This is a very interesting community. As long as you know where youre going and know someone who lives there then you should be fine. Definitely not the place to be nosey around!

Lots of trash in the yards looks real unpleasant when u ride through

Was actually asked by the owner to give this place a good review because his rating was so low. But in reality its been over 2 weeks without water, busted out windows never fixed, multiple holes in the floor that were never fixed, door frames falling apart, several electrical fires including 2 in the kids room all while being promised that itd be fixed months ago without any progress. The owner of this place should be ashamed of himself for letting these places fall apart mean while still demanding his rent money and the day a kid dies while living their due to the problems he doesnt fix I hope someone takes him to court and is criminally held accountable. If he wanted a good reviews hed treat the tenants with more respect and make it a livable place especially with those who have kids living there. Its a shame when the whole household has to leave just to shower, wash clothes and cant even make a decent meal due to the water never working properly.

Doesn’t deserve even one star. This is the dirtiest most drug infested place in our entire area. The county should remove this place because of all the trash, drugs, meth production that goes on there and the people that come with it. We don’t need to allow a meth head trailer park to exist within our community.

Could use some tlc. But all in about way love the chance to own and remodel.

Trailer park was disgusting. Rotting furniture and trash was all over the place. Picked up a bedroom from a person through my company and their house was disgusting. Thought I was inside a horders home.
