This is our quiet neighborhood beach. Its beautiful. Has a pier and a turtle reserve, and its getting more convenient because theyre filling the area with trails that are multi use. Its easy to jump in the car go and come right home when youre ready. Or you could actually take your golf cart like we do. This is a wonderful place to visit if you like a small (well not really small) relaxing beach experience

Great new find! Well marked trails and something to see around the corner. You can bike here too and jump on the pinellas trail.

This Park is a hidden gem! Great swim area and a nice sandy beach. Bath house nearby and shaded picnic shelters. My wife just wanted to dip her toes in the water. We both waded for a while and enjoyed the sun the water and the quiet surroundings. We both agree that we should be visiting every week!! Florida.

VERY popular boatramp kept up nicely. Swimming and tanning area sweet! Its a shame we dont have as many snowbirds this year because of COVID-19!!

Very nice park! Lots of shade, and park was not busy. Enjoyed a beautiful view of the river, even saw 2 dolphins. Really appreciate that parking is free.

Beautiful park with a cute little beach and tons of natural shade to sit under. The water had a slight smell to it but its a toilet to hundreds of marine life so what do you expect? You wont even notice it after just a minute.

I love that you can find shade on the beach that the water is fresh and salt mixed and you can swim against the current of the river.

This is an excellent little park with a boat ramp, cute little beach with lifeguards on duty from 9 til 6, covered picnic area with BBQ grills, outdoor showers and restrooms. Also has a nice playground and volley ball court. Weekends understandably get really busy but Ive always been able to find a parking space. Excellent laid back spot to bring the family.

This is a gem in the area. It has something for everyone. Quiet and serene....no litter..no off leash dogs.. you just couldnt ask for a better public nature spot.

This is where a river and the gulf meet. If youre not familiar with Florida or the ocean, this is where brackish water is created - where fresh meets salt water. The water is sewer brown. It stinks. And just a few miles north or south, you can go to where its just the gulf. I absolutely do not recommend this park. Very old Caucasian folks seemed to live it. There was lots, and not social distancing.

Small but very neat park with a lot of benches, tables and grills to enjoy. Has shady beach with designated swimming area, very nice new playground, swings, changing rooms separate from restrooms, pier and boating ramps.

I love going to this park .Its on the Gulf of Mexico.Take boats jet ski. Kayaks.on the water.Have a nice picnic they have grills and play ground for the kids.Free parking ENJOY YOUR day here.Its beautiful.

Very quiet secluded beach. Was clean and free of debris. Water was a funky brown color while we we there but didnt smell weird. We swam for just over a hour and was very pleasent

Beautiful little park, with a beach and boat ramp, right off of Anclote Road and Baillies Bluff Road. Tonight we came for the sunset. We watched a heron waiting for handouts from fishermen on either side of it. As we watched the sun set, we saw a jet skier come in as well as a boat full of young people who looked as if they’d been out for the day. We saw families swimming in the beach area.There are bathrooms, lots of picnic tables and benches, and parking is plentiful for single cars and cars with boat trailers. There is also a lightning detector.People with dogs walked the park. There does not seem to be a parking or entrance fee. Nice!

I love the smallness of it, small beach with white sand, bathrooms,fishing, boat dock, playground, you can bring your dogs. Life guard on duty on the weekends. Open 24 hours. Its peaceful not crowded. Theres tons of nature.

Beautiful park located on the coast with two boat ramps and floating piers. Plenty of parking for vehicles. Separate parking for vehicles towing trailers. Park and restroom facilities where well maintained. Handicap picnic area easily accessible. Lovely park!

Very impressed this time. Launched our boat for the last day of Pasco Scalloping. No fights, no screaming or skipping people in line like there usually is. First time everyone was courteous, helpful & polite. The bathroom was clean & stocked. The park itself was clean & maintained. We didnt even mind waiting in line because it was very busy.

Great place to do a open water swim. Current is strong going North, but helps on the turn around. Cuts the length time of 300!

Wonderful place to picnic, play in the park, go boating, see dolphins or even play in the water at the beach! Beautiful sunsets and sights to see. One of the better parks. The metal equipment can be hot in the day. Mornings are best for play equipment. Dolphin sightings in late evening. Love, love, love this park.

Love this park! Fun to watch boaters, fisherman & the wildlife. Lots of area for a picnic or to just read a book. Swimming area looks nice too. Its a happy place to be!

Theres been a few updates done since I last was there. Fresh paint, more seating, and very clean park . I wouldnt necessarily get in the water though .

Really nice for what it is. I really loved the playground. One part pirate ship one part American ninja warrior course. What kind could want more.

No sea weeds but the water is yellowish. Like the tables. Restrooms were dirty . A female teenager was roaming around in a bike looking at people stuff. Nice place. Just dont like tha water and having to keep an eye on my stuff.

