Awesome clubhouse! Cool bathroom and kitchen design, very nice and clean. Cool place for a going away party. Good acoustics for my band. Would party here again.

Just to let some people know I have lived in Pueblo Springs M.H.P. for a number of years, and have seen managers come and go. I live here because it is one of the nicest family parks in Hayward. And it has the lowest rent! The managers have helped me a lot when Ive had problems with my neighbors or family.

I have lived at Pueblo Springs Mobile Home park for 12 years. Believe me, Tom and Linda are the best managers Ive witnessed so far. We are all responsible for our own lots to keep the gardening work up and the trash hauled away and I can honestly say the park has never looked as good as it does now. Yes, we do have neighbors that hog the vistor parking and that should be addressed and corrected but this is a family park. That means there are children of all ages that walk through the park. I have never had a problem with them walking on my lawn and I live on the main street. Tom and Linda have put up a park map, changed the mailboxes and put up street signs just to name of few of the improvements they have acommplished. Also, they are the nicest managers we have had and believe me, there have been a few there in my time at the park that got my hackles up. I would recommend the park to family and friends any day
