Fun place for the kids to let off some energy. This location has go karts with a really cool track. Week days are a fun time to spend some quality time with the kids without so many people around. Wait times could be up to an hour long so online reservations are definitely encouraged on the weekends especially since they are only at 50% capacity. Reserve your spot online and youll have no problem getting in and having fun with the kids! Face masks are required and they sanitize each one of there attractions every half hour! I definitely recommend this place!

Nice place to bring your kids and relax! Theres so much to do for all ages. My little girl had a blast with her friends. The facility was very clean and cool. Prices for the jump zone are reasonable. But the go-karts are expensive to me but it looks really cool. I might try it out anyway. Nice Mothers Day spent!

Had a lot of fun. Kids enjoyed jumping and playing the few arcade games that was there. The go carts was the most fun just didnt last long. Price is high for for access and limited time you get. Masks have to stay on at all time didnt like that cause its suffocating when you get hot.

Place is great but the membership and payment process is the worst. It is very difficult to communicate with the staff via phone and email . I tried to cancel my membership after 2 months but based on the policy I was not able to cancel it till 1 year. They never mention about the “no 1 year cancellation policy”. Worst service

This is a great knew place that allows you to burn a ton of calories by having fun! My friends and I attended the workout class and had a fabulous time. We were able to sweat all of the days stresses away! I cant wait to go back!!

We called for more information on the place . When a woman answered she acted like she could care less about our business. So when we got here same way , these girls up front need to act like they wana be at work , they running the business down. And this place has went down since it opened. Not recommended for anyone over 6.. I called for a group of 7 teenagers, to ask if masks would be required while jumping. I was told no they were not required while jumping. However after purchasing tickets we were told they would be required to wear mask the entire time they were in the building. $30 a ticket wasted because they wanted to sit the whole time. It was too hot to jump with masks I understand that rules are in place that MUST be followed but I shouldnt have been lied to when I called to ask what the requirements were. I was manipulated into purchasing nonrefundable tickets.

This place is so amazing! Definitely the best trampoline park out of all of them, even Trussville! The staff is so kind and actually play with my kids, even over the weekend when we went and they were super busy. The managers were out helping the staff and I love seeing that because I remember my days working jobs like that. I always really enjoyed the environments where the management was working just as hard as the staff, and it doesnt go unnoticed! I had contact with a lot of the staff and the managers introduced themselves, I remember the customer service manager and the GM were so lovely. We love Urban Air and the kids are already asking to go back Friday!

The go kart was fun but the trampolime and the rest of the stuff are like for kids.

What a nice place. Its clean, staff is friendly, pricing isnt to bad. Only thing I could say is they need to update one of there attractions! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, front desk staff was happy to explain everything pricing wise and help me pick out the best option for my family. The one staff member, I think his name was Michael, played dodge ball with my kids! The managers working were also very helpful, Jessie helped me open my locker because I could not work it for the life of me. She also came out and asked multiple times if I was doing okay and if I needed anything! The other manager Makensay, who was upfront, answered all the questions I had about birthday parties! Everyone here are such sweethearts! So if you want great customer service and a fun time for the kids, I highly recommend coming here!!

Great place to take your kids. Adults can join in the fun as well. More than just a trampoline park. It has trampoline dodgeball, go-carts, foam jousting, and an obstacle course. Good exercise and a good way to spend time with your family which is something this country seems to have forgotten about.

Five of us went to Urban Air on 08/24/2019 to ride the go cart track (group 18, 20). We had the best time ever!! Trace and Cody from Urban Air worked really hard to make our day as fun as possible, these guys are amazing. The electric go carts were fast and were much more powerful than any other go cart Ive ever ridden. A great experience that we want to repeat again soon.

This was a good place to take the kids on a rainy day. They even have food (pizza snack etc.). The Go Cart rides were fun! The staff is very young sometimes so dont expect a lot of professionalism but they got the job done. Restrooms were clean!

No one checking wristbands. One part was shut down. The staff doesnt seem to care about rules in certain areas such as the jousting area, just letting very small kids play in the foam pits which limits the ones who actually want to use the equipment properly. Dirty facilities and rude staff members. The manager was nice, but clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. We bought passes for 2 go-karts only to be told that we had to wait another hour and half to get on them after we had already jumped for our allotted time. We were told that they had to wait 10mins in between rides, but saw it sit empty for nearly 30mins. Birthday parties have priority and you have to wait for them to decide when to go. It didnt make sense and wish we had been told that before. This place has gone down hill and no one seems to care. They definitely overbooked and had way too many people in the facility. Also, dont expect to use the massaging recliners because they cant tell people to move who arent even paying to use them.

