Please upgrade!! There isn’t very many places in Hampton as it is for young children to have fun. It is of the upmost importance to keep up with all the other locations that offer “Unlimited Play”! And please change and upgrade the games as needed! A lot of these games are from years ago. And definitely looking to see cleaner restrooms. Staff is usually attentive and helpful!

It very fun loved it my family came and we was eating pizza

No one was in there. Staff cleaned games with beach water every hour. my kids had a blast. I wiped down our table with hospital grade sanitizer. They use wristbands with minutes or points to play the games. No more gross tokens. Each game is 1 or 2 points. The wristbands are silicon so very easy to sanitize. The bathrooms are clean. No mold in the soda nozzles. Staff was constantly cleaning everything. Staff takes your temperature coming in and has u sanitize as soon as u come in. No more stamps, u have to take a picture of your family and show them when you leave. They also have every other table sectioned off for social distancing. They also dont have Chuck e cheese come out anymore. He must still be in quarantine lol!!! Overall call ahead to see how many people are there. Great place to get the kids out of the house. Staff is patient and clean.

My kids love it. (6&4yo) Inexpensive video games and clean environment are a win. They are good with security, matching hand stamps with parents and kids on the way in and out also. The decor is dated, could use a facelift. Pizza is pricey for what you are getting, but for the convenience and a fun evening with the kids this place is a win.

Party went well. The host was great. Place could use some cleaning up but not too bad. Pizza was good as always and cake was delicious. Easy to entertain little ones.

This was our cheap date place 37 years ago and it is still great fun. Skeeball is still so much fun. Friendly staff, clean facility, and of course family oriented. The Italian sandwich is delicious and the kids always loved the pizza.

This was the celebration spot for my daughters 5th birthday. It was our first time to this location. Initially when walking in, my first impression was, holy crowded. I was extremely let down to see that they did not have the load a card system. The token system is still in place. It does the job until your plastic cup of tokens gets knocked over or dropped... Which happened. However, the staff was pleasant and courteous. The food was good (and greasy, but still good). The drink cups seemed a little small, but I feel it is a budget choice by corporate ( not a bad choice, but visible). With the good and bad, we all enjoyed ourselves! We will probably go back, but on a frequent occasion.

As an autistic adult, I tend to like fun places like this. Most other ones Ive been to give me weird looks or I hear the staff talking behind my back that a young adults, without any kids, comes in to enjoy the games and get fun stuff and pizza.Not here though. Staff is amazing, my first visit (a few weeks ago), the nice lady at the counter (whose name I have forgotten!) put in the 100 tokens for $20 coupon for me without having to ask (I was fine with the listed 70, 100 made it all that much better!). This second time, I enjoyed some amazing pepperoni pizza and games with 120 tokens, and the staff was just amazing---will be going back!

They dont have the play pass for hourly so we were bumned. Alot of the machines we had to keep asking refunds for because they were not working properly. Alot were locked because they were not working. Chuckie came out maybe 5 min total. Gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because my kids still enjoyed it and we woukd go again. Just bummed

Always fun with the kids

Went to a birthday party for my daughters friend here and actually changed my mind about the place! We had a wonderful experience, the hostess Chelsie was very attentive and seemed to really enjoy her job. The manager even came by to make sure everything was going well! We might be coming to Chuck E Cheese for our next birthday party.

It was a great place to bring my grandkids. They had a lot of fun. Well visit again soon.

Can sometimes be busy but we have a blast and love that Chuck E. Comes out so often to see the kids.

Chuck E. Cheese is my favorite place to go out to eat for pizza and I enjoy the live music from their animated electronic characters and playing the games. The workers there are really nice and friendly. My favorite game there to play is the skee ball which I won so much tickets for playing it.

I was unaware but they no longer offer multiple trips to the salad bar and this is a smaller location. Some of the machines will take your coins and other machines wont give to the correct amount of tickets back.

I love the change, more food options and better games. My daughter enjoyed herself.

Its OK. I definitely think some of the games need to be taken out and upgraded. The pizza and salad bar was good. The staff could be a little more lively.

I love me some Chuck E. Cheese! But, in the last couple of years they have taken away some really good games and thre games give out less tickets for the higher scores.

This was like going back in time. This particular location seems a bit updated and well maintained.The food was reasonably priced and good.

The staff that I encountered here was friendly. Located right off of 64 The children usually have fun. Beware of the games. Some of them will take you childs token and not play or not give tickets when they win. Inflation must be real for Chuck E. the prizes are not as good anymore.

Saw a kid put a cheese stick in a urinal. had a good time

Alot of the games was malfunctioning and the line was almost out the door. After I ordered my food it was wrong but line was too long to correct it. It was alot of young workers there who seemed like they was bored.

Refused to take their own coupons. Told me the new ownership does not accept coupons even though I have been using them for years and these just came in the mail

My grandson had the best birthday party there he loved it

If you can tolerate the sound of kids playing its cool! Nice place to take them to get their energy out. Best bet for having a party there is to buy your own cake and get token packages instead of booking your party through them, otherwise it adds up fast!

Great place for family fun and entertainment. Games, food, music, and prizes in one place. Employees do great job with hosting birthday parties. Bathrooms need attention and proper cleaning more often.

Ciara and the gentleman with the long hair were just absolutely terrific! My son just got out of the hospital and wanted to see the mouse so we took him and those two just really went above and beyond to make him happy there! Thanks guys

Used a coupon sent to me via email for their location that said $1 off all you can eat salad buffet. They informed me that all you can eat means one trip and all you can put on that plate....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! The kids had fun, but please dont send coupons out that you are not going to honor.Plus it took an hour to get one pizza!

