I came down from WA to visited with my friend I was really surprised since Im from Hanford and know the area where this mobile park is. This was so clean and quiet. The fronts of all the houses where kept nice and clean. Who ever runs this park along with the tenants have kept it looking amazing

Ive lived here for over 4years and its been a very nice place to live management has been great

It is peaceful here. The community watches out for another. Management keeps up the place and make sure everyone follows the rules in place. Some people may take it as being too strict, however, I appreciate it because it keeps the place running smooth and quiet. I feel safe here.

Great management staff. They are on it when issues are brought up. The community is quiet. The pond and garden area are well kept. I bought my home here last year and I feel safe around the community. The areas are well lit at night.

I live there with my mom its a nice quiet place to live

Common areas are clean and well kept. The managers are very selective about who they allow to live there. They told a friend they didnt have anything available (which wasnt true) I think it was because he had visible tattoos.

Thats a very clean place. Its where my friend Darryl Johnson used to live who passed away recently he liked it very much there.

Need more spaces in closer locations for visitor parking

Managers are wacky, owner is terrible, rent was semi ok, neighborhood was pretty ok.

Had a horrible experience there one particular woman literally watches me from her window everyday even called me a dirty mexican the manger is friends with this woman so it was biased, i had a personal arguement indoors anf the woman from the window calls the manager to kick us out which of course she did giving me less than 24 hours to move out, she gave us an hour and a half to grab everything and leave so unprofessional mangers puts some residents as a priority over others
