We enjoy ourselves every time we go. Very nice place for everyone to enjoy!

Our family had a great time here as part of our staycation. They are equipped with two dodge ball arenas, two jousting beams, a wipe out course, toddler area, three basketball goal, two foam block pits, a double climbing wall and a huge trampoline section. They have a few arcade games and large areas for birthday parties. The staff was very nice and since there werent many people there one of them spotted my son while he taught him how to do back flips. Highly recommend Surge!

Great place to go to on a rainy day. We came to Alabama for vacation and it was raining so we decided to go here instead of what we had plan. My kids had a blast.

Surge is an awesome and fun way to spend with friends and/or family. It’s reasonably priced and not just for kids. It’s not just a trampoline park either. They have basketball, video games, and other attractions.

You never come back to this place my son was suppose to have a party there tomorrow the didn’t even call me to tell me my baby party was canceled or even give me my money back !!!!!!

Very well ran business. Could be more welcoming at the entrance. Clean and spacious. Attendants (ALL) were courteous, really helpful, made sure the team were having fun. They enforced the rules. Concession stand could use an update and more healthier snacks and food items. We had a GREAT TIME! FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT MECCA. I laughed at myself mote than the children.

New management/ new employees plus covid precautions = very let down by this trip.I always get a Groupon for my older teens, then the toddler time $8 ticket plus $2 or $3 for me to jump with her. Lady at desk told me the toddler tickets. Ok, but you guys might wanna take it off the sign if its no longer offered. They then tell me I just cant get it because Im using a Groupon on this transaction. Well ok. Thats new, and the lady tells me no, its not.She then does one completely separated transaction for the 2 older kids, and whole other transaction for my 4 yr old and rest of the group.Next we go to play, place is completely empty except for us, which wasnt bad.Went to play some and notice the balls are all gone (covid related, understandable).However, not as fun and cant play basketball, dodge ball, etc.We ended up not even staying our entire hour and I had to pay 15 to follow small child around

Friendly Atmosphere! Very spacious and clean! Not packed. Glad we have one nearby to avoid driving across town! Great place for kids parties!! this place was awesome kids in various ages and they all had a blast it wasnt to big or to crowded and it was really clean. All of us really enjoyed ourselves I will be going back with the kiddos.

Kids had a BLAST! hilarious to watch the foam like arm spin around and catch kids that dont jump fast enough. kids had so much fun!dont get too comfortable in the massage chairs.I over did it. it felt amazing at the time, but my body was sore for two days following.

I had fun. The place is huge and there are several diffrent attractions. There was an issue with the use of a paid for Groupon that the manager did not handle well. Other than that 5 star place.

Place was really fun! First we played dodge ball on the enclosed courts which really gets your blood a flowing! Then we went to swing that you can flip off of into the foam pit. Messed around on the entire floor of trampolines and side wall trampolines. Had a dunking contest on the 3 height levels of basketball hoops! Last we went to the the twirling beam of death that rotates and you have to jump over it on your tramp or you get taken out! One of my buddy’s did a back flip over it and then came down on it and hit his shin pretty hard.. only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that the beam had some spots it could have been padded more but wasn’t.Other than that it was grata! And they also have a foam pit where you have padded batons and a narrow beam across that you try and knock your challenger off into before they hit you off. Fun place and lots to do! 1 hour was enough for us. We got wore out pretty quick!

Had my sons 8th birthday party here and it was wonderful! The price was very reasonable and they even provided socks for everyone. The party hostess we had was very present and available and extremely friendly and nice. The hostess offered to clean up everything even though i did it myself since my inner clean freak kicked in with so many kids eating pizza, cake, and ice cream. I was very happy with the party. The place was clean and was surprisingly safe considering how easily you would think someone could get hurt. My only complaint would be with the floor staff. They were gone more than they were around at some stations, and one in particular that was gone a good deal would just sit down and play on her phone and not do her job adequately or in a timely manner when she was there. Thank goodness parents were around to help all children whenever they needed. I know I stood and did the job of the trapeze station for at least 15 to 20 minutes and spent more time helping smaller kids out of foam pits when they needed it. However, overall I was extremely happy and my birthday boy was as well

I purchased a groupon here for 4 passes I came with my 2 kids to find out it had to be used all at once. It is in the fine print of Groupon but should be better placed because there are multiple sections of information and I didn’t realize I missed this. Unfortunately buying the Groupon cost me more than just paying regular price for my 2 children. The staff isn’t professional. They were all on their phones, 1 had their Bluetooth in their ear. This is my second visit here and it won’t return. The first time was over the summer and the air conditioning was out

Kids had a great time and I sat in a massage chair the entire time. On top of those things the staff was amazing and they had Disney songs playing. We will def be back.

