This party was amazing! Beautiful gallery, the food was incredible and the decorations were spectacular. I would definitely come to another event hosted here! Top quality service!

A fantastic event space! I had my jungle themed baby shower here and everyone left saying how classy it was and how incredible the space was - its definitely a hidden gem in Hoboken. The owners Al and Vee are very easy to work with and hugely accommodating. Not only did they coordinate with both my husband and sister for weeks leading up, including a great assist with the table set up to fit our ever growing crowd, but as I was late (per usual) they even dreamed up a jungle playlist and had it playing for my guests until I got there with the actual playlist. The bartender and assistant they recommended were a great help during and after the party, and I wouldnt hesitate to do it all over again! Honestly, my husband and I cant wait for another excuse to throw a party just so we can head back and introduce more of our friends to the space - it was PERFECT!

Barsky Gallery was the perfect place for my party. All of my guests could not stop saying how classy everything was. Albert was very helpful at all stages of planning, suggested a catering company and other vendors. I couldn’t be happier!

We rented the space for a babyshower and it was absolutely perfect! The manager was super helpful and answered all of our questions. He was available for us throughout the night. Beautiful place to celebrate such an occasion. Highly recommend.

Cool warehouse style gallery in Hoboken! The inside is lofty/ cool and the curator, Al always keeps it packed with great art. You can stop in during regular hours or attend an opening to view/ purchase some great original art or rent it for a party on PeerSpace to host your next event ;)

Amazing in every way!!!! I hosted a fundraiser/cocktail party and I couldn’t of found a better Gallery. The owner is very professional and responsive, the art is gorgeous, there is a parking lot and the ambiance was everything I could have asked for.Thank you for everything! We had a wonderful time!

Cant say enough about Barsky Gallery. We had my sisters baby shower there with about 40 people and it was everything she wanted, fun, chic and not a lot of baby shower deco... the Gallery was just perfect. We set up the tables to have a more cocktail reception feel and because the Gallery isnt one big open room, she never had that uncomfortable center of attention feel. Al was so helpful both in the planning stages and during the shower to make sure everyone had a great time. It was a huge success!!!

We held my sisters bridal shower here. The owner was so helpful and a genuinely nice person. The venue was perfect for our guests and festivities. We were able to fit about 40 people comfortable at tables for brunch and the decor was lovely.

I rented this space for my event and it was a huge success! Albert was very kind and patient with me and guided us the whole way through since it was our very first event. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The space is the only thing that gets rented out and comes with a lot. If you want a bar there, you need to hire a bartender and provide the liquor yourself. This was not a big deal to me. I will definitely be using this space again.

Some interesting art pieces, of course its subjective. more objectively - I like the owner. Knowledgeable, witty, engaging conversation.

I was there for a small graduation/reception. The place is a nice little art gallery that is perfect for any small but sophicated social gathering. The parking is right across the street.

My daughter Kirsties Bridal Shower was here. The gallery is beautiful and the gentleman in charge was very helpful in helping the bridal party with decorating and clean up. If you need a place this is it!!!

This is one great little gallery. At first I was a little taken aback at the small space but wound up enjoying the way they made it work for seeing the works of art. I liked AL too and that most of the art is from locals. Its a good place come when you need some art or just want to contemplate form and color.

This place was fantastic. I was in town visiting on business and I had some down time so I decided to go take a look at the gallery. Being a huge fan of great art I can tell you this gallery was filled with some amazing pieces. If your ever in the area I recommend taking a look.

The Barsky Gallery was the perfect space for our wedding celebration. The beautiful paintings were all the decor we needed. Al was very accommodating and attentive throughout. The location was especially great for us since we had guests coming from NYC and Northern NJ. It was near to the path, making it easy for those coming from the city. It also had free parking for those coming from NJ. Our wedding celebration was exactly what we wanted thanks to the Barsky Gallery and Al Barsky.

