Other than a little confusion with check in times, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times and it is our go to place when we’re in town. Units are a bit outdated and smell like they’ve been smoked in many years ago. Views are great and the property is very well kept. The kids loved the pool and walking along the boat dock. Very nice place located in town close to everything but with the feeling of being away from it all. Love this location.

The Wharf is always a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Beautiful scenery and right on Lake Hamilton.

I love The Wharf resort! It is a nice resort to relax. It is a home away from home(2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, balcony, and swimming pool). The view from the buildings on the water is gorgeous. There are some activities on site for the guests too.

Nice facility. Great staff. Unfortunately with all of the great things, we had rude, noisy neighbors. I recommend requesting a top floor room to avoid the elephant people. Lol

Been coming here for 30 +/- yrs now. Always feel relaxed and at home yet away from home with a gorgeous view. Very relaxing, clean, beautiful, and kid friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The pool was loved by my 10 and 8 year olds. Wish there was an adjoining bathroom for the pool, we had to keep going back to our room to be able to use the bathroom. The condos closest to the lakes were reserved for the owners, we had a 3rd floor condo behind them which afforded us a beautiful lake view. We appreciated the washer/dryer, TVs in every room and the tennis court. Downtown Hot Springs was about a 20 minute drive, grocery stores were about 5-10 minutes away. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Easy to check in. Everyone was so friendly. The grounds were clean. Right on the lake. Boat ramp type of parking lot. We were on motorcycles so not fun at first but do-able. Lots of puzzles and games to check out of the main office. They keep an activity schedule. There is a sturdy boat dock and the boat ramp is just down the way. Lots of food, shopping and store seeing around. We stopped at Hot Springs for half a day. We got spring water from the cold water fountain in town, highly recommend.

Staff is very helpful, the grounds are kept nice, and its in a good & quite location. Love it.

This was the best anniversary trip we have had! the condo is beautiful and has everything you could need included. located on the waterfront of beautiful lake Hamilton, with downtown hot springs just a short drive away. I couldnt recommend this property more! It has become our number one spot with a trip already planned before checkout for next year for an even longer stay. This will be our anniversary destination for many years to come.Thank you so much for making our occasion even more special.

Its decent place to go.

The staff were great. Our condo was very decently sized and clean. The front door stuck a little so hard to sneak in and out without waking up baby. Furniture was a little dated but we can’t wait to go back. The lake was amazing and dock was so convenient.

Really cozy lakeside lodge. Condo-style accommodations with a huge jet- tubs. The ladies who run the laundry Dept. Are very helpful and liberal with furnishing towels.

Beautiful,peaceful home away from home

My son had a bowling tournament in Hot Springs so we booked the Wharf to try something new. We arrived Friday night about 5:00 which is after office hours. The process was very easy. We arrived to our condo and were overwhelmed at how great the unit was. We had a great view of the lake. For me the weekend didnt go as planned. Before the night was over I was running a fever and ended up in bed the whole visit. When my wife talked to the office on Saturday and explained my situation, they were more than accomodating with me and our check out time. We will be spending many more visits to Hot Springs here.

Beautiful views and friendly staff! Our room was great! Could use some updates but over all it was a great place to stay!

The cabins need to be updated. The cookware in the cabins is not clean and old and peeling the Teflon off. The 2 twin beds are too small for an adult to sleep on. I would suggest they take the twin beds out input either full size or Queen size bed in rooms.

Pretty nice lake resort. Usually go to ocean, so this is a lot different experience. They do have a dock for your boat. Not a large pool, but then again your on a lake. Rooms nice, clean.

Need new mattresses in condos. Extremely uncomfortable twin size beds in second bedroom. Friends mattress fell off bed frame in the middle of the night. Everything else was great(very clean place), lots to do and many places to eat.

I have seen a down spira, the grounds are not handicap friendly, they raised prices for up grade , they only painted the tennis court, the furniture is outdated, they took the umbrella tables and chairs , as a owner im really considering selling. I just dont see where they are putting the maintenance fees .the cable is awful

The Wharf Resort is a wonderful place to relaxe, very clean and quite. Just steps to the Lake with a beautiful view.The staff is friendly and helful.I definitely recommend the Wharf!!!

