Always a great experience when you go to Leitersburg! Highly recommend going on Tuesday night and sitting in the VIP section. Youll get your own small popcorn as well as relax in comfy recliners. Staff is very nice and accommodating! Youll love your experience and so will the kids!

Leitersburg Cinemas is privately held and I love supporting local businesses! Ownerships has recently changed again and there are changes to the cinema itself as well as the pricing and it seems personnel. So far, we are accommodating the changes. We love the VIP reclining chairs!

Tuesdays offer $5 tickets and $1 popcorn. A lot of older folks go there, like a social gathering. The place is clean, employees are friendly, the seats are great and the picture and audio are similar to other theaters. 10/10 would go again.

Love this place! Close to home for us. Not crowded like the mall cinemas. Numerous theatres with plenty of seating. Snacks are pricey, so eat before you come. Try coming during the week during their discounted showings.

The VIP chairs were comfy and reclined. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The theater in general was clean and pleasant and the experience was awesome! We really enjoyed ourselves and will be returning soon...

Very nice theater! Seats are nice and comfy! Best part is you can put your own butter on your popcorn and they have like 8 different seasonings you can add to your popcorn yourself!! Reasonable prices!great family time!

Leitersburg Cinema is a very clean, modern and recently upgraded theater. Every seat is a pretty comfortable recliner (a real recliner, that leans back and puts your feet up). The video and audio in the movie (we saw The Invisible Man) was excellent as well. Concession prices are about on average with other theatres in the area, which is to say overpriced, but not any more so than weve come to expect but at least the slow unlimited refills of popcorn, soda and slushie drinks. I havent been to this place in over 20 years as it takes about 30 minutes to drive there and only 5 minutes to the closest theater I normally go to, but from now on, well be making the longer trip. I feel that the experience is so much better that its worth it.

Get the VIP ticket shows. Leather reclining seats are so well made and comfy. Tickets and snacks/food/drinks are all less expensive too! Cant wait to go back.

Had multiple boxes from various movie displays still on the lobby floor, and the hot pretzel I purchased for $5 was microwaved and the dough had an off taste. The syrup had run out of the soda I wanted at the fountain dispenser and I had to use the other fountain at the other side of the lobby. Two large drinks, two hot pretzels and a small bag of popcorn was $31! The seating in the VIP Lounge was nice, but there were people sitting in our assigned seats when we got there, so we had to sit in other areas. The movie was good, though.

I love that this theater has reclining chairs. They are super comfortable, especially when you have a 3 year old that crawls into your lap halfway through the movie.

First time we have been to this cinema and we dont go to the movies very often. We come from the old world where you just bought a ticket and found a seat. So we were lucky enough to have a ticket agent that helped us pick seats, stepped out of her box office and show us where our theatre was located and where to buy snacks. Very impressed with the fact that she cared. And the place was clean, the seats were nice, comfortable recliners. We will definitely be going back again.

The prices are great and they keep upgrading the place. Its obvious those running things are emotionally invested in the experience.Now they have VIP seating and dining with available alcohol like the Alamo.Fantastic.

Love this place! I love the vip seats,the low ticket price,the free re fills on any size drink or popcorn. That with a great staff makes going out of my way a little to see a movie worth it.

Super comfortable spacious reclining chairs! That was a surprise. And you could sit anywhere in the theater and have a good seat. The place was clean and ther staff is friendly.

Dont try to charge me $13 for two regular sized sodas, then direct me to a soda machine that you know doesnt work. Full refund I got was appreciated.

I went to see a movie here, and the place seems very clean. They have this V.I.P. thing where you get reclining seats and a free popcorn. Very pleased.

One of my favorite places to visit love the VIP movies and the free refills. Only issue I had last time I went I was pregnant and they had put new seating in with tables the table would not push out far enough for me to get in the seat comfortably luckly my husband had a end seat and we switched and the table came out farther. But Im glad to see they are updating the place it really needed it. Hope they keep their prices the same.

