My twins had a blast here it is more probably for kids 10 and older mine are younger but still lots of fun to try out once in two weeks

This threate is under construction but was still awesome the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are amazing compared to what Im used to in Mass. Love bringing my kids here

We have been coming to the movies here at the Valley Mall for more years than I care to mention :) They never disappoint and am always finding my way back here now with my Family to share the same Excitement. The renovations are truly inviting. From the luminescent neon, animated movie posters and the new theatre seats are so roomy & comfortable. With the addition of the Regal Unlimited pass you can come as often as you like. Thank you Valley Mall for entertaining my Family for over 40 years.

I give 1 star because they dont think of the customer! There remodeling an have the popcorn machine out but are selling 20oz soda for 5.59. Paying 5.59 is way too much for a 20oz! For a moms on a budget saving just too take their kids to the movies is hard.Suggestion..... Lower your prices an more people would come. I know wed go more if it was cheaper!

Spacious, clean, professional, and comfortable seating!

I would give this place a 4 or 5 star if it wasn’t for the remodeling and trying to charge $5.59 for 20oz bottle of soda. This is ridiculous and should be ashamed of theirselves for doing this. Also got told when the other side gets remodeled they will have the reclining seats but going to charge more for those. Every place I have been to has never charged more for theirs. Don’t think I will be back to this one

We went to see Star Wars and the movie was great. But the trailers leading up to the movies last in about a half hour to 45 minutes. And I think they should have a few more stalls in the womans room, thats restroom. But other than that it was good.

I usually dont leave reviews but the new seats are atrocious and uncomfortable. I nearly left the movie because I was highly uncomfortable and in an immense amount of pain. We were going to look into the unlimited pass but not anymore because we have no desire to go back there due to the new seats. Id rather sit on the stairs against the wall than in their new chairs. If you can turn back I would highly recommend it.

We went to see a movie. The theater was clean and had a great selection of current movies. The price was high. Our party had 2 adults and a 4 year old. We purchased 3 tickets (at 7:30pm on a Friday night) and got 2 types of candy. The cost with tax was $43.13!!!

They upgraded their chairs and they are nicer, but you still cant lay back like you can at the Leitersburg Cinemas VIP seats. So I was unconfortable the whole movie. The cleanliness is also nice, but they seem to be doing a lot of construction there and are blocking off most of the theater.

JUST NEWLY REMODED AN SOON TO REOPEN

Me and my wife gone there last week to see 1917 war movie. The concession stand prices are really insane. $5 for a 20oz bottled coke is outrageous. Please go back to fountain drinks and offer free refills. I hate bottled cokes and prefer fountain sodas. I don’t mind watching movies trailers, but over 20 minutes gets ridiculous. I was considering buying a yearly movie pass for me and my wife since we are retired but have reservations about doing so.Not sure if I want to get locked into a one year membership even if I pay monthly. Think first before you sign up.The new seats were a big improvement over the old seats but caught hell trying to get out of it. I’m a big guy and didn’t feel uncomfortable in their new seats. I didn’t mind the renovations going on. It was nice going to a theatre that was not crowded. Less than 10 people watching. I’m going to check out this Leitersburg theatre that everyone is ranting and raving about. After I do that, I will decide if it’s worth it or not to buy an unlimited Regal movie pass to the valley mall theatre or not.Buying 2 unlimited movie passes costing $432 bucks at $18 dollars monthly is no joke. 10% discount at the concession is just not much of a discount. They should at least offer free soda and popcorn for the first three visits on a movie pass monthly.

Had some business to take care of at the Sprint Store, then had a relaxing pedicure at Europa Nails. Did some walking and later on went to see Downton Abbey at the Regal cinemas. I like coming here because its a safe, bright, clean environment with seating at various intervals so I can rest if I need to. Also enjoy having various places to eat and a game complex and health club all at the same location. Every time I come to the mall, I find something new. Also enjoy events that take place there.

It was a great family experience! Everything was a little pricey but that was besides the point. We really enjoyed ourselves. The employees were very curtious.

Renovation taking place which isn’t the problem. The problem is when you charge over $5.00 for a 20 oz bottle of soda which is the price of a large fountain soda which is like 3 times the amount as the 20 oz all because your renovating. You pay as much as a large and only get 20 oz. money hungry company. There’s a better movie theatre in Leitersburg by far. Don’t waste your money here

Weve always enjoyed movies here. Spacious, usually clean, comfortable seats. Like lost movies now, a little expensive but its expected (2 regular non-3D tickets, small drink and small popcorn = $40). Enjoyed date night though.

