Unsure when they moved or closed but they are not at this location

I drove 45mins to get to this store and they were closed when the sign clearly says open. I walk in and they scream at me they are closed and I tell them the sign says till 4pm and they say I need to leave. This pic was taken at 1:39 on Sunday.... According to their hours they are only open 2 days a week and you close early on one of those days?.?