This is my favorite movie theater. Five dollars admission every Tuesday for ALL movies before 5pm including new releases. VIP available at no extra charge; big reclining seats in a medium sized room, comfortable temperature. You get to reserve where to sit. Tasty $1 pop corn. Friendly service. Employees clean showing rooms immediately after every movie. Neat lobby. Loyalty program. You can earn free movie tickets and popcorn. I saw Little. It was interesting with a good message. Although it wasnt as funny to me as I had expected. But was still an enjoyable experience.

This is the best movie theater of all time. It’s seriously amazing. They have these VIP screenings where you get to sit in a giant cushioned armchair that reclines until you’re practically laying down. That is the only true way to see a movie once you experience it. The place is always really clean and organized. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

The VIP section is the spot. Nice easy chair feeling. Nice portions on the candy as well. Overall a great place for movie night. Oh and most of the people, patrons and staff are super friendly.

The seats in some of the theaters are NOT accessible to plus size or some disabled folks because of the trays that are not detachable/moveable. It’s a bit ridiculous to be faced with these challenges in 2020.

LOVE the recliners!! They are sooo comfy!! Just wish we couldve put the armrests back, but the buttons to control them are in the armrests. Also, really appreciate all the flavors you can sprinkle on your popcorn, along with FREE refills of soda and popcorn. The prices for tickets and food were awesome, too. Cheapest Ive been to the movies in a LONG time. :)

I always been a big fan of the Leitersburg Cinemas and have been attending under different ownerships over the last twenty-ish years. Right now, it has hands down the best management since Ive been attending. A great deal of pride seems to be taken in offering the best service.

Since they have remodeled the place, its very nice! Free refills on all sizes of popcorn, and the VIP theater lounge chairs are amazing! The regular priced theater rooms are okay, kind of small but not terrible.

Theater 6 today 9/21 no air conditioning, if they knew the air was broken they should have closed it or let us know before the movie. By the end of the movie, my whole family were not feeling well. It was hot and there was no air movement. Besides being very uncomfortable, it could have been very dangerous.

Seats are nice. Good price. Good concessions. Looks like they are currently remodelling. Recommend raising the screens just a bit as my son couldnt see the screen completely as the seats in front of us cut off the bottom. We managed during the movie by lowering the seats in front and found out after the movie that there are boosters.

This is by far the best theater as well as close to the customer service and response time when requesting it I have recieved from any business. Love the theater as well and how wonderful it looks, then the prices cannot be beat.This theater not only is customer friendly, but family friendly for all ages. Slowly expanding and growing the inside. Always a great selection plenty of screens. VIP chairs are awesome. A little trouble online once in a while but other than that always a great time. Huge parking lot and rightfully so.

Good selections of recent run movies. I almost always go on Tuesday nights. Great deal...VIP seating which is not tight together seats but nice comfy recliners. You also get free popcorn. (Suggestion to the staff...the popcorn is too salty. Yeah I know... cause you want us to buy drinks but its not healthy for anyone!!!) Sometimes I bring my own throw to wrap around me. Sometimes the theater is to cool especially in the winter. The staff seems nice. They are quick to clean up the theaters. The bathroom are also pretty clean. The place seems always busy and quick to sell out tickets. So get them ASAP!

This cinema is a gem. I did miss getting VIP seats for Endgame, but the atmosphere that night was incredible. This cinema goes all out for big movies. Local artists do special work for them. Local businesses can have a stand. I also like the option to be able to purchase an alcoholic beverage here.

The better seating was sold out with seats near each other so my date and I had to see it in a cheaper theater but it was still clean and comfortable and we got to sit together and enjoy the movie and not be crowded in-between a bunch of people the seats were comfortable and we enjoyed it very much.

VIP is where its at . I was there today and saw the new zombieland movie. Order tickets online n reserve seats . They have all your info when you get there . Everyone is friendly . Theyre doing renovations there currently seems to be making it more cohesive. In the smaller theatre i was in tonight they replaced the chairs. My only problem with them is they now have trays to set your snacks but the trays block half of the seat so if youre not a stick of a person it will be hard to sit in the chair initially. I peeked in and the two bigger theatres they still have the older reclining seats but idk if theyre changing the out or not.