This Regal location constantly advertises showings they never intend to show at this location. They also advertise digital copy promotions for seeing so many films in a set that they never intend on making good on until you call their customer service to complain. Avoid this location at all costs and go to the much better Leitersburg Cinemas instead.

I really think this can become an AMAZING place once it is upgraded to VIP seating!! I would choose this over all the others in the area because of all the yummy food choices!!! I would literally love if you got a Coke Freestyle Machine!!

I recently saw a film at this theater and the least I could say is that I wasnt that impressed. Now I know there renovating but this was a major pain. First of all the whole place is disorganized because of this renovation now cmon, you can move your stuff out the way, there are still patrons watching movies here! And as a result of the renovation the connesion stand was basically a counter with popcorn and some snacks no hot food or even fountain drinks or slurpee machines. The movie room was ok, the seats were decent and the cleanliness was mediocre so thats something good to say I suppose? Finally lets talk price witch is out of the roof, with my party of 5 at a matinee it was still nearly 100 dollars for tickets and snacks plus horrible service to top it off... Needless to say Im sure this wouldve got a better score if it wasnt for the remoliding but still price is price and this theater gets a 0 out of 5 when it comes to price, Not pleased here.

I love that they are opened late, even during the week. For me and my work schedule, it means I actually get to go to the movies whenever I want. The ticket window is very quick! I hate it when I arrive with little time to spare and have a long wait, have to pick a seat number while trying to purchase a ticket or told they arent selling tickets for that show any longer, even though seats are open and the trailers are still playing. Now that Im aware of these theaters, it may become my theater of preference, even with the longer distance.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars it was disgusting it smelled like urine and the seats we old and uncomfortable. Our popcorn tasted like it was 3 days old, there was barely any room for everyone to fit in the theatre we were in. I will never go here again. Very disappointed

Theyre just now renovating to add a bar and lounge. They have some VIP seating like Leitersburg, but not as comfy.Theyre trying to sell theater subscriptions in the form of monthly fee memberships that weve all learned to beware of.Concessions are robbery, bring your own food.

Nice theater but 12 bucks a ticket cant go very often

We enjoy the theater here. Prices could be better, however they have lowered some in the last few years. The theaters are not always the cleanest but we always have a good time. I do enjoy the rewards program that can help with savings.

I took 3. Little kids to see Frozen II. The movie time was 1:20 and we arrived about 10 min early. We found our seats and had 40 minutes of previews! 40 minutes is deadly with little kids but if we had come later we would not have gotten seats together. This is ridiculous! I will go to Leitersburg theatres from now on. We see maybe 3 or 4 previews but not 40 minutes!

Absolutely horrible..had screaming babies and an obnoxious mother screaming during the whole movie. Asked manager to help or do something, but bc my kids didnt want to leave he didnt help us thanks Mike. $130 not even so much as an apology and i played back audio for him.

The theatre renovations have revealed a lack of capacity to lead. If it’s a big film, don’t expect to use the only men’s restroom. Use of manpower in this area is negligible at best. Film cut off due to power outage, announcement was made that rain checks would be given. That said I wasn’t in the movie house to hear the statement. I sought to view the film in its full continuity, however it was rebuffed by Mike. Corporate was quick in addressing my disatisfaction, and issued 2 free passes for my son and I. That said I didn’t want to use the passes for the same film, as I was the customer inconvenienced. Knowledge of who we’re spending out money with is power especially at 11.55 per ticket.

This theater sucks...they still have the old fold down seating. Ive been to several theaters that have the motorized seating which allows you to recline. It smelled of urine in the theater. Never going back again.

The movie theatre is in a Mall it in a great location near alot of store.The Theatre is a good size the selection of movies is great alot of choices.The price to get in was not bad the customer service was good the guy were i bought the tickets was very nice when i want to get food the customer service there was not so great there were 5 workers behind the counter when i ask a question they were talking to each other acted like they didnt hear me the prices were outrageous 7 bucks for a soda i just couldnt see paying that for a drink lol and the other things was high to i suggest eating and going to get candy somewere else be for you go in.When i want in to sit down there was a old peice of popcorn on the chairs i notice they replace the chairs with new ones but the chairs were so stiff i felt like i was sitting standing up it was not comfortable at all but over all i had a good time.

The cinema is getting remodeled on some of the areas, but the sea5s are better in the new theatres and spacious.