I was so dizzy going into this place. I dont know what theyre doing and dont want to know. It reeks of turpentine. Its so incredibly strong. Got into my nose and I was on the verge of a migraine. The whole building is like this. It was the dead of winter and the windows were thrown open near the bathroom but it did nothing to relieve the smell. Someone mentioned something about a wall paper manufacturer on one of the floors, but unless they spilled a fifty gallon drum of the stuff I dont know how they could work there.

Barsky Gallery proved to be a delightful place to visit for just the right balance of relaxation and stimulation. The artwork is selective and unique. I find that small galleries such as this will generally have only one or two pieces that really intrigue and excite, however, at Barskys, so many of the pieces really touched a cord and stayed with me long after I left. The owner is obviously proud of the art displayed as well as the artists behind the work and is quite the advocate for local art, a factor I admire. He is welcoming to his visitors and eager to discuss the items on display as well as the talent behind the work. Im looking forward to visiting this place again and seeing more unique finds.

We had my co-ed baby shower at the Barsky Gallery and everything from the beginning planning stages to the final event was exactly how we wanted it. My husband and I were so happy with this event space and loved working with Al. He is very helpful in planning your event and we really enjoyed working with him and his beautiful gallery. If youre looking for an event space in the Hoboken area, dont pass this up. Check it out and youll be pleasantly surprised. Thanks again for everything Al and for making our unconventional co-ed baby shower such an amazing night!

Barsky Gallery is an awesome space to hold an event. They feature artwork produced by up and coming local artists. Its the perfect size for a party with less than 80 people with modern ambiance. The catering was superb when I attended an engagement party a few months ago. All the art pieces served as conversation pieces since many of the guests were not familiar with each other. The gallery was easily accessible with public transportation which was another plus since I did not drive to the event.

While walking toward my store I notice Barsky Gallery, would think its fine to just kill some time here. They have really nice gallery and love there atmosphere. Will definitely come back as I did liked one of there art work.

I purchased a piece by Joel Velez which called Intermission. I just couldnt stop looking at it and realized that I would enjoy looking at it all the time. The Barsky Gallery has many different pieces of art and I have no doubt you will find something you like.

I was in search of finding a venue to create a memorable birthday dinner for two. My google search started with me knowing what I wanted, but unsure of how to find the perfect service to create a night to remember. I wanted a venue that was decorated with breathe taking décor and ambiance that spoke volumes. During my search, I came across the Barsky Art Gallery a one stop shop. The Barsky Art Gallery is an amazing gallery that offer much more than just art. Mr. Albert Barsky, the owner of the gallery is down to earth and helpful.Mr. Albert helped me to locate a caterer which create a customized delicious dinner, an artist that painted a beautiful personal portrait, a saxophonist that seriated us with our favorite songs while enjoying dinner. The only service I acquired outside of the gallery was car service, a limo which was a much. All of the arrangements were planned through email and over the phone. All services were reasonably priced and worth every penny. We are still floating on air and the event was two weeks ago….What more could a girl ask for after being surrounded by amazing and thought provoking art work, great food, smooth sounds and personal art while enjoying her big day. A perfect romantic birthday dinner both joyful and memorable. I was overwhelm with excitement, elated and enlighten. I am grateful and in a million years, I would never be able to repay Mr. Albert for such and awesome evening.

This gallery is newest, since 2011.Barsky Gallery its a contemporary art gallery featuring works from a number of different artists from the region and beyond. I went here for a private art exhibition.***

I stumbled upon the Barsky Gallery today by chance and decided to take a look inside. I was greeted by the owner, had brief conversation, then proceeded to browse the gallery. Despite its size, the gallery feels very open and clean. I was impressed with the collection that Al has displayed in the space. The work was high quality and diverse. Although it is mostly 2-D work, probably due to lack of space, the Barsky Gallery definitely won me over to pay it a visit again another time. A+

I stopped by Als gallery and liked Igor Belozars and Kevin Connoleys pieces - the colors and textures spoke to me. The artists have different styles, but both work with bright, vivid colors and I like that. The space is also fantastic - Al did a super job creating a comfortable, professional space. Its a pleasure to visit his gallery.
