There is no physical building. Its being built. So they meet you in the parking lot next door. Thats not clear ohn the web site and really confused us until the trailer with the company name showed up. Thats the only reason for the loss of one star. The owner was friendly and walked us through everything.Highly recommend trying these electric bikes.

Sunday was the best morning Ive had in months. Im recovering from major surgery, so I needed a way to get some exercise without overexerting myself. My husband and I rented a couple of the Rad power bikes and they are amazing! We went 11 full miles and I felt really good! My husband could work as hard as he wanted, and I could keep up, without hurting myself. We are not from the Hastings area, and were wonderfully surprised at the beautiful views and great trails that were available to us. Riding along the river? Totally worth the cost. The bikes are solid, well-maintained, and easy to ride. Eric is a real class act and helps to make the experience fun and effortless. Hes so excited about his new business, and with good reason. Hes got a great product, knows his stuff, and makes sure his customers come away feeling happy and satisfied. We went back today, and rented bikes for a second time within a week. As it turns out, I overexerted myself a bit on Sunday, so I decided to take it VERY easy today.I decided to see what the bike could handle if I didnt put ANY work into it. We rode from Hastings to Prescott, then rode around the town of Prescott for a while, then rode all of the way back to the POHO site in Hastings. I did the whole thing with throttle only . . . no pedaling. The battery had not even gone down one tick by the time we got back, and I had a wonderful couple of hours.I asked about the Lazer helmets that come with the bike rental. Eric told me that he makes sure to sanitize them, as well as the bikes, before every use. During these corona-times, that is a comfort. I have to say, that they are VERY comfortable helmets too. Pro tip: theres a dial at the back of the helmet to adjust the fit.A bit about the rental bikes. Each of the bikes that I saw, has a water bottle holder and crate mounted onto the rear rack for holding other essentials. If youre going to put something in the crate, put it in a separate bag and bring a bungie cord with you, otherwise the contents might bounce out. Bring your own standard size water bottle and it should fit.One of the best things about renting from POHO, is the flexibility. We called Eric in the morning, and were able to have our butts on bike seats by noon. Eric is motivated to do whatever it takes to get you on a bike and on the trail. The whole reason that we rented, is because we are looking at purchasing a pair of our own Rad bikes. We havent found an official LOCAL source of information about Radpowered bikes, because the company doesnt have any distributors or re-sellers as part of their business model.Once we purchase, we probably wont be giving him much in the way of repeat business. In spite of that, Eric was generous with his time, and gracious in answering all of the questions we came up with, in our decision-making process. Eric is an even better resource than a company representative, because he doesnt really have a dog in the fight, and hell be honest about the pluses and minuses of each model. Hes also ridden most of the models and knows a LOT about them.I recommend POHO highly and without reservation! Need an afternoon or morning away from all of the corona-worries? Rent a bike and go for a ride. Thinking of buying one? Take one for a test ride. In either case, youre in good hands.