Outstanding Mall with free parking and handicap parking. Multiple entrances around the entire Mall. Has many restaurants, clothing, footwear, multiple cell phone companies, has a full Tilt gaming room, public restrooms, handicap entrances to the Mall and restrooms, jewelry stores, Spencers, sun roofing throughout the entire Mall and patrolled by security. Is surrounded by several strip Plazas and just next to Rt.11 and Interstate 81with gas, food and lodging all in one area.

Very clean, very convenient theater. Big screens for new releases, considerably smaller ones for older films.

First time at the cinema since i come to america not crowded

This place is terrible! $50 for 2 tix, 2 drinks and a bag of m&ms. A large group of teenagers talked, wrestled, and played with thier phones throughout the movie, neither the young man in charge nor the geriatric security guard would do anything about it, despite receiving numerous complaints. If you have to go here, go during the day.

This place could use a little updating, like adding comfier (and less wiggly!) seating. However, Its still a good place to see a movie.

Amazing movie theater. The seats were pretty big. The screen was huge and the sound was amazing! Definitely coming back to this movie theater!

Will say decent video and sound actually probably average for most not budget theaters. But the seats while the due recline a little bit, the cushions suck and they made them so small. I am by no means a large person and it was a tight fit. There are other theaters within 30 minutes that are a better experience and cost the same if not less.

Excellent visual and sound. Pricey, but worth it if you like the movie. (Im old) Buy the big popcorn, and take some home to the kids. Its wonderful!

Very clean. Very easy in and out. Extremely comfortable seating. Concessions are expensive as hell, but thats true at every theater. Just bring a day bag and sneak your snacks and soda in with that if you suspect youre going to get the munchies or the urge for some water or something.

Great place for a night at the movies. Very comfortable seating and great popcorn. Great selection of games at the entrance. Plenty of room at the food court. Prices are high but its what you would expect at the movies. Have fun and enjoy as we have. OH and there are plenty of restrooms.

No AC and wife was forced to leave the movie because of overheating. The room was so hot we were sweating and uncomfortable. Management was informed and just said that the unit was broken and didnt offer a refund or to see the movie at a different theater that had working AC. I will go to other theaters from this point on.

Theater was noisey food was cold and stale wasnt asked for my crown club card or numbee to recieve points... Service was sub par...

We went to a matinee. Prices are reasonable. Four went to the movie. I qualified for the senior ticket price and my son got the military discount and since were club members we also received a free ticket. We ended up paying full price for only one ticket. Popcorn and drinks are priced as youd expect. Nice place to watch a movie.

This Regal is nice, but for the money you could drive 5 minutes and go to Leitersburg. Which has reclining comfort chairs if you get VIP seats. Ill take the seats.

The theatres I have been have been sketchy but this one, is huge, has alot of Screenings an lots of room, auditorium style seating that NOONE will be in your way, a decent variety of snacks an drinks, attached near the food court of the mall so if you wanted a FOOD selection prior to going in to see your movie, this is the perfect place, I was very impressed with this establishment while in town!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went to see endgame and the theater was pack, the kid at the candy and drinks would ask what we wanted then start talking to his co worker repeatedly asking what we wanted. We had food thrown at us in the theater, people burping behind us, talking horribly loud and better yet, someone on their cellphone talking. Then when asked for a manager they said there wasn’t one ??? Never going back

It is a very clean theater! Ive never been into the bathroom and it was dirty. It is always very neat. Also, they normally have good movies playing when I decide to go.

New seats in theater 11! 3d was decent. Floors not very sticky at all. Two post credits scenes in Marvel!

Went to the tilt entertainment place. It was a pretty cool arcade with laser tag, indoor bumper cars, and a mini roller coaster. Instead of tokens you get a card that you put money on to swipe at each machine. Then the tickets you win are automaticly stored on the card. There are lots of old pinball machines and classic arcade games such as pac man and joust to name a few.

I love going to the movies in Hagerstown at Regal Cinemas. The staff is friendly, theater clean and I can order tickets in advance on the Fandango app and just show the person my phone when I get there.

At first l thought this would be small inside. As l walked in, it looks so large and spacious. The screen absolutely the largest screen ever.

Tickets were almost $20 for 2 tickets. But what got me was that 2 large drinks and a large popcorn was almost $24.and that was suppose to be a deal. Part of the experience is suppose to be a soda and popcorn. Nothing special about this place just over priced food.