Wonderful place to spend quality time with your family. Staff is wonderful, very friendly and the pizza is actually really good. I would suggest this establishment for the party, or just hanging out.

The lady up front is so sweet!! She was such a pleasant person:) ome of the staff members was hustling on the side claiming he would give me a red band (or whatever color it was) for 5 dollars, apparently that was the band you need to ride the go carts. I immediately felt unsafe and did not feel like I was in a safe environment. This location has some very hard working people, but there are a few that are just not good at there job at all.

So, the positives. The kids had fun. There were a good number of trampolines in the back for good old fashioned jumping. The indoor play area was massive and full of slides and tunnels the kids enjoyed. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.The negatives. My first indication was the lack of a waiver. Kinda odd. Someone just didn’t care. Whatever. It’s their lawsuit.The “warrior course” that is sold for extra consists of three lanes about twenty feet long with some sad imitations of Ninja Warrior style obstacles. There were no swings or trampolines into the foam pits like other establishments. I honestly don’t know what all we paid extra for. It was just some stuff.And then the snack bar. We ordered four hot dogs. We were the only ones ordering food. It took nearly an hour (not an exaggeration) and then the buns were ice cold like they had just gotten them out of the refrigerator because of course, they had.No apology, no compensation, just “here ya go” as they went back to their own slurpy. Teenagers running everything.This place has potential, but it’s a joke of an operation.As someone who just dropped $110 in here, let me tell you, go somewhere else.

I took my brother to Urban Air for his 8th birthday & he really enjoyed it. We jumped & played & rode in the go carts together & overall had a good experience. I would say maybe lowering the price by a few dollars will help people that have big families & or those who are on a budget.

Went 2 the 1 in Homewood/Vestavia and I think the 1 in Trussville is better, although this Urban Air was laid back.... The Gocarts are Super Fast and they have a Single-seat and Double-seat Gocarts... If you want 2 save money by a Membership, get 2 go whenever and it doesnt matter how many times u go...

Could be a great place, but like many others have mentioned in their feedback here, the check-in process is very unorganized. The frontdesk could care less about their guests waiting. There were at least 2 staff ignoring the guests. No stanchions to form lines leading to a crowd of people and guys cutting the line.

Great place to go on a rainy, cold day!! Your children can run, jump, swing, hide, hang, tag, eat, and socialize all in one place. There are plenty of trampolines to jump on, as well as other physical activities. Great place for a birthday party!

Went there for the karting and was not disappointed. The karts were fast. The track has two levels so there was some elevation changes that make it different from most karting tracks. The staff was awesome. They were friendly and polite. I will definitely be going back.

The facility is nice...my girls really enjoyed. My issue was with the young Mexican girl at the register. She waited on the Mexican family ahead of us and when our time came to be waited on She ushered the young black guy up to the register to help us..Which in my opinion was very rude. She said she was getting off but stood around several minutes later laughing with the others. This young ladies name was Evette. Her customer service skills need improvement.

I’ve called like 12 times to talk to some one and no one ever answer the phone or cant be reached. Where is all the staff members? Cant nobody answer the phone?

Everything was amazing and there was lots to do but the urban air speedway was awful. We spent an hour waiting of our two hours and some people were allowed to ride in front of those who were waiting all by themselves. They should also put on helmets and get ready to take less time. Also, it wasn’t family friendly because of the fact a staff member was vaping publicly in front of little kids. Other than these things, this was great.

Had my sons birthday party here needless to say it was not cheap and had to ask the staff 5 times to have the A/C running in our party room finally they at least brought us a fan, then they tried to make us leave once our party room time was up instead of the 3 hours that we paid for we had to argue with them but they let us stay till our time was up. Kids still had fun though and it is really clean.

I visited Urban Air Homewood and had a great time until I visited the side with the go carts. The young men they had working wasn’t very polite at all. No smiling faces, wasn’t greeted, jus blah. I get it, working with a bunch of kids all day could be a bit much but you also knew that upon filling out your application to work there. The manger or guy over the go cart portion (I assume) was ok just the very young workers seemed very irritated. The young women at the front desk was awesome!!!!! Very polite and nothing but smiling faces.

