Beautiful trail with amazing historical details. Great for a warm day to walk through the village and pine barren. It’s great for families but be cautious going into the woods part. Went over a metal modern bridge to encounter a nudist group sunbathing in the woods. Saw a part of nature I wasn’t looking for ! Read online afterwards that it’s a legal group out there. Wish the park would have signs to notify in case people may not want to view that part of the area.

Beautiful scenic trail with historic significance. Im not quite sure if the folks who lived in Batsto took this trail to church on Sundays, but I imagine itd make for a serene, contemplative walk after a sermon. I love this trail.

I love this trail. I wish it wasn’t always flooded out, though south jersey just had one of it’s wettest fall/winter season ever. A very peaceful and scenic trail when it’s accessible!
