Just left- no one was wearing masks—not even the people making food. Playland is safer— go there!

A classic. They still have the old school Skee-Ball even. The so called Ice Ball pales in comparison. R.I.P. Shooting Gallery Lady :(

This arcade has been here for as long as I can remember and it hasnt changed a bit. It still has that old feeling which is great. Im glad they have not modernized it like most places where they use the debit type card to load money. They still take old fashioned quarters and they still have the little kiddie rides. Nostalgia at its best!!!

This is definitely one of the best arcades ive been to in recent years. Its been around for a long time now and I make sure to go there every summer. Its just a really good arcade all around they got a very good variety of games from the classics to new ones. Really the only sorta bad thing I can think of is like their DDR works when it wants to work like the 1P side barely works at all (the last time I tried it tho correct me if im wrong now.) but the 2P side works almost perfect but sometimes the left arrow doesnt work but most of the time it fully works. But its a really cool ddr machine its humongous. Anyways the end of the story? If you ever go to hampton beach and you love arcades? 100 percent come here.

Not sure many people appreciate how hard it is to keep a place like open for 3 generations! So great to be able to enjoy this place with my children like I did 30 years ago. The staff works super hard trying to keep up with all the visitors and yes you may lose .25 in a machine but they will honor you if you tell someone, to me its worth having a slice of childhood and enjoy a family owned business, I appreciate you guys, so thank you!

Most fun place on earth? No. However, its more than just an arcade. There is history here. Its about the nostalgia. Okay, so there are games that are incredibly old. There are also brand new games. Huge games. Its all about having fun. The prizes are kinda, well, just like most arcades, dumb. Is it a great way to get out of the sun? Yeah, if you like feeling hot air being blown around. Its not perfect, we get it. BUT at least this place isnt like every single sweatshirt shop along the strip. They offer something no one else does. So, until another /real/ arcade magically shows up, they are looking pretty good.

This is a normal spot for pick pocketers, happened to me yesterday. Be aware that if it does happen, the manager there won’t do anything to help you. In fact he will just get mad, when nothing was stolen from him.

They have a lot of skeeball. But 90% of the games dont work or dont give tickets. No staff to help get money back when a game doesnt work. Expect to spend 20% of your money having fun and the other 80% just pumping quarters into machines that dont work.

I WISH zero stars was a thing. Not only did I have to search for people 8 times because a machine ate my money or wouldnt give us our tickets that we won, at one point I looked for over 30 minutes for an employee and couldnt find a single one. Why? Because they were all in the back room that says private on the door, so I knocked repeatedly and an employee pops his head out and told me it was uncalled for (which after 30 minutes of looking because a machine ate my money, its not) My father has been taking me here since I was a child and now we take our nieces here, today I was there and got over 5,000 tickets. My niece wanted a tiger that cost 7,500 tickets, for the past 10 years my father has been paying the difference between tickets and for the last 5 years Ive been doing so for my nieces, normally it was a penny for every ticket we were missing. The girls behind the counter told me straight up that I was lying and that its been the same no buy policy for 10 years. She laughed in my face and told me to just spend what I had won I paid over $100 to get the tickets that I had and if I want to give them money to make my nieces happy, they should have happily accepted the $25 I was willing to pay for a $5 tiger for my niece. My family and I will never return to Funarama and we will definitely go to one of the other 4 arcades on the block. Youd think the owner would hire friendlier staff who are willing to work and fix problems knowing that customers can easily go to one of the other 4 arcades.
