So terrible. Went out with some friends, and we had my 2 children with us(2 months & 6). The owner decided to show up, seemed pretty intoxicated but ya never know, called everybody liberals and cussed at every person there, fired a few workers, all because his 10 year old got an Uber and came there. Maybe he should have been more concerned with watching his children instead of getting intoxicated wherever he was. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this place. One of his workers felt pretty bad and continued to apologize for the guy. All in all, it definitely isn’t a place to take your children, or your grandparents, or anybody who’s a respectful person.Workers were great, super nice. But owner was the worst.

Our family took the kids here for the 4 years old Birthday 2 years ago. We had the BEST TIME! They did the bumper cars, go karts, the zip line for the 4 year old, then we went to the other location and the kids aged 8, 9, 14 did the bigger zip line. After that, the 4 kids, their parents and their grandfather did the laser tag. We got there right after they opened and didn’t leave until after dark. They had a BLAST the entire day. So 2 years later, they are coming again, all the way from Tupelo to do it all over again!! GREAT FUN!Update:The second visit was just as much fun! Everyone loved it!

Extremely rude and unfriendly employees. My cart was barely working, so after one lap I pulled in and asked for another which I got and was it was good, but I had wasted half my time trying to get back to them. After we got done (3 minutes later) I asked if I could get a redo. You would have thought those teenagers were paying for the gas with the last pennies from their own pockets. Extremely rude from the front desk female to the young punks yanking the pull cords on the go carts.

Employees were too busy chatting with each other to help customers. A crowd drinking and passing out open alcoholic beverages around, obviously getting drunk in the parking lot, blocking cars from parking. Ended up leaving as this screamed anything but family fun.

I was very pleased with the young man named Alonzo and the young lady named Marysha that were working today we rode the go-cart and the bumper cars and these 2 younger people were absolutely amazing sweet and kind its not that often you go somewhere and the workers are that nice and patient with us there were 2 kids and 3 adults in our group of family and i just cant say enough good things about these 2 workers they deserve a raise and i hope they are working the next time we go thank you Marysha and Alonzo for making our day better

Omg this is such a great place. The employees are soooo nice. Me and my little sister went 2 times in a row. The second time we went I had the wrong credit card and my sister was already in the cart since they were about to close. She was about to throw a fit when the card declined. shes only 6 so she immediately started crying. I was finally about to convince her to calm down and wed come back first thing tomorrow when one of the workers were nice enough to pay for our ride. Kinda restored my faith in humanity ngl.

That heavy set girl at the desk needs a new attitude. Alot of teens work here..which I thought was kind of strange. They liked the go carts.

We came here for the ropes course, and while its not a huge course, my kids had fun. It wasnt crowded at all, so that made it even better. The staff were very nice and the facility was clean and well maintained.We also paid for bumper cars though I feel like the time in the bumper cars wasnt worth the price(about $13) but the kids had fun. They have go karts here as well.

Small little park for kids open late. This location has go karts (which are very bumpy to ride, bumper cars, a zip line (we didnt try ) and small games that seem really old and hardly work. Its fun if you want to go for just a few minutes but dont plan to stay awhile. Everything is about 6-7 a piece. They have another location just down the way that has a few more things like laser tag added

Awesome for kids under 15 or for whole family! Get the reps course +3 minor attractions great deal for $24. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! The VR ride is great!

This place was amazing! We were in from Texas to visit family and took our children to this place (both locations) and the staff at both locations were so friendly and helpful!!! We never had a long wait and the kids had an absolute blast!

Staff are slow, go karts take 15 mins before actually being able to drive. The go karts also stall often while burning in the heat.

I have debated about whether or not I should share my experience, but when a friend asked about this place the other day I thought I should let it be known. I came here with my 5 year old daughter and my 7 year old son back in April, and when I arrived no one was at the front desk and it was like that for five minutes. A young woman who I asked for her name and was told it was Hannah showed up and instead of helping me she played on her phone. When I finally asked her if she could please help me she insisted she was busy! Another young lady walked in and I Believe her name is jaylina. She asked me if I had a problem and I simply told her no, that I just wanted ropes tickets for my kids. So finally I got ropes tickets and they both walked over to the building with me and my kids. They got my daughter on ropes and then sat down and continued to play on their phone even though my daughter was scared, and didnt know what to do or how to work the ropes. They took her off 5 mins early and explained she was a brat and she couldnt do the ropes because she wouldnt stop crying for their help. I asked the girls if they could just show her that its not scary and show her how to work them, and they replied with we dont get paid for that lady. I have never been more horrified of an establishment in my life. I will NEVER waste my money at ANY of the establishments that you own around hot springs. I even asked for the manager and the young girl named Hannah exclaimed that I was looking at her while the other girl continued to laugh and play on her phone. The customer service here is disgusting.