I’ve been to the Homewood location a couple of times in the past, and my experience each time was not good. Each time I went, the staff was very young, and no one was doing their job properly. No one would be supervising the kids at each and every station. Dodgeball was a death match (I wouldn’t let my 5 year old daughter go near it). The slam dunk area, was an accident waiting to happen. The entire time the young staff who are kids themselves) would be on their phones or holding conversations with other staff members. Mean while, you had some parents who would come in and let their children run wild. Walking back to the race track, you could hear the music a mile away. The staff working the racetrack, we’re playing music as if they were working at an adult establishment, rather than a family environment. However, my daughter loves Urban Air, so I sucked it up and took her tonight. I was happy to see management actually listened to the complaints. This time around, the staff (a little older) were doing their job (supervising each area. The two new guys, who actually have experience working, and supervising the go carts, were awesome! The music they were playing was just right for a family establishment. They made sure everyone that’s never rode the go carts watched the video, and most of all the had order. Also, I noticed, not one employee had their phone out, nor were they lost in conversations with other employees. After complimenting the two guys over at the go carts, I was told there’s new management, and a lot of the complaints are being worked on to bring urban air up to par. I will be going back in the near future!!

A lot of fun. There was a lot of stuff for the kids to do! I took my nieces and nephew and as soon as we left they fell asleep in the car.

If you have visited skyzone then you know this place is a joke. I’ll try to be as objective as possible.Pros-It’s bigger than most of the other trampoline parks and had lots of climbing and jump activities for kids.It even has an area that looks like an obstacle course similar to American ninja warrior.The car racing area is big and lots of cars to selection from.Cons-Poor customer service. The focus is on getting fees and not much being done to upkeep the place. Some of the equipment are dirty from sweat and use and maintenance is visibly lacking.This is a disaster waiting to happen. Attendants are not available to organize the use of the play area and even one is doing as they please. My daughter who is 8 nearly jumped into a little girl like 3 years, because kids are just running all over with no attendant to supervise. If you have a little one, be prepared for any accident that me occur unless you are there with your child to keep him/ her safe.DodgeBall area is a mess. No supervisor and even one for himself. No sign for older kids and adults to bounce vs small kids area. That’s a safety issue.The price is similar to others but after spending more than $100 for three girls, with that kind of service I’m not coming back. I’ll rather go to skyzone where at least I’ll get value for my money.It gets worse. We went to the car race area, my girls was given helmet immediately without watching the video and asked to join the race as there were other kids already to start. I observed other kids crashing into each other but nothing serious. Half way in, they stopped all ride and asked one of my daughter to leave the race. I asked why and they told me she crash on the protective barrier a few times. There was no prior warning given and no explanation. The entire event was handled in a very crude and unprofessional manner. We left immediately after the ride was over. I’ll call the management team and lodge a complaint and let them know I’m posting a review this is fair and fact based. Never again.

I was treated with kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. The manager himself showed us around and helped me book my daughters birthday party. The party could not have gone better! The young lady assigned to help was very competent and took charge of everything. I have never had such excellent help! The food was great and the place was very clean. All the staff were polite and went beyond my expectations to make the party a success. I highly recommend Urban Air!

Great place to spend time with the family and friends. Some of the staff is friendly but majority of them are very tedious, so expect a long waiting line to get in. Once you get past the entrance and the front counter to get in the play area, everything will be great. It is most definitely worth the wait, for both, kids and adults. Worth checking out.

I own the childrens entertainment company 205 Fun and we are there quite often performing characters and face painting. I have always had a very pleasant experience there and I have never seen the parents dissatisfied. (Our customers usually tell us when something goes wrong or blames it on us when their venue has an issue...lol). Also I really appreciate Urban Jumps for allowing the customers to bring in their own characters and face painters because not many facilities allow that any more!!! Thumbs up Urban Jumps!!

During my visit on 3/11/18, it was so many problems going on. The debit/ credit card machine was down. The cashiers in front seems as if they was stressing and didnt know how to handle the crowd except one person. I cant remember his name but he was so professional and calm. The tall college student with an injured leg. Now the place is nasty no doubt. There were trash and shoes all over the place except by the race track area. The workers were standing there like they hated their job and let the kids do whatever. The wings were disgusting and it also messed up my stomach. Now lets talk about the food and wait time. I ordered my food and couldnt get a receipt because the system was so called down. I had to wait an hour for my food because a birthday party had arrived and they had to be handled first. Which is so unprofessional. It was nothing but babies that worked at this place that didnt know what to do on a busy day. I didnt see any managers walking around to check if the business were running properly or is the customers having a good time or not. Its a fun place but please do not eat their food or think it will be an easy go.its was so many problems that i left with a headache.

