I have lived here for almost 2 years and find its a great place to be.

This is the community that I call home is a very quiet community with friendly people most only leave in a casino bus are unfortunately an ambulance and we dont see them anymore however we know that new smiling faces will take their place

The best older persons mobile home community in Hayward and its surrounding cities! Beautiful greenery and lovely trails-an absolute rarity in most mobile home communities. This park is also the perfect, intimate size and its space rent remains reasonable.
