I took my first class here recently and had the best experience. The studio is awesome and well kept. I took the Work, Sweat, Dance class and will absolutely be taking it again! It was a challenging and worthwhile workout but still also fun because of the dancing component. The music was amazing as well! I highly recommend Work it Out and cant wait to go back!

First class here was great! Took Danielles Next Step Strong and was VERY sweaty post-class. Circuit based training can be mundane at times but it felt like the class flew by! Studio is well-kept and the bathrooms offer dry-shampoo which was a must after class! Will be back for sure!

Great studio! I went to my first class and the instructor was very knowledgeable and walked around the class and corrected you if you were doing an exercise incorrectly which I really appreciated. The class was a great combination of strength and cardio. I will definitely be going again!

I went to my first class yesterday, Blended Ride, which consisted of 25 minutes of spin and 25 minutes of mat workout. It was definitely a great workout and I left leaving tired, I just wish the mat workout was more of a focus on toning and weights. There was some toning stuff but a lot of it was cardio, which wasnt what I was expecting.Im definitely excited to try out different classes as the gym was clean and the instructors were very nice and motivating.

I took the Sweata Weatha class with Renee, and I really enjoyed it! It was definitely challenging yet fun, she incorporated various different cardio and strength training workouts, so I was constantly trying something new and working a different part of my body. Renee always came by and gave tips, corrected my form whenever needed. The studio is very clean, and everyone is very helpful. Will definitely continue taking classes here!

Found this studio on ClassPass and tried it. I did the half spin half yoga class. The spin takes a little getting used to as it’s a single line of bikes and there’s no screen on the bike to tell your RPM or resistance. The yoga portion wasn’t my favorite as I don’t love yoga. However, overall enjoyed the idea of a spilt class. Will defiantly be back to try out more classes!

Tried this class during the Hoboken wellness crawl and I am SO glad I did. Cycle room has a great aesthetic of the whole wall being mirrors so you can push yourself harder because you can hear the tempo and see your legs and want them to match up. Great music also! The bouncy floor room (lol idk what its called) was such a killer finish. I loved the half ride and half weights. I left feeling like I had burned fat/calories but also built some muscle! Cant wait to try again!

I took my first class at WiO yesterday and loved it. I tried the class Sweata Weatha which was a mix between cardio and weights. It was done in bare feet (or socks) on their spring board floor which was fine I just wasnt aware of that beforehand. The teacher was high energy and I left feeling sweaty and like I got a good workout. Im excited to try the variety of other classes that they offer!

I have been a member at Work it Out since the very beginning. Work it Out is more than just a gym, it is a community of great members and instructors that motivate and excite each other to SWEAT. Work it Out has a little bit of everything which is the main thing that attracted me originally: spin, pilates, yoga, zumba, high intensity, and even there signature blended classes (1/2 bike 1/2 foor portion), etc... So thank you WiO for not only getting me in the best shape but for making me love to work out and feel good about myself :D

I absolutely love this studio! Im addicted to their spinning and sweata weatha classes as well as the blended classes they offer at the River location! Its an amazing environment - every instructor Ive had have been absolutely nothing but 120% inspirational. Ive been a member at another gym in Hoboken and I can tell you that not every instructor there is even half as great as at WIO. WIO is extremely welcoming to new members and will show you and correct you when youre not sure how to do a particular move. I wish I only discovered this place sooner before I signed up for another gym! They offer an incredible variety of classes for everyone to try anything they normally wouldnt do. Im a kick boxer and cross fit junkie so I would never dream of trying barre or yoga or Zumba until I started going to WIO and now I can say Ive tried them all and enjoyed myself even though I looked like a fool a few times.Keep up the great work!

Last week I went to a class at a gym in Hoboken called Work It Out (or WIO). The name of the class was Next Stop Skinny. The description of the class is this:*Next Stop SkinnyAll aboard! Next stop Skinny U, where you learn how amazing it feels to tone every inch of your body. No muscle is left behind in this 55-minute total body circuit class where each station works a different spot and blasts of cardio keep you chugging. Be prepared to lose some baggage.*This was by far the hardest workout class Ive ever taken. Including personal training. I was the fattest and oldest girl in the class. (Im not super skinny, but I wouldnt normally describe myself as fat. And Im not straight out of college, but Im not old either. But in this class I was both fat and old).Because of my herniated disc and arthritis in my lower back I wasnt even able to do all of the exercises, so for some of the cardio I just did jumping jacks while everyone else did other back-intensive things. And Im not the kind of person to just not do something in a class. Ill try it and push myself until I absolutely cant. But there were several things that my body would just not allow me to do.The class had zero breaks...not a moment at all to catch your breath. And today I hurt. Everywhere. Its true when they say no muscle is left behind. No false advertising there. My body is wiped. But in a good way.It was a totally tortuous 50 minutes. But is it crazy that I sort of want to go back? Maybe I should try one of their other cleverly named classes like Riding High, CandyBarre, Tight End, Sweata Weatha, or Hottie Pilates. That was 3.5 days ago. Im still sore.