Go here pretty much every year, Its really great no matter what season it is, and the fishing off of their dock is good too. They have a swimming pool in the summer, and all the condos have fire places. The view of lake hamilton is really great, but the only complaint I would have is condo B14 is pretty bad, and the view of the fire works on july 4th is almost non-existant, but otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay and the staff are really nice. I reccomend the bingo at the club house, you can win a bunch of wharf souvenirs.

Great views wonderful staff. Condo was clean and well stocked. Pool was great first part of week but cloudy the last 2 days and grandson got an ear infection. Only complaint was building A elevator did not work at all. We got stuck in it, and even after fixed it took too long to open on top floor. We put stuff in it and walked down steps. Too hot to be stuck. They said they fixed it but it still stalled on third floor and really long delay opening. But at least they did fix the fan so air moved some. 13 hour drive for us but we will go back

This was our first visit to Hot Springs and to this resort. We were there the first week of November. The resort isnt super shiny new, but is really nice. Its in a great spot right on Lake Hamilton. We had a two bedroom unit, that was really spacious and comfy. We had views of the lake from the living area and the master bedroom. The master also had sliding doors opening onto the covered patio. We were on the second level and it was awesome. There was also a fireplace in the living room, and the master bath had the biggest jetted tub Ive ever seen!. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back.

My wife and our 4 kids had a great stay. There was plenty of room to spread out. We were only there for one night, but we hope to come back up later for a longer visit.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wharf Resort. Unit was roomy and bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Great accommodations and fantastic location. The view of Lake Hamilton is fantastic. We will be planning to return with the extended family.

A really great location. This is why Ive rated 4 stars instead of 3. However the rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade in order to maintain their RCI gold status.The following complaints are only because of this expected high standard that follows a hotel at this price.The kitchen was falling apart and I would not recommend this place in its current state for anyone who plans on actually cooking. The electric stove was dated and caused unnecessary smoke when on too high. Because the vent was not only broken but redirected air into your face this issue was much more apparent.The Internet access was deplorable even when it worked (which was about 50% of the time) they need wireless/wired access points in every room due to the age of the building and signal interference--which also affected cell signal on the lower condos which could be solved by contacting T-Mobile, sprint and at&t (something that would be above and beyond but not expected). Average signal speed on lower level was about 1 MB/s when working. Strongly recommend staff put in the effort to either hard wire Ethernet or at least utilize a powerline that supports around 64 adapters.ADA accessibility. There is a single elevator that can get to all condos. The driveway is too steep to be walked up which can prohibit someone from getting to the office from their condos. There were steps to both the pool and to the docks prohibiting someone from getting to the docks completely (this also made transporting coolers a bit of a pain)The washer/dryer unit was in the condo it worked well but was one of the mini ones so be aware.Now to the good.The views. It was such a beautiful place and looking out across the water reminded you that this is a place to connect to nature.The location. Right on the lake it provided easy access to the lake via a dock and a small secluded area to swim (as long as you dont mind the steps). We rented a boat for two days and utilized their dock. It was beautiful and amazing. The water during the summer was around 70 deg and was just a tad warm for me. However further north on the lake it reached 40 deg. We found a happy middle ground somewhere between to boat and swim.Hospitality. Theres a reason southern hospitality is known nationwide. The owner was extremely kind and very helpful. She recommended we visit their other hotel and utilize their hot tub as well as offering about 50 different movies (old ones but still good). She gave our group passes to use the local gym as well but unfortunately we ran out of time. They offer day passes to the gym for anyone staying with them.The beds were quite comfortable and the condo was overall quite homey.Overall the views and the location kept this visit as a positive and overall 4 stars. However if I ever returned I would expect the Internet access and the kitchen to be completely remodeled. If not I would expect their gold status to drop to silver (which would reflect in their prices)

The management is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, by the lake. Overall we have experienced a very welcoming environment. The kids loved it. The facilities are a bit old though, considering it was built in the 80s. If you dont mind that, it is a great place to spend a couple of days with family.

