Clean. Friendly staff. Would recommend to all. Wednesday after ⁶pm half price. I think Sunday also. Wife and I had great time.

So much for social distancing or wearing a mask. we get here tonight to play a couple of games and all you see is people not being told to wear masks, not using social distance nothing Im sorry to say this but I hope one of them come down sick. so they can understand how deadly it is for the rest of us that are taking precautions and wear A mask constantly wash our hands and live the best we can.I think every business that does not enforce the wearing masks and social distancing of some sort should be fined and closed down

For the one that complained about not wearing mask. Stay home if thats the way you feel about it. If we all get it we all get it. If you are picky about social distancing stay away from everyone.

This was our kiddos first time bowling. We had a blast and the , and chicken tenders were yummy! We were too stuffed to play games but the arcade looked fun. We will be back :)

Friendly staff, fun games.

I’m afraid this was the worst bowling experience that I’ve had in 40 years of bowling. We came year with a group of kids on a Saturday night and the place was full of drunk patrons that were very unfriendly. I guess the $5 bucket of beer special attracts a rough crowd so I would definitely stay away if your a family (at least on Saturday night). To make matters worse, the place was run by two teenagers with no adult supervision so the customer service was terrible.The only positive about our visit was the place does have very nice kiosks that are easy to use.

Great customer service. Everyone that worked there was super polite and carried a smile. The lanes are clean and functioning properly. The environment was relaxed and enjoyable. The music selection could have been better but it wasnt terrible. For being the only bowling alley in Hot Springs, its definitely an alley worth going to!

Saturday night blacklight bowling is awesome. Eventhough it was very busy the staff was very attentive to my needs. Great Staff great food!

Clean, had a fun time. Their arcade games could be a little better maintained. They had two motorcycling games, one have no sound and a screen tinted green, the other had a broken gas handle so you couldnt play!

The lanes were awesome! You assign bowler names and take pictures, which are put into hilarious animations after each turn.

I never bowl here, just play pool. Overall the facility is clean and pool is cheap. Wish the food/drinks were cheaper and the pool tables were better taken care of but its a pretty good place to go if you wanna blow some time or have a large group.

Very clean and very friendly staff.my daughter is special needs and goes Special Olympics bowling every year . They host this event and are the best with them . We go for practice before the event and they are great every time. I was so great we had her 21st birthday party there. Thanks for the great service.

Good spot for rainy day

First it cost too much an employees are not friendly or helpful upon leaving didnt see the step down an fell on my right side was with my grandson an he witnessed it all. My son came in to help me up an not once did anyone or an employee ever console me

They need more wheel chair ramps.

Good place to bowl, but if you forget anything hope its not sentimental to you cuz they throw it in trash and wont offer to make it right. Was less than 24 hrs when it was lost too...

I like the half price specials offered on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.

The bowling alley is a little dated, but it accomplishes its purpose. The outside appearance looks a little rough and some of the interior design is old looking, but the staff members do a great job of helping you feel welcomed and make it a fun atmosphere especially if you visit the bowling alley for black light bowling. The brights go off and the black lights turn on for a fun glow in the dark experience. The price to bowl and rent shoes is reasonable.

Good fun, good food, good service. The only negatives were the condition of the parking lot (watch out for the craters) and some of the music was pretty vulgar so I wouldnt bring the little people. We were there about 9pm on a Friday night. Festive atmosphere and we will be back.

Great when its half off. Any other day however, expensive beer, crumbling parking lot, improperly kept lanes, and broken pool tables.

Dont get me wrong I have always loved the bowling alley, but the way they have handled a recent wrongdoing has been sickening. Instead of being a $145 charge for a birthday party they charged $1470!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now they are giving these people hell about returning the money to the point that the owner stacy has literally cussed out the person who is simply trying to get a refund. Not to mention, anytime these people have any birthdays or fun occasions we always go to the bowling alley. Now, they have put a bad taste in EVERYBODYS MOUTHS!!!!!!!! Its not only bad business but absolutely disgusting how they are handling this. If it is not sorted out, the BBB and attorney general will be called. GET IT TOGETHER CENTRAL BOWLING LANES AND MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!! this isnt a small oopsy, this is over $1000 for a 1 year olds birthday. Down right sickening. Do your damn job as a business owner!!!!!!!!!!! I personally would have already had my attorney tearing them apart. Which honestly is the next step for them if not sorted out. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Its the only bowling alley game in town. Looks cheesy on the outside, but wonderful back in the day ambiance on the inside. Lots of League bowling so be sure to call and check their schedule.Just had a Realtor fund raiser there...it was too fun! I need to go more often.

Showed up for Sunday night half price and they were not honoring it this weekend! Owner did a sign change last minute. Not good business ethics when your sign has been showing all week that it is discounted on Sunday from 4 until close! Had kids and grands driving in to bowl. Looks like he got greedy and forgot about his locals!!! I will not recommend to tourist anymore...will send to Fiesta in the Village!!!

Its a really good place to go for family entertainment. Along with bowling lanes, they also have an arcade, and pool tables!
