My aunt and uncle live there for years they loved it,my sister lives therenow she likes it although she believes some improvements need to be addressed...

The park is kept clean and neighbors look out for one another. If you are looking for a quiet place to call home, this is an affordable option with character.

Mobile home park is kept up fairly nice, has a pool which looks kept up homes are in varying states of upkeep

Very peaceful place. The staff thinks theyre Sherriffs Deputies so make sure not to park in the wrong spot

I tried applying for residency and the Manager said I made enough money and would be qualified, I then turn in the application and get a call from her saying I dont make enough. She says I can get a co-applicant or a roommate and use their income to boost mine, so I get a friend to room with me and have them fill out the paperwork and turn it in, but apparently I was already denied residency and once youre denied youre always the denied. In short this manager in this park screwed me up and wasteed a month of my time!!!!!! Beware if you apply for residency here, she may mess up your paperwork and double check the qualifications before you apply.

Its really nice place to live at .And go swimming . Looking forward to do so