My children have always loved this place, since the first time we came. Its full of many fun things to do, and the staff is always kind and accomadating to them. Even jumping and playing with them! This past weekend was my oldest sons birthday, and all he wanted was to go to surge and to dinner. We took him, and had a blast, as always. But while there, I misplaced my cell phone. Several staff members noticed me looking and offered to help- even going as far as spending well over half an hour searching the foam pits with me and cutting the music so I could call it! I wish Id gotten their names, as 2 of them in particular were SO SWEET, and Id love to be able to praise their kindness in particular online! We didnt find it before our time ran out, and we had other engagements to get to, so I couldnt stay over long and continue to look. The manager (I also didnt get his name, but he was very nice and helpful as well, even though he was obviously busy with a packed store and a birthday party in the back!) Took my number, and promised to clean the foam pits for me asap. I honestly didnt have much hope of it being found, and was beginning to believe it may have gotten stolen; because I had called it over 80 times while the 2 workers and me (plus another family, who were also great) stood in and searched the foam pits and none of us heard it or felt the vibrations from it. He called me less than 4 hours later and said he had my phone, they found it in the pit, and he was putting it up for me! The girl that was at the front desk (who was also very helpful in our search that afternoon) was waiting for me when I arrived (well over an hour after he called, bc I dont live in Birmingham). She remembered me, and gave me the phone as soon as I walked in so I didnt have to stand in line. Ik this story is long, but I just want everyone to understand how truly good they were to me. All of these people were VERY busy, at their jobs in a place that was PACKED! No one was irritated at me for losing the phone (as Im sure children/teenagers do regularly, but adults should not), and everyone stopped what they were doing to help. They didnt have to take time and effort from their jobs-which are NOT by any means easy- but they did. And they put forth just as much effort as if the phone belonged to them instead of a probably annoying customer. Everyone there has always been very polite, but these people went far beyond polite, they treated me like they would a friend. I will be forever grateful to all of them, and we will continue to bring our children here as often as possible, because of their kindness; and because I feel like I can trust the safety of my children on their equipment, and in their capable hands. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! If I could give each of them a raise (including the manager) or bonus, I would, if I could afford just a donation I would. Unfortunately, this is all I can do. But i will sing their praises on every website, and to every friend who will listen. And Ill never forget how good they have always been to us, but especially that day.

Came here for some peace and quiet, but the place was full of hyper kids, bouncing off the walls (and floors). Someone should ask them to keep the noise down.

This place is way to expensive to not have many attractions. Kind of boring once you go through everything in the first 10 minutes. There is no food available, so that really sucked. Great for exercise though!

Kids love it and staff is friendly, but dont waste your money on any of the games. They dont work and they dont refund your money even though it clearly showed how much money had been put into the machine. Not the employee, it was, Im guessing the manager she phoned.

We enjoyed our visit. This Was Our First Time there. We will be back. The staff was kind and gracious. They made my grandson feel like it was his day. We went for him to have a day all for his self. They even gave him a pass to use next time. The only suggest I have is that the toddler area be more contained. So the smaller children would not have access to the other areas where they could get hurt or interfere with the older children. This would make it possible for the adults to be able to relax and not have to constantly chase the little ones around. If this was adjusted we would definitely go more often as I am sure others would. But overall a great experience.

Unlike many other trampoline parks it wasnt flooded with too many kids of various ages. Felt like mine was safe. Kid had fun.

Great place for kids, adults and parties! They have room for everyone. The bounce setup is good and they have a lot of seats and sofas to just sit and watch your kids!

Went for my cousins 5th birthday and the kids had the best time. When sitting in one of the trampoline areas(they have sofas near each section for parents), I smelled urine near the foam square pit. My cousin had Pizza Hut delivered, and Im not sure if they bought the water there or not. They have special socks, and I think its $15 to play. Someone had to let us in the building, so Im thinking its pretty safe.

