I had a wonderful experience at the Framing Loft. The owner was so patient in helping me choose the right frames and mats, and gave me excellent advice. He really listened and cared. He is a framing artist and truly made the artwork I brought in look amazing. I had multiple items framed, and they were all perfect! I am happy every time I walk by and see them on my walls! I could go on and on about the excellent customer service. I love this place and can’t wait to go back!

I took some graduation pictures of my son to Jeff for framing. They turned out fantastic!! The quality was top notch. I will definitely return for my second sons graduation pictures and all my framing needs. Jeff and his wife were very cordial. I had a great time talking with them while I was there. Great place.

I have had a few projects framed at The Framing Loft, and they have all turned out great. Jeff really took the time to help with the layout and design of each project. You can tell he has a lot of experience! Also, each piece took about a week to complete, and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend The Framing Loft!

My sister and I were back in our hometown for a few days. My sister needed two prints framed, didn’t have time to do it at home, so she brought the prints with us. We stopped in The Framing Loft on Saturday and met Jeff, the owner. My sister asked Jeff if he could rush the job, and he said “no problem”. He then spent well over an hour with my sister, choosing mats and frames for her prints. I browsed the store while they worked on her selections. I bought a fabulous large framed print, unique canvas piece, and two beyond beautiful floral arrangements. Jeff had my sister’s prints done on Monday. My sister and I were also giving our brother’s room a facelift, and we saw a nice canvas piece we thought would look good in his room. Jeff let us borrow it to try it out! At one point we thought about ordering a special canvas print for my brother, but hesitated because we wouldn’t be in town long enough for it to come in for us to hang it. Jeff offered to take it to our brother’s house and hang it for us at no additional cost! Jeff’s shop has beautiful art work and gift items, as well as a huge selection of mats and frames, all at amazingly reasonable prices. This place is a gem and we will be returning on future visits “home”. If you live in the Hermitage area, you are very lucky to have an art shop of this caliber near you. However, if you live out of town, it is well worth your travel time to visit this awesome shop!

As a photographer, I take my own personal images, new and old, to The Framing Loft for beautiful, custom framing. I refer my clients to them as well. I am always very pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail. Not sure of what you want, Jeff will take his time to assist you in finding the perfect matting and framing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Framing Loft. Jeff is a true artist and if you let him, he will make your artwork look amazing. Ive brought photos, prints and cross stich and they all turned out better than I could have done myself. I trust Jeff to pick what looks best but he also listens to me when I have an idea. I never have left The Framing Loft with a framed piece in hand and not been 100% pleased with Jeffs work! He and his wife are personable and helpful and work together with their customers to select the perfect enhancement for a photo or piece of art. I would not go elsewhere when I know Ill get the best framing and customer service in the Shenango Valley.
