Nice clean Mobil home park

Excellent place

Moving in on the 1st! The process from beginning to end was so easy. The manager Amy really knowledgeable, she explained everything in detail to us, making our family feel welcome and comfortable in our move. The park itself is very clean and inviting. Thank you so much Amy!

I visited a friend who is renting a unit here. I was astonished at how clean and secure the park was, considering its location. Her unit is lovely and well maintained.

Had a great experience with Amy the manager. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and definitely takes pride in the park. 10/10

Amy is the best property manager Ive ever had! She and her husband respond to every request with no issues, and do their best to make sure we are living in a great community!

Villa del Sol is a great place to live. It is clean,the people are very nice and management are very nice and friendly people. We have lived here over 8 years and are very happy.

Nice well kept park. The managers always have something working, whether it be upkeep, improvements or additions, they work hard keeping the park a nice place to call home.

Management is some racist lady that just sits in her chair so relieved that she at least shows her true colors before you apply. That’s why there’s so may empty spaces and people selling.

Managers are rude and have different files for different tenants. They need to realize its not a senior park anymore and get with the times of family park.

Came to help my grandparents take some stuff down that came with the mobile home . Was told that new management was going door to door and if they see something they didnt like then you were asked to have that removed or you else you get evicted in 7 days.

Well kept properties .... most people here are friendly and polite..

Management is super nice and keeps the park clean.

Been sound here since October 2017. Quiet community once youre away from Acacia.

Current Managers should take a semester of Customer Service 101- not at all resident friendly.

Considering buying a home there.