Great place with cheap thrills and food my daughter turned 4 and she loved all the games and getting tickets was a plus.

Im not a fan of Chuck E Cheese but the host of the birthday parties are great! They keep all those kids at their party calm between eating food and cutting the cake. It takes a special for that job.

I normally have a great time but not today. So we order three pizzas and eight drinks (3 adults, 5 kids) and within 20 minutes of of us getting there they throw our drinks away while we were playing games. They did replace the drinks and told the guy not to touch the tables. So we ate and begin playing again because we had 200 tokens. Come back to our drinks being thrown away along with my nephew tickets. They need a better system because this was simply an inconvenience. Maybe a card that says out playing on one side and all done or clean on the other.So the Manager Natalie contacted and fixed the situation. We went today and it was much better

Great place. Still have the coins. They have deals but its still super pricey. All in all it was a great experience for my boys.

I miss all the tunnels and ball pits. Its just an arcade now. I wish they had things for kids to run around in. Theyve really upped their game on the food. Most of the associates are young kids who have a slight hard time figuring out which part of their job is the most important.The videos that play in the background are always too loud. I heard the same message on the video stated different ways by different characters about 10 times in less than 2 minutes.Chuck e never came out to toss tickets either. They used to have him walk around the arcade games snagging kids attention and following him so he could throw tickets.Ive had my sons birthday party there and it was pretty cool. He liked the ticket blaster booth a lot.Overall, not a bad place to go especially if its a rainy day.

Awesome place. Only downside was the ticket machine went down, but they gave me a voucher for 500 tickets and made it a great experience. Customer service is on point..

Booked a party there that was today. Quite disappointed in the way this party went. We arrived early like we were told. Nothing was very organized on coming out. Pizza came out around 3ish at which point I began asking for the cake because we had brought candles and extra icing since they do not come with a name from the back. Was told there would be a countdown prior to cake. Flash forward and the time the cake is suppose to come, we are told the chocolate sheet cake that we ordered batman as the whole party was batman themed, had been left out too long and melted. They checked with a guest and not myself and proceeded to bring out a white decorated cake and offered the melted chocolate as a free one.While complaining about this I missed the entire birthday show for my son. The rerunning of this show meant nothing as I missed him actually participating and being involved. Instead he stood there feeling awkward he was the only being redone for.They removed the price of the cake from the party but Im still quite upset. The main things I paid to enjoy and get to enjoy watching my child enjoy I didnt get to experience. Its ridiculous that no one could consult with the people who actually booked the party and went to a guest for information. Its also crappy that Ill never get that time back for this party and missed every reason for going there. Very disorganized between all the workers.

My child had a great time, I was just extremely crowded the day we went. The door person did a great job of staying on top of if the children were leaving with the correct adult!

I was there for my nieces 9th Birthday. She got coins and tickets for her guests and herself. The kids played games, danced with Chuck E. Cheese and took pictures with him and they ate pizza and drinks. It was fun for everyone. Not as noisy as it used to be.

Of course its overwhelming tons of kids screaming and losing their minds. It was clean as they can keep it. My complaint was a machine would take our tokens and wouldnt give us our tickets. I also think it is insane that with 115 tickets basically gets you nothing. And thats off 30 bucks. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 4 drinks. It was okay. Kids wont tell the difference when they are screaming for the mouse.

This was a good location as far as chuck e cheeses go.

Food and customer service can really use some work.

I doubt we will be coming back. The games were okay, the place itself was clean but half the staff wasnt very attentive and one staff member was very rude and snarky when I asked if we could save the rest of our tickets since my 4 yr old didnt wanna use em all. When it came time for chucky to come out and dance with the kiddos and give tickets...he was a no show..IDK how many kids I seen that were heartbroken because the lazy staff didnt wanna go put on a damn mouse suit to PLEASE THE KIDS. If you arent willing to go above and beyond for KIDS then working at a childs place to play and have fun isnt the job for you.

I am absolutely disgusted by the rude bitterness and lack of kind professionalism that you would wish for when dealing with an established name as Chuck E Cheese.I am a member of the More Cheese Club and have two children under 5 years old.I received a free small personal pizza email for my 3 year old Jupiter. We drove to the establishment and showed said email all while my child happy as can be to be there.Was told we dont know what that is and no way you are using it here! Between the rolled eyes and loud voice and bitterness directly in front of my little boy as I held him.You must understand we had been talking about this all day and her face and loud voice killed my sons laughter deadstop. A no or a sorry we dont honor that would have been sad but accepted. This entire process has truly cut to the core of lack of communication and empathy. I will never forget how my son and I were berated standing there wishing to eat and play! I hope others see these words and take there $ elsewhere from this independent owned and the rude bitterness of the employees!

What to say about Chuck E Cheeses... this place is not what it used to be. There are usually a large portion of games out of order. The food is mediocre at best and over priced. The staff is a bunch of kids which most dont care about the job portion of being there. It also isnt as fun for the kids without the over head play area, it gives them no where to run. The prizes are over priced for the made in China junk most of it is. The cleanliness also isnt always the best. We go to play the games still just not very often.

Great place if you want your kids to get norovirus or the Double Dragon as some like to call it. definitely not a place that gets wiped down regularly as it should be. Be sure to bring the sanitizing wipes Galore and make sure your kids wash your hands nine times before leaving.

Very disappointed. We went there for my grandsons birthday. I had my granddaughter with me who is one and the only things for her to do was ride on three different things. I used to take my children there and there was a lot more to do then. Why did they take out the ball pit for the little kids? We will not be returning ever again
