The customer service inside is on point! The employees assist you regularly in an attempt to find what you need instead of selling you bonus deals. I watched one employee working with a customer with very little knowledge of fireworks in general and a fairly low budget. He helped her like someone else who may have been spending $100s of dollars. She gave him a hug when he walked her to the register for checkout! Customer service is on here!!!
