Such a fun place! All of the staff is super helpful and will take pictures for you! The props are so much fun! My group got there late due to traffic and parking and they still let us go through! There were so many fun rooms and places to take pictures!

Great customer service. Only one other family was here when I came on a Thursday. Recommend to come on a weekday if you don’t want to be kept waiting since there is no limit on how much time to stay in a room

Super fun! I had a good time even on my own. Starburst was excellent at going along with me and taking my pics. I highly recommend the experience. I went on a weekday in the day time and had the place to myself and felt very safe covid-wise. Theyre doing a lot to keep on cleaning. Looks like this wont be in the Galleria forever, so get after it. Would be fun w/ kids too. Was fun to go without a kiddo too, got to hog all of the fun for myself!

First time at the location in Houston and was completely blown away by the service. Dre did such a wonderful job giving my family and I insight into the rooms and the best way to enjoy them. Will def be coming back!

Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it did not disappoint. All the rooms were so fun and interactive. A BIG show out to STITCH for helping us out with giving us ideas on poses, taking pictures for us, and just being really rad. Definitely a great way to spend his birthday.

The FOMO Factory was amazing! The rooms were so colorful and beautiful! It definitely brought back childhood memories as well as made new memories! It was very safe. Everything was sanitized, cleaned, and socially distanced. Our favorite rooms were the classrooms, party room, glow in the dark room, seesaw, and neon room. We had a Sunday FUNday! The employees were wonderful and made the day spectacular!Karen and Eden

This place was great! We went on Dog day. He had never been to the Galleria before. He was not fond of the glass elevator to the 3rd floor . Had a blast with my granddog. The rooms were very colorful with lots of props to use for photos. They had water bowls set up all over. The only thing I would change is maybe put a 5 min time limit on each room. Some would stay in a room for a long time, messing up the flow of things with everyone with their dogs. I would definitely go back on a regular day as well as another Dog Day. There is a lot more rooms to take pics in other than what I included in photos.

Do not waste your time. The first time I went it was an okay experience but I was able to get cute pictures. It really comes down to your creativity. I was going to take my daughter again and then COVID-19 happened and I was assured that I could reactivate my ticket later. When I asked if there was a time frame they said no. Then I supposedly spoke to the co-owner who was so rude and said he doesn’t care. He doesn’t care that I was waiting for a call back all week after being assured my tickets would be reactivated earlier in the week and now I have 3 teen girls who were so excited to go. He didn’t care that even though this was for my daughter’s birthday and it was ruined because of something out of her control. He hung up on me and that was that. I had 6 tickets and I lost my money just like that (I didn’t even ask for all of them to be reactivated). There is no care for you while you are there and there is definitely no care for their customers. I would never be doing business with them again.I recommend the Color Factory instead the are so attentive to you and make it such an amazing experience plus you get so much more for what you pay, we left with so many treats and way better photo. They were emailed to me as soon as we left. We got so many wonderful pictures and even boomerang videos. Even if you don’t have a nice camera they have them set up in each section. Everyone loved my Color Factory pictures more than the FOMO ones.After looking at other reviews, I’m not the only one that was treaded unfairly and to come and leave a comment acting like you care about “fixing” your problem, then throwing shade and try to turn the tables saying you were overreacting and you are the problem. It so sad that you are mistreated and then you are portrayed as being the problem to begin with. We are the reason you have income, treat your customers with respect and they will come back and bring more profit.

Very fun. Love the colors and the art!!!!! Took my friend and her 6 year old and baby girl didnt want to leave. Take lots of pics. Brought me back to my childhood years. Also,Sophia The First was wonderful with showing us around and being our personal photographer. Lots of hand sanitizers and there was only one other group of 2 there offering tons of social distancing.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the FOMO Factory. We were able to take a lot of pictures with the many props and different rooms that were available. Stitch was also THE BOMB at taking our pictures and assisting us in any way. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it is definitely worth it.

My wife and I visited Houston from Salt Lake and she loved it! Every room was decorated differently and each had a different theme. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Especially Drey. She made us do a warm up game that was fun and helped us pick out funny name tags.

My best friend(25) and I(26) loved this experience and Stitch made it all the more enjoyable and memorable for us. Stitch was tentative, sociable, creative, and overall nice. Loved it.

