The store is very clean and organized! Customer service was on point. Staff members were extremely helpful and kind. I loved that they helped educate on what they felt is best for our tank and not over sell a product.Other stores I have been to only want you to buy the most expensive items but here they showed us what is the best on the market, which was on the high side but also gave us options in our price range .Their welcoming personalities, has me a repeat customer. Pretty clean fish store , they have friendly staff and don’t mind to share their tricks and tips. I went looking for live food that it’s hard to find but they made a special order for me and call me when it was ready to pick up that’s the kind of service that any need when you care for your pets.

I dont know where to start with this review, because they are so many things I want to say, but Ill make it short and simple. First off Rich and his staff (family) are so welcoming and friendly with every single person they literally make you feel like family. They are so informative and helpful to accomplish your tank goals within your budge. They will make sure when you leave the store you are 100% satisfied. Second I have entered many fish stores around Houston with my kids and most store owners are more concerned about what my kids are touching than helping me. Here at Nemo and Friends is the complete opposite. When I was speaking to Rich about a tank the next thing I know my kids are being hands on helping Rich wife feeding fish and most important learning how to maintain fish (thank you so much. My kids had fun). Seriously who does that? They have great products at reasonable prices. I can go on and on but they literally go beyond customer service. Highly recommend this store Family owned and operated!!!

Came in today and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of fish and the beauty of the store. The layout was very neat, clean and organized. The staff was extremely helpful and even encouraging. I have considered getting into saltwater over the past few months and I believe this store may just make me make the switch. I believe this store will certainly be a future staple in the Houston LFS community.

THIS STORE IS AWESOME!!!!!!! Super knowledgeable on salt as well as fresh water and genuine staff. This place deserves 100 stars not just 5!You actually feel like family when you come here. I can stay talking to Yadi all day, she is very knowledgeable. I just started in the saltwater hobby and these guys helped me get started the right way. I am so thankful for Nemo & friends I knew absolutely nothing about my 250 gallon salt water tank they have saved me a lot of money by educating me on how to keep up with my fish tank, they even stayed open after closing time to help me solve some issues with my tank they go above and beyond for their customers and the location is very convenient!

Stopped by after a recommendation from a friend and I was blown away by how clean and bright everything was! All fish were very healthy, the staff was very knowledgeable about both fresh and saltwater aquariums, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful as I was browsing the store.Im happy that theres a new quality local fish store in the northwest Houston area! Came in late today. They stayed open while my son and I were there. So excited to have a real aquarium store near me not a pet store. So nice so informative. I will definitely be there for all my aquarium needs now once a week. Great place. Great service. Great people

This place needs 10 stars! Rich is very knowledgeable about aquariums. They have aquariums for great prices and have great quality choices from you to pick from. When I walked in I knew absolutely nothing about aquariums but when I left I knew a lot thanks to Rich.

First of all, the wife of this store was amazing! She helped us pick out our fish & educated us on nearly every fish in the store. She was very helpful. Beautiful energy. Very cheerful & happy. They had everything we needed. Clean establishment. The fish are healthy & beautiful. I fell in LOVE with the beta fish instantly & am going back for more! I ALSO love that it’s a family business. Such a beautiful family. We appreciated their service & they are truly kind spirited people and people like that we will always support. It was our first time here at this location & my first fish aquarium for the home. We had a great time. To the husband of the establishment, she’s a keeper! Lol she is a great representation for this company & am looking forward to our next visit. God bless you all.

I dropped in to pickup a pair of mocha storm clownfish and was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The store looks great even though its not completely open yet.The owners are really great people who love to chat about the hobby and seem to genuinely care.Despite the worst timing ever, it looks like Nemo and Friends is here to stay. I couldnt be happier to have a nice fish store on my side of town.Please go in and support these guys, the prices are really good!

When going for marine pet stores in this area its very hard to find a lfs that actually cares about the fish and the customers while keeping a low price. Rich at Nemo and Friends have overly exceeded my expectations in a fish store and will be my go to fish store for years to come. Do yourself a favor and buy your fish from here instead. The healthiest fish Ive ever had.