We had my daughters fifth birthday party here. It was a lot of fun, because we brought a lot of fun people. Read into that what you want, but I think that its going to be the case at any of these parks. We will be back and have more fun.

The kids loved it but they are kids. As an adult I noticed that the staff looked bored. I ordered tickets early online and they still were unable to find it.

My first visit with the kids and I was very impressed with how clean it was! I imagined it would be sweaty, stinky kids running around that smelled like dirty feet and boy was I wrong.Next time Ill bring better cloths and I will even jump!

He guy in the picture is Darren. He is the team leader. Darren was very confrontational, rude and overall had a bad attitude. Even had the audacity to stare at me. He almost got some of me and I always have bad intentions for people like him. The rest of the staff was unwelcoming thuggish. Only thugs and rude black people work here. Take my advise.......save your money and go somewhere else.

Entirely too much fun. This place is one to make you forget your age.. so to all of you, over 35s, use caution. You may think you can but this doesnt mean you should!! Fantastic fun for the kiddos! Foam blocks, basketball goals, zip lines.. all on trampolines. Whats beside them?.. um.. more trampolines!! Its amazing!

If Customer service is a 0 then the whole visit is a 0. All the employees had looks on their faces as if they didnt want to be there. When I approached an employee they seemed to not want to be bothered. Maybe they were working for free??? I highly doubt it. Just poor customer service.

My oldest requested a birthday party at this place...well...Ive had better. The hosts was confused which made me confused. I personally will not use this place for a party again...especially at 7pm.

We had a Birthday party and the host couldnt even stay at our table we had to fine here for water, forks they didnt even announce to out guest to come to the table. Took our chart to the front desk to pay didnt tell us took some of our pizza would have given her a whole box if she would have asked. Put on the chart that we had 22 jumpers when we only had 18 and no manager on duty to talk to or so we were told. $$$$$ way too expensive for they kind of service!!!?

Looking for a good place to burn off some elementary- and toddler-aged energy, we wound up at Surge Trampoline Park. The first red flag should’ve been that the first aid kit was out repairing the hand of a 12-year-old girl who had sliced it coming off of the trapeze. Surely the trapeze will be shut down after this injury, but no. Staff presence was almost nonexistent on the floor. This is not my first trampoline park, so I was really surprised about that. I found myself having to parent and police many children that were not my own. The most troubling moment came when we were jumping near the trapeze pit and the metal hook/rod that the staff member was using to capture the trapeze and bring it back fell into the pit. The kids were sent in to retrieve it, not the staff member who was sitting on the landing. Then another child grab the loose trapeze and swung into the pit while the metal hook thing was in the pit. Thank God no one got hurt. I mentioned to the operator that I was sure that type of thing would void any contract signed by my family. He shrugged. Later, a large group of children were building a multi-tiered fort out of foam bricks from the toddler and jousting area depleting the foam safety in both areas, with no objection from the staff.

Love it! Kids love it. Amazing exercise, and the only thing my kids would rather do than play video games all day. Im hooked.

Place more comfortable seating for parents and grandparents would be a plus!... the Orange slush had a bad taste..something was wrong!

Very expensive even when bring EVERYTHING for your party. Tipping is expected, even if you do all the work.The positive: Exercise for the kids.

The jumping part of this place is nice and seems fun but staff is awful. Im not sure why the owners of these trampoline parks think hiring young, unattentive, non caring teenagers is a good idea. The first time I came here, one of the workers was casting the music clearly off their play list. Very inappropriate music was playing. Second time I went, staff attitudes were very poor. Its a shame that these kids apply for jobs but care nothing about the job when they get it. And obviously management doesnt care either.

I was in here on 7/28.. This place is ran by teenagers, not one adult on site.. 3 employees have been running & playing around with a group of kids who don’t even have bands on.. I feel for the 2 behind the counter, at least there working.. This place needs to shut down or get somebody who will run it right.. hope the owner sees this, if so email.. cause if this is how you run a business, homewood needs to shut you down.. I’d go to others, then this kid ran place..

Dirty, ghetto and bright! They couldve turned the lights down and maybe you wouldnt be able to see how nasty it is. The snacks are outrageously high. The staff were not attentive to the kids nor were they helpful when they would fall and could hardly get out of those blocks. However, the kids enjoyed themselves for the most part but I personally dont care for it. I only went because of a birthday party but I wouldnt go again!

