Good place to visit, however many flags are missing for some reason.

In 2014 we happened to visit Hermitage and actually lived there for two months. Every time we drove past this place we were reminded of the sacrifices of the men in uniform and were particularly moved by the fact that someone put up such a beautiful memorial for them . The sight of so many flags flying is a reminder that freedom comes at a price and we who enjoy it should remember the soldiers. Our five year old grandchild wanted to know about the place and her mom explained . After coming home she gave me a hug and saidI love you a lot, dont dumkush(dumkush is our euphemism for death). I said no plans yet baby but why are you worried. After seeing those flags i thought you are old and may go away . After this incident whenever we passed the place inspite of the sombreness we would smile.