This place is just like another home that you can expect almost anything a normal home would have. Our stay was definitely a thumb-up. But there is one thing that was not constant with the description. The WiFi was only available out of the room, rather than in the rooms. You can rarely get any signal inside, so you may get ready to live a life without your cell phones.

We had a great time here. We loved everything about this place. We are already planning another trip back. You cant beat the 2 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room.... even a REAL WOOD fireplace. Its basically a home away from home. We had a view of the lake and it was wonderful. Next time we are going to bring groceries so we can cook instead of eating out every meal.

This is a great location, with easy access to Hot Springs and a wonderful view of lake Hamilton. Units are spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Has its own boat dock and fishing pier. Have been here three times. Love the setting.

This resort was pretty awesome. Very small resort. It was quiet and the units were spacious. Just what we needed for a little family get away.

We went back in May and our experience was lovely! The rooms are so nice and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We had an awesome view of the lake. It really felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space, and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal, minus the food. It was a really comfortable stay and just minutes away from all the fun things Hot Springs has to offer. I cant wait to go back!

Great place. Grew up coming here every summer. First time back as an adult and it did not disappoint. Cant wait to come back.

We have stayed several times in Hot Springs and the Wharf is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place has always be clean and well appointed. View is great and a very peaceful atmosphere. Everything you need is provided including wood for the fireplace. We would not stay at any other place. PS our hot tub worked perfectly and we have never had a problem with anything at the resort.

Fantastic time

Beautiful location, right on lake Hamilton, providing dock, pool, balconys, all wheelchair accessible with elevators and luggage carts provided. The condo came stocked with everything you need to get settled upon arrival, washer and dryer, dishwasher, tp, towels, dish soap etc. Our master suit had a huge soaking jacuzzi tub and walk in closet. TVs in both bedrooms as well as living room. The owner was very nice and understanding when we ran a little late checking out. Everything was clean and accessible. Well definitely be back!

Great view of the stars

This place had amazing views, friendly and helpful staff, and was super clean. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, a real key, plenty of towels, a stack washer/dryer, comfortable furniture and bedding, a door bell, plenty of lighting, plenty of electrical plugs for gadgets, and they even delivered the newspaper every morning. It was nicely decorated and spacious, all while being mere minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. It felt like home away from home.

Not a lot of improvement since 1980s...smoking aloud in nonsmoking rooms with ashtrays on balconies. Master bathroom MUST be able to step over 2 1/2 feet -3 ft. tall by 14 inches hot tub wall width to get to the shower. No railing to help stable your desire to stay clean. Guest room you step over a tub side no railing. Not wheelchair accessible due to 8 inch step into rooms. Not hot tub or swimming pool assistance for those with disabilities. Railing along small sandy area was unstable. Want a clean wash cloth for evening and morning you will need to make a treck to the laundry building to get it. The scenery was beautiful once you get used to seeing roofs underlining your view.

We stayed a week here for vacation. Nice place, quiet, and great view. There were not as many activities here as at other resorts. It is not fancy but peaceful and quiet with a nice view of the lake.

Room was very nice and had a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony. Very clean place and the office staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable, our condo had a beautiful view of the lake, and we were within a short driving distance to all of our sight-seeing destinations. We couldnt have asked for a better weekend destination.

We spent the 4th of july here, & it was a great get away for our entire family. The view is awesome, the kids loved the swimming pool. My wife loved the fully equipped kitchen and I enjoyed the master suite & whirlpool tub. We also enjoyed downtown hot springs, there was something for everyone!!! I would love to come back

Air conditioning unit wasnt working, it was 85 degress in the condo.Tech came and said was fixed but knew he didnt do anything. Told us to give it time to cool off. Three hours later still 85 degrees .Manager did move us to different room, but we had already settled in, very inconvenient. Aslo cable problems.
