Is a nice place to live but is only for people over 60.

If you dont want spending a lot of money to pay rent this is the best place I give you five stars not bad

Sadly discrimination of non Snowbirds.They take your money and then showed me a totally bogus bankgr ound check.I already knew the facts, And the only reason she led me to believe if I filled it out& paid$50 was was to get her nails done.

Bought a new)used AC unit. From someone who offered it on OfferUp. Could never live in a commune such as this. Cant breathe in there . Too many trailers, people and cars. Plus u go around in circles on those tight little streets. But the AC is great.

Nice and modest mobile home community with amazing residents. There is many organised activities and a dedicated board of directors. It is exceptionally well located, minutes from the beach and surrounded by all stores.All homes have a parking space and a patch of grass. The few Rv sites are well integrated and complete perfectly this park