This is a great place for fun with the family, but the staff is horrible! Management needs to get control of whats going on. First of all, it was a very busy day & half the people that were jumping did not have on appropriate foot wear and were without wristbands. Secondly there were kids under the age of 10 without any supervision. A little boy vomited in the jump area & when I asked him where were his parents, he said he was dropped off and that hes here by himself. Im thinking surely thats not true, but after searching for them, they were no where to be found. (Now back to the vomit) After making the staff aware of this it took them 20 minutes to come & attempt to clean it, and needles to say the vomit is still stuck to the carpet & kids are still running through it. Very sanitary, right! Finally, my son wanted to rock climb, so I followed him there & I assume the young men were about to get off, they were on their phones & not paying any attention to the kids on the rock climb. One of them tossed the harness to my 8 year old as if he knew how to put it on & tighten it himself. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Check in was simple easy and it was NOT too crowded 3/16/2018... It was $66 for two ten years to jump for three hours including slip resistant socks!!!

We took the kids (primary, elementary and middle school aged) over Christmas break. They absolutely loved it. Everything seemed really new and clean, no patched and dingy looking equipment like other trampoline parks and fun centers I have been to. We used a Groupon, which made it very affordable, but we will go back even without one. There are chairs and couches scattered throughout to sit and watch your children. (Note- we went at opening, and it was cold outside and cold inside as well. I assume it takes awhile to heat, so be prepared if you are a parent who will be watching your kids jump)

CAUTION: This place has lots of fun trampolines but they have one with two spinning arms that is not safe. My 8 year old daughter broke her arm in two places this past Saturday so please be careful if you go to this place!

Looked it would be lots of fun but we came on a holiday and there was only one staff member. Wish we could have done more of the activities, but only a few things were open.

I would give the management 0 stars if I could. Who ever owns this place or is the district manager needs to fire this guy. So rude. He lost my family as customers and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to come to this place. Their are other trampoline parks out there with much better and nicer staff. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

My grandson Micah had his birthday party there and the customer service was 5 stars! The place was clean and the staff was very courteous.

My little family & I came here last weekend (December 8) as we walked in a young lady told us they were closed. It was 9pm. We went to the front desk, manager Skylar told us that was untrue and she apologized for her employee. While she was telling the young women she was being sent home a young man who worked there walked up & threw his arms around her and started kissing her. I looked at the manager in disbelief, that’s when skylar told her again to leave the establishment. I left my number and a young woman called me the next day stating her name was Sam. She told me we would have three jump passes for whenever we wanted to come back. My spouse, myself and my 3 year old went tonight to claim our jump passes. Let me add, we are from Tuscaloosa so we traveled far to get here. When we got there the front staff was absolutely ridiculous. Jasmine argued with me until she called the real Sam, who turned out to be a man from opelika. I spoke to him on the phone and he finally authorized the free passes for us. Then when we thought we were ready to jump, Jasmine and the other girl gave us trouble about socks and made us pay for our socks. The whole time this was going on two friends of the employees stood their at the counter antagonizing me and trying to fight me with my 3 year old in my arms. The 2 employees laughed at us and stared at me until we just walked away. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life. On top of that there is gum on the trampolines, young children running amuck & all the child age employees were on their phones while supervising the jump areas. I have pictures and videos of everything stated in this review.

So much fun! If you plan to jump with your children, dress lightly. You will sweat tremendously!

Good place for bday parties

If I could I would rate this place a -10, it’s so boring if your into flips! No flipping on the main court, no backflips into the foam pit! To many people and not enough room!!! 20 minutes into our experience we’re sitting down waiting to be picked up!!! The place is super small!!! Need more things! If I would go back to a trampoline park in Birmingham, AL it would be next level!

Nice layout, very fresh and clean ... its been our favorite go-to place for good, bouncy fun! The staff is a little crazy-acting at times but you just have to ignore them and have fun!

It was good for my sons party. I would set go again on a reg day. It was as crowded as the other jump park and they have actual places for th adults to sit close.

Great place for kids. Need trampoline socks with a grip or can buy them. Dangerous but fun!

The management is so unprofessional. The bathrooms are simply disgusting and the staff does not tend to them at all. If you wanting cleanliness to take your children this is simply not a place to go to.
