Woodland Estates isn’t a mobile home park, it’s a community of people who care for one another. One of the only safe, friendly, clean and affordable places to live in Hickory. You have the best property manager that will go above and beyond for each resident. You have maintenance that will have any issue fixed within a timely manner. You have elders that brighten up the community and the youth that fills it full of laughter. Definitely a place to raise a family.

I moved into my trailor,after purchasing June 29,2019.Have had no problems! Manager puts the law down,which is wonderful! Neighbors seem to be very friendly! Every resident is too keep their lot neat and tidy,and most adhere to that! Manager always willing to work out any issue you may have

Its a clean, quiet and well maintained family oriented neighborhood located in a prime area on the border of Hickory and Conover, NC with an elementary school within walking distance along with shopping, dining and interstate access within 2 miles

Property management is a joke they keep reselling 30 40-year-old trailers that are cockroach infested full of stereo blasting residents and poorly managed they have cheap lot rent and thats all it has going for it other than its location close to downtown

Woodland Mobile Home Park Hickory, NC. Where do I begin ... First of all I have to acknowledge the property manager for her just being so amazing. Shes like a mother to some of us younger owners/tenents. Shes kind & caring where the park needs it but also firm & outspoken where the park needs it. Woodland is always clean & well taken care of. The events for the children and teens are always something thats a priority. We all come together as a community & help one another where needed. My neighbors are the best. We have zero crime in our park & everyone of every age always feels safe. Im proud to be an owner of a mobile home in Woodland Estates & would recommend my community to anyone wanting to live in a family oriented environment. All ages, races & nationalities being able to build a community as awesome as ours has been a true blessing to have moved into.

For me to get to live in this community of Woodland Estate in Hickory, it has been a great privilege and a great blessing , because I told God in prayer to show me a quiet please to live and according to my possibilities, and in a week God answered my prayer and I have the opportunity to buy and live in this community, I have been living here for 4 years and I like and enjoy this place. I believe that anyone would want to live in a clean, quiet,safe and orderly community. I love this place because its smal.GOD BLESS YA.
