It has great shadows and few empty spots.. I just stop by to make a communication about an air conditioning job, I think is a very nice and modest place to live!

Nice place very quiet

Clean and well maintained. Nice pool that needs maintenance. But not so quiet with the I-95 very close by with speeding vehicules ... day and night. There are also train tracks very close ... The train wakes you up at night. Too close to the city for us ... traffic here is very heavy day and night. We will not return.

Quiet neighborhood with many nearby restaurants, plaza and stores. Minutes away from I-95. Tranquility and serenity.

You can live take care easy

Its a very clean place with good security. Everyone seems to know each other and look out for each other. Dont expect to have someone answer the phone because the office is only a once or twice a week occupied. If you need to talk to someone call the Holiday Park next door. Same outfit runs several of the area mobile home parks.

Very clean mobile homes park located just west of I95 & off Hallandale Beach Blvd. Residents appear to be mostly French Canadian snowbirds.

Pool needs a bit of maintenance

Our first winter in green acres. Great parc, super management, lots of activities very friendly people.

Green Acres is the place to be!! beautiful community, automatic security gates,heated pool,Club house with 2 pool tables ,large active community administration is amazing (Tonea from Lakeshore Management)

Looks like a nice place good luck getting the disinterested mgmt team to help you get in.