We have visited 3 times over a six month period and each time has been a great experience. The best times to visit are in the mornings when Urban Air first opens. The requirement to purchase their grippy socks is a positive because it helps the kids from sliding out of control on the trampolines. Once youve bought a pair, you dont have to buy anymore on future visits. Just bring your socks from your last visit. Urban Air has become a great place for us to bring out of town guests of all ages.

Facility nice but staff and snack bar pathetic. Staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing and snack bar has stuff listed that half of it is not available. Can’t take the order correctly on what they do have. Staff looks at you like you are speaking a different language. Really pathetic and a huge disappointment. Will tell anyone I know and ask not to waste their money there. Much better choices around Birmingham.

This place has so much potential but is operated poorly. I understand and appreciate teen workers but they cannot operate the business without some type of structure. I purchased the Ultimate package for my kids and Im writing this review while they are jumping on a Sat afternoon. From the front desk to the race car area to the trampoline floor to the concession stand customers are coming in second place to conversations the staff are having among each other or any other distractions. I had to ask the guy at concessions for my change because he took my money and immediately started conversating with another worker turning his back to me. There is no enthusiasm shown by the staff yet they are working in an advertised fun environment. Im literally watching a worker watch a child do back flips in the foam pit and not say anything to them or the kids running. As other reviews have shared, the space is dirty as well. Also, Im pretty positive I wasnt asked to sign or create a waiver (bad business). We will not return.

My friend and I had an excellent time racing and jumping. This is a clean and well maintained facility. Zeneta was very helpful and made sure we had a good time.

First time going, it was a disorganized mess at the front sign-in area.

The Homewood location needs someone to give it some TLC in relation to keeping it clean, vacuuming the floors, equipment, bathrooms etc. If they don’t vacuum regularly then I assume they don’t keep the place wiped down well either. Considering the germs that could thrive in a place like this, this isn’t good. Great location, great building... get organized.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. The clerk had a very nasty attitude and the manager over the go cars was rude. He didnt even give u all the time u are supposed to have to ride the go cars.

I love the car racing

This place is run poorly, staff getting in verbal altercations with customers (should have called the police). The mob of inner city youth that arrived were uncontrollable, cursing and fist fights every few minutes. I feared for my child’s safety, our party left after the adults and staff started cursing in front of the kids. Go to the place down 280 or in trussville, much less likely to get into an altercation in my experience.

Great time. We went there last weekend for a birthday party and it was great. Fun for all ages, 4-12 for our group.It was very clean, safe and well staffed.

My kids and I use to come here all the until my kids got bored with it. We recently decided to visit with my daughter basketball team on this day it wasnt really crowded I sat in a spot where my kids could see me my son came up to me stumbling I asked him was he ok he said he was dizzy and couldnt see some a group of boys walk by and said you want some more the other boy says nawl he dont want know more and started to laugh me not knowing they where talking about my son after I made my son sit down he said they jumped him in dodge ball instead of them all playing together they teamed up on him I was so upset I confronted the boys because I didnt see them with a adult that was wrong on my part later their mom or whoever she was confronts me about confronting them she then ask me how old he is then says I should keep in the house if he cant handle playing and goes on to say she if that was her son she would of gave him a ice bag and kept it moving I want to tell the manager and ask for a refund he says they dont do refunds and he can give my son some water and a free pass also the staff wasnt supervising the dodge ballarea are nothing else he later got staff to get in positions after my son was jump want ever visit this place again

The place is fantastic and my daughter had an excellent time.

My daughter and I have visited a jump park almost every week for the last 2.5 yrs. we swapped from Airwalk to Urbanair when they opened. We visited just yesterday and it’s the last time we will be back. We literally had to wait 15 almost 20 minutes and only one person in front of us. We have to buy an hour and a half pass because we wanted to ride the go carts. Then we get to the go carts and have to wait another 15 mins when there was no one but employees riding. Then we finally get on the track and before our time is up the wheel to my go cart falls off... then instead of getting the cart off the track we wait another 10 minutes stopped in our carts and eventually just get up and leave the carts where they are because the employees weren’t moving it. We came early in the day so we would have time to do everything since it was a school night, but all of this time in your facility and the majority of it was waiting on your staff is not alright. Not when it costs 1 adult and 1 child $42 to visit the place. It was not even busy! To top it off the manager tells me she’s sorry that their mechanic only had 4 days training and they just opened. Look I get it, but if it isn’t ready to be opened, don’t open it and charge people for it. It’s not our fault that you failed to train someone properly. The lack of urgency from the manager to the staff was odd. The young man that took care of us in the food court area was an exception. He was very polite and kind and made sure we were taken care of on their end.