Dre was AMAZING!!! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a big welcome. Dre helped us with taking some photos and how to get the most out the rooms, even showed us how to use the chairs in the galaxy room. Will definitely be coming back!

I have the best time with my daughter today taking pictures. This place is beautiful! So many options for pictures. This staff is so sweet they can help you come up with posing options and will help take pictures. We had an amazing time. You definitely have to go ASAP!!!

Loved this place! 17 rooms of great backgrounds for awesome Selfies/Photos... I’ve been to the FOMO factory 2 times already and would definitely go again! The staff was very friendly especially Staff member “Stitch” she recommended sooo many different poses and even suggested cute filters to use . Our pictures came out great! Be sure and check out the FOMO factory in Houston Galleria before they close on New Years Eve!

I absolutely had an amazing time at the FOMO Factory! I took my daughter for her 6th birthday and not only was it clean and safe, the Factory workers were friendly. There was one in particular, Aly, who really went above and beyond assisting me with taking pics, making pose suggestions, my 6yo even had a little accident and Aly went out of her way to help resolve it. The experience was unmatched and it is an amazing place to take the cutest pics. I would 10000% recommend!

I took my 17 year old niece here for her birthday and she loved it. Many different rooms to get a variety of different Instagram pictures.Being multiple outfits if possible !

My wife, daughter, and friend of my daughter recently visited The FOMO Factory located in the Houston Galleria. They enjoyed the opportunity to take creative and fun pictures. My wife actually rated it a 2, and my daughter rated the experience a 4. My daughter enjoyed getting great pics for her Insta account. My wife was really along for the ride.

What an awesome concept!! Was there for dog day, and the staff is super friendly, accommodating and really boost the whole experience. The theme brought me back to some of my best childhood memories- and I have awesome pics to prove it. Couldn’t recommend more!

Worst customer service! Didn’t even bother to send out an email about my appointment being canceled. I had to reach out to them on Instagram and they told me that they have clear updates on their Instagram page... Okay so what about my money... I can’t go anymore! Sending an email giving the option for refund would had been better!

Bought my girlfriend here for a date night. I was a little auspicious cause it seems pretty girly but we had a lot of fun together in the different rooms. Those space chairs are really cool and the staff are super friendly.

The FOMO factory was the greatest thing of all time! I had the best time of my life and I definitely relived my childhood and it was awesome! I would definitely come back. The people who facilitate it here are amazing and so kind. Roxy the manager is so great.

My family and I recently went to Fomo. When we arrived we were greeted by two girls in the front (they were nice) as we entered the factory. The rooms were really cute, but small. When we 1st arrivedThe first 3 rooms were unavailable two rooms were occupied by 1 Asian family who was taking professional pictures, and a Caucasian couple who was doing the same thing. (No big deal) So my family and I decided to come back to those. We started at the Homecoming/Prom Queen room. We took a few pics and then went to the shower room. We were waiting on a few friends. So my son wanted to do the ball pit since that was really the only thing that wasn’t super girly. My friend arrived and finally we were able to go into one of the rooms. We went into the locker room theme. We were barely in there 5 minutes per the time stamp from our picture. The owner came into the room and asked my friend and my family that we needed to leave because he had a large group coming in and allow others an opportunity to come in. There is no rules or time limit outside on the door or while purchasing. However my family, and I felt a way about him coming to US only to tell us we been there to long when we had to wait for the room ourselves for over 40 minutes due to the photo shoot being taken when we arrived. The owner singled my family and friends out no one else. Which cut our Fomo Factory experience very short. If I could give it a negative star I would. We were singled out and he definitely singled us (my family and friends).

Great time had by my whole family. My 4 year old couldn’t stop smiling and dancing!

Im not big into photos but my wife wanted to go and we actually had a lot of fun. It was a creative experience and the music was upbeat and an enjoyable throwback.

FOMO Factory is an awesome place to take pictures and a good place to hang with friends. I would suggest being considerate of others when attending. Overall great place!

There were so many bright rooms to explore! Great place to take pictures. Also the soundtrack is such a fun throwback.

I went to this place Sunday and this girl name sunny and this other girl with short hair was very rude and don’t not want to help me they keep walking away from me and my family y’all need to retraining them
