Beautiful trail with amazing historical details. Great for a warm day to walk through the village and pine barren. It’s great for families but be cautious going into the woods part. Went over a metal modern bridge to encounter a nudist group sunbathing in the woods. Saw a part of nature I wasn’t looking for ! Read online afterwards that it’s a legal group out there. Wish the park would have signs to notify in case people may not want to view that part of the area.
Very good trail..there are few trails 3mile+ or .25 mile, we went on cloudy day..it was fun
Very nice hiking trails
Beautiful scenic trail with historic significance. Im not quite sure if the folks who lived in Batsto took this trail to church on Sundays, but I imagine itd make for a serene, contemplative walk after a sermon. I love this trail.
We enjoyed walking the trail here.
Really pleasant, very short hike. Great for children.
I love this trail. I wish it wasn’t always flooded out, though south jersey just had one of it’s wettest fall/winter season ever. A very peaceful and scenic trail when it’s accessible!
Beautiful place
Went here for an antique show. It was nice. Very open and yet a ton of greenery
Great little hike, a lot of other things to do that just hike, visit Basto village
Sometimes flooded but scenic trail connecting to the Mullica River trail.
Very quiet and secure
