them. They do quality work.

Well i guess its good... but they take forever to fix something its been about 2 months and they still havent fix the floor (they got holes)

Its peaceful and clean for the most part... But if your home needs something they take forever to fix any problems!

They still havent fixed that hole in the fence and 2 mobile homes that are exposed FIX IT been there since june HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE

The office lady and the management company are the worst they dont fix anything people have holes in their floors roofs caving in the manager and staff have poisoned peoples pets and stray dogs when they are not wanted but let people have huge pitbulls that pray on smaller dogs.

Over secured gate, parking is annoying.