We had a birthday party for my 6yr old son at the Family Fun Park Ropes Course and Zipline. It was perfect. There are two courses within the same building. The lower course is great for the kids to get use to the harness and obstacles. Great way to build up confidence before stepping up on the higher course.The higher up course is great for the kids and parents that want to get a little braver and overcome their fear of heights. Great experience and cant wait to do it again.

I personally loved it. They let me on the zip line 30 minutes more than usual. Great customer service, go-kart track was amazing! The bumper cars where kind of confusing but in all. This place is amazing, I keep trying to go back to it but I cant hoping to go this weekend!

Great place, but the employees are so unprofessional. Young girls wearing nowhere close to enough clothing and seem to have quite the issue putting their phones down long enough to even help anyone without being extremely rude. Will definitely return in the future, but hope to see them with some better help. The only reason Im giving more than one star is because of the guys that were running the go karts! The helped so much with the little ones and are very customer oriented and friendly.

Hot Springs Family Fun Park is CHEAP! Thomas’s (my boyfriend) cart was SO slow. Everyone on the track lapped him literally 3 times. The girl that was riding in that cart before our group’s turn even told the worker that something was wrong with it and the worker didn’t even look at it once. Once Thomas got on he was told to sit in that cart and it took the worker over a minute to even get it started. When we got off we asked for a refund or a ticket for later use and they said they couldn’t do that. I’m just saying it’s poor customer service. If you deliver a faulty product, you need to make it right. And they definitely weren’t concerned about doing that. Also won’t be participating in anything else that owner owns around town! They own 500 different tourist places around town and yet they still can’t get it right and literally every single business is cheap and crappy looking. This is the second time this has happened to us. It happened to my sister’s fiancé last time.

Super helpful staff. Very accommodating for time changes and such. The obstacle courses are very friendly for all ages.

This was a first kart ride for one of my kids and she had a good time riding along with me as she was not old enough to drive one by herself. Glad they had the tandem karts! They have other things to do her but all we did was karting. Good place to check out!

We had our daughters birthday party here and it was nothing but a hit! This is definitely one of the best family fun parks in town!! The zip/rope climb was a blast, and they have the best go-cart track around!! Cant wait to go back for more fun!

Young, ill training, unprofessional kids all but ruin this over priced place. When came up to the carts, this chubby homely kid was bragging about shoving somebody and telling them, I AM the manager! After allowing a small girl to go wrong way into traffic down the track (not a soul was over there watching), they corralled everyone back into the start and the well fed guy started chewing out the parents for being the adults and not responding to his commands and hand signals. After asking everyone what a particular hand signal meant, it become clear that this was not as universally known as he figured. He really went over board with screaming. Someone could have gotten hurt. At best, this place is a tourist trap.

WORST PLACE EVER !!The track is in horrible shape ! Plan on a back ache when you leave there .. also the staff decided to work on and gas carts before our turn .. said they hadn’t had gas since nice yesterday.. that is something they should do before they open everyday .. we waited a good 25 minutes just for that .. horrible staff !! They didn’t do nothing but good off !

Saw there was only 1 terrible review and had to balance it a bit. We had a great time at the go-karts, this track is SO much better than the other place in town. No comparison! Go for the Karts, but not much else.But there was only a hand full of video games, the miniature golf course is tiny and the indoor bumper were out-of-order. The air hockey table was a redeeming feature while waiting between the 6 minute go-cart races.

Mini golf is pretty fun, under a blacklight, the course and your ball glow, friendly staff, some go karts were slower than the others but they were still fast. Do recommend going to the location without the rope course for go karts, bigger track that goes up a hill and down and such.

Its cool that they let you save your tickets for returning visits but when we went we had games that didnt work and they still took the money off our card. They use a card system for the arcade games but you have to purchase the activities separately so thats a little annoying.

Where do i start? this place is wonderful! from the bumper cars to the ropes course. there are things for everyone to do. all ages. the employees are very attentive and are there every step of the way on the zipline. i love this place. ill definietly be bringing my son back soon

Good prices. One of the staff was late so we had to wait a while to ride goKarts. When he finally showed, he was rude. All the ither staff was cery friendly. Kids had alot of fun!

Ridiculously expensive.We came to vacation here from Dallas.Theres no wrist band value pack. You can do all the activities once for 20$ a person. With 5 people thats 100$ for a close to 40 mins of fun.A F! $#n pool game was 2$. This place and the aquarIm in town must be owned by the same person. Total rip off.

Visited today, One star because of the young man that was working was very friendly, We have been here maybe 2 times before and only rode in the Karts, on this occasion when we entered we immediately walked outside to kart area because it smelled terribly of sewer so there isnt anything good I can say about Interior or any other activities offered. More than likely we wont be going back unless they do a major remodel!