While staying at Hickory Hills RV Park we tripped across Anclote River Park. We had a nice time casually walking and site seeing. If you are in the area and have time, I recommend a walkabout. There is a bathing area and a small beach for sunning. Also, if you like to fish they have plenty of shoreline.

Love it here so peaceful and clean. With river access for swimming and boating activities. Great amount of nature here and next to a marina. Best place locally for a picnic or cookout with friends or family. Kids will have a blast on the playground. I see something new every time I go.

Excellent quality boat ramps with at least 6 ramps and a separate load and unload dock.

The sunset view is beautiful. I love how it just feels more private. The beach area is nice. There is a playground for the kids and you can walk over a bridge to a little bar on the river. We went there last night after we left River Park. It is a perfect place to go for the day and it is right around the corner from where we live.

Nice small beach, and boat slide with direct gulf access.

They have a wonderful play area for the children. My grandson loves to go to this park. And its also on the water which is also very beautiful. you can feed the squirrels and the birds and my grandson and myself loves to do those things. You can also go swimming and my grandson loves to swim as well as building sandcastles in playing in the water. I recommend this park 2 everyone.

My go-to for meeting friends for getting out on the water. Ive launched a sailboat and a skiff from the ramp, and been picked up by a fishing boat at the dock. My one major complaint is that the parking for cars without trailers is very difficult to discern in the trailer parking area after dark. Yes, there are spots, but not where youd expect them to be. And if you launch after dark and leave your car for a couple of days, you will have a parking ticket when you get back.

Quiet, great for a relaxing day at the beach. Mostly middle age-plus folks, so dont go looking for a bunch of teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikinis.

I go for the boat ramp. The water to the right of the ramp goes to the power plant for cooling their equipment. When the plant is using the water the current is very strong. Its best to launch and load on the docks on the right side if youre looking from the ramp to the water.

Great little park. Grills, shelter, restrooms & showers. Dolphins swim so close!

Disappointed that there were no signs.Also disappointed that it didnt connect to the Pinellas trail.

Usually there are picnic tables available in the shade and the water is very nice.Although the undertow can be very strong when the tide turns and you must be careful with children. But for relaxing and enjoying the water its perfect

Really enjoy this place its brackish water so its not as salty and the group of people that go there anytime of the day or very pleasant very nice theyve got shower bathroom clothes and the water is delightful Ill be visiting there many times in the future

Its small, not over crowded. They even have life guards on duty. There is a beautiful park, playground, picnic tables and even a boat launch. We enjoy coming here.

Nice. Lots of shade trees and picnic tables. Today, unfortunately there was a high bacteria warning with a no swim advisory. Will go again though!

Good location with lots of parking and facilities. Unfortunately the area needs to be cleaned more as there was a ton of trash. But for the most part, the park was nice.

This was a really cool place; more like a lake with a currant. Lots of trees so lots of shade, my kinda place near Tarpon springs.

It was phenomenal not many people there you got a pod of dolphins that swim through there.

Nice place for kids. Lifeguards on duty to watch over people swimming. Water gets deep. Maybe about 7 feet by the buoy boundary. Pavilions and bbq stations set up. Free parking and plenty of shade.

We enjoy the park with our son, and water isnt bad but sad that they allow smoking, so many people smoking and litter No one around to hold accountable, if smoking isnt allowed, still no one around to stop it.

Its always clean and full of life. And if youre lucky you might be able to see a dolphin or two having fun as well!

Overcrowded ramps. People dont observe launching etiquette. Other boaters dock at the ramps without being ready to trailer. There should probably be a law enforcement presence at the ramps. Tensions were very high at the ramps yesterday afternoon with people nearly exploding. Took about an hour for me to get my trailer to the water to get my boat out. Not Pascos finest. Never again.

Such a nice park! Beautiful beach area with lifeguards, plenty of tables and pavilions, boat ramps and play areas for kids!!

Great place for children. The covered park benches fill up quick and are occupied for a long time as families prepare meals on the nearby grills. The boats that travel the channel can cause waves that can either scare or excite your child depending on their temperament.

A relaxing and quiet local spot with a roped off swimming area and showers.

Nice ramp, has plenty of ramp space but the current rips though there. Not easy for novice boaters or people trying to launch or trailer by themselves.Park is nice and well maintained.

There is a designated swimming area but I really dont consider this place the Beach. Not saying its not a nice park but mostly you have boats & jetskis zooming by very frequently

Little comfy beach/park area. Not many people , mostly older sunbathers. It’s small enough where you can relax without a crowd or having to worry about the kids being lost with all the people. They have a covered sitting area with bbqs and a little park .
