Excellent place for jogging, tennis, volley, soccer and outdoors gym

Newly renovated, they added an outdoor gym, more benches and tables, renewed the water park, the fields off of Davis avenue to be turf fields. It has 4 tennis courts, a nice pond to walk around, a baseball field, a basketball court that they added another hoop to.Plenty of paths to walk around and get your exercise.

It a decent size park and probably the best in the area of Kearny, Harrison and East Newark. It have a tennis area, I believe three baseball fields, a soccer field, one half basketball court, playground and a workout area. I might have forgotten a thing or two but it is a nice park to go for a run or play some sport. I would say it could use a bit more parking and may a full court to play basketball.

This is such a beautiful, tranquil space. I walk along the trail here several times a week and always feel refreshed. There are always people walking their dogs, so if youre a dog person this is heaven! I never see any trash, and the grass is always freshly cut. I am fostering a kitten and took her on walks here every day. There are tons of grassy areas to have picnics, and a lot of shade from overhead trees. Truly gorgeous.

I grew up coming to this park, to be able to watch my kids enjoy it as much as I did is absolutely lovely. Whether we go to the playground, the splash area, for a walk or to kick around the soccer ball, we always have fun. Theres also a pretty big pond stocked with fish. Id say theres lots to do for every member in your family, whether they enjoy being active or being more laid back and watching life happen.

You can make a lot of memories with the people you love. I will always remember this place even after moving.

Growing up a few blocks away I used to come to the park a lot. Nice park now, but back in the early 80s, the pond used to have a lot more fish and wildlife. Bass, trout, catfish and huge carp. Tons of people would be fishing on the weekends. I guess theres too many ducks and the nitrogen levels are way too high. Other than that the park looks great.

Great park to go for a walk or a jog. Clean and well maintained. Pond has fish that can be fished depending season. Baseball, soccer and tennis field also available. Seating throughout the park and plenty of trees to sit under for shade. Very breezy and fresh.

Large park with a very quiet feel, not crowded at all, lake with a walking path baseball, soccer and tennis courts. Sprinkler system to young children wet, benches everywhere, picnic tables being installed, gazebos on high hills overlooking valleys, the only downfall is that there is only one parking

This park is very beautiful. There is many areas that you can hangout with your family and friends. There is a waterpark and swings for the kids, a tennis court, recently constructed soccer court and bathroom, sitting areas, waterfront and parking lot. There is a stairway, small basketball court, kids play area and a few mini hut like areas. During the warm months guys place volleyball and well as cricket in this park. It is a beautiful park, not overly large but large enough for people to run, bike exercise etc.

West Hudson Park is located off of Schuyler Avenue in Kearny the park is on the Kearny Harrison border the lake is nice the park bridges are nice as well the park has lots of events and is a great place to go if you need to walk you’re dog or something else

Its a nice park with lots of walking trails. But as of late not many who visit adhere to wearing their masks.

It is a quiet, family oriented park. Best part is the opwn field for sports and the water park for the kids right next to the playground.

I live in Harrison and I’ve been coming to this playground and sprinklers since I was a baby now I take my kids almost everyday and they love going to the pond .. and they just had a makeover I can’t wait to go today

Is a nice place where you can expend an afrernoon with family, good walk.. we even when for water fountain park the only thing that was upseting is that people where not respecting the signs where said no mask no entry and most of the people had no mask..And 45 kids where just all hanging around together when social distance has to be mantained and none of them had a single mask NOT even in their hands..Other wise was nice.

Big area .. the showers area is awesome for kids

When you are bored and cant think of anything to do, go to this place and just sit there. I promise you will enjoy and have a great time.

Great park. I was driving from Boston to Delaware and found this place on the map. Just had to stop by. The kids loved it. There’s a playground area with water park section... really good since it’s summer. And really safe too. I would highly recommend this place. Specially for families. It’s a must go. We are definitely stopping by again when we are around.

The most amazing and most peaceful place to be around. With lot of things to see. Like people playing soccer, greenery all around, lawn tennis courts, volleyball plating ppl, a big lake with ducks swimming.

I grew up in Harrison and have frequently played and walked through this park. It always has been well kept. But the recent updates have dramatically improved upon the park. From the water park, to the new baseball Field it still is a beautiful park

There’s no BBQ area despite being on the map. Also the picnic tables next to the bathroom have been removed.

Great little park Nice duck pond can go fishing here and it has a few play parks and a water one in the summer also a baseball field. The hills are awesome during the winter for sledding. A found childhood memory.

Very clean park that was just recently updated so it’s quite a bit more modern now. Great place to take the kids to play or maybe for a nice romantic walk.

Hudson park is the best park in town, It has picnic areas, tennis fields, a water park, playground, and giant soccer field. You can also walk around the path for jogging and running exercises. At hudson you will have a great experience.

Been living near this park for 42 years, grew up here. Still a nice, quiet park to run/walk although its not the same as it was in the 70s, 80s and early 90s.

Calm relaxing and beautiful. Some areas are under construction but a great place to walk and relax. Saw plenty of people enjoying the park from sports to just having a picnic.

Love my dentist. Dr Park is very caring and will explain everything that is wrong and how to fix it. Theres financing available.

Its just a great park. with lots of walkways baseball diamonds which are not available at the moment due to renovations. the park has two playgrounds and one splash park. has tennis courts and volleyball parts as well. it has fountains. and a basketball court.

Small basketball court by one of the playgrounds and small water park by another playground, which are perfect for kids. The park is large and aesthetically pleasing, which makes it perfect for a run or a date.

Loved the serenity of this park...its splash pad is one of the highlights....you can throw a cute birthday party over here....when you done getting wet you go over to the dry park with lots of varieties to play with.....my 4 year olds loved it so much.....the bathroom is under construction and parking is limited but fun is unlimited...we spent 5hrs and didnt want to go home

A POPULAR PARK IN KEARNY N.J. MY HUSBAND AND I COME HERE OFTEN. I BROUGHT COFFEE & SOMETHING TO EAT WHILE SITTING AND WATCHING THE DUCKS . I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ITS A BEAUTIFUL PARK TO JUST SIT AND THINK .. THEY PUT FISH IN THE WATER FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES TO FISHING SO COME AND ENJOY THE ATMOSPHERE ..

Nice little local park. I always like to walk my dog through here. They have a few baseball/ soccer fields with relatively new tennis courts and a recently updated half basketball court. They have two playgrounds for kids to play in and during the summer a water park for kids to keep cool in. The only downside.... All the duck/geese feces on the paths surrounding the pond. When I say theres a lot of feces... Theres A LOT.

Wonderful park has everything for everybody but it seems like it was set up for no one to come here otherwise they would of had parking closer than 4 football fields away
