Wow. So we’re really going to call this place entertaining when everything is always needing maintenance, games that are cool are broke, and everything that is lame works. The ONLY cool thing is the pinball and that game where the car moves like the screen. Besides that, don’t go here. After reading other reviews I can say (not every single one) but most staff are rude. The prizes, like all arcades these days, are cheap pieces of plastic and the only reason people want them is because they want to redeem themselves for wasting time here. Even the photo booth thing was a mess, thing was blurry and wouldn’t focus. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Trust me go somewhere else. Even a longer drive is more worth this place. This place wants to take you for everything you got.

Probably one of the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had while somewhere that was supposed to be “fun.” Half the machines didn’t work, they don’t enforce mask regulations, and the staff is horrible. My boyfriend and I stood at the prize booth for at least 20 minutes and the lady behind booth (dyed bright red hair and glasses) was completely ignoring us. She clearly saw us but still would help people who came after us. We finally just gave up and left with no prizes. Screw this place, it’s a total scam.

Has a huge game room with different variety of games to play. Free parking and handicap parking. Has a small food area, 2 rooms for any type of child parties. Can cash in tickets from games played and can cash them in for bigger nice items. Has public restrooms and handicap restrooms. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Im being generous. The place wants you to spend way too much to get any tickets for prizes. You get a better return when spending money at Dave & Busters.

Suxs if you dont use your points up they dont carry over even tho its on a card. Still fun alot of games to choose from go atleast 2hrs before they close or else certain attractions will be closed down already n snack bar only serve drinks also we will just go alil earlier next time. Overall fun time with friends or family to game out.

The place started off fine when they open. Now when I went in with my my family some of machine wasnt working.so my son went and said hey they took my token but machine broke well they said ok I know its broken. Then I had to go up and demand my son tokeen to be refunded. Well they still didnt fix the machine.ok I went to another machine and it took 30 points from my card and it didnt work.then went another machine where my other son was playing well guess what the claw was broken and held on my son prize. So my wife went and said hey my son needs his prize . Well we waited for bout 15 mins til I had to go up my self and told them Im tired of waiting.and I didnt bother to say I want my 30 points back cause I got tired of them not caring and not just shutting down machine that doesnt work. Im starting to wonder if they are just trying to collect other people money for free. For the hassle Im not sure if I want to bring my family back.

I’ve had my children here multiple times and they always have a blast! I’ve done parties in the past and they’ve always done well. Lots of cool stuff inside if you’re looking for an arcade experience. There’s other stuff inside too, such as mini golf and laser tag, that the whole family can enjoy.

They want your money. That’s it. Don’t go.

Very disappointed that the studio will not enforce mask regulations. Employees refused to intervene and shirked all responsibility.

I am giving Tilt in Hagerstown Valley Mall 5 stars for customer service. Jerome was excellent with providing my family with the customer service that was needed at the time. He was able to turn our frustrations into having a good day. Thanks again Jerome!!!!

I reload the card. The reload card machine took ten dollars, I did not receive the fifty point on the card. Some fun place..

Didnt even go but called to see about reservation for a party (baby shower) as my sister and my family love love love arcades and with so many kids in the family already it seemed perfect for everyone but they were so weird and judgy about it we decided on a different more personable arcade for the party.

Okay but a lot of the claw machines youll be wasting money on most of them because seems like theyre all set to pay out or rigged. Everything else is ok. Not a bad place to waste $20 for your kids tho

Gaming here is awesome for my kids. However, its a nightmare trying to collect on your tokens. My daughter stood at the counter for about 10 minutes as she waited ignored and jumped over by two female staff. I am that hoping her being ignored was not due to my daughter being a hispanic minor, but their willingness to jump her to serve other persons was what made me take notice. When i approached to call it to their attention and asked why my daughter was being ignored as she was, Jasmine loudly blurted out that I was rude and left to call Jerome, a manager. After I explained what I had observed, including Jasmines antics, Jerome stated that I did not appear to be rude and apologized for his staff. He was very nice and helpful but I doubt we will go there again. If these two girlies believe that their employ is below their talents they should not work there and should instead seek out and out their outstanding talents elsewhere. Shameful

Went to a Birthday party for my nephew. 1st machine I played sucked in my dollar and wouldnt play. Employee came over and fixed the issue. My daughter doesnt eat pizza, so I went to the snack bar to order her chicken and fries. After waiting 15 min I asked the employee about my order (it was not busy at all), she said she would check on it. She came back out from the kitchen, didnt say a word to me,waited on another guest. Then she went back into the kitchen, fixed her hair, put on a hair net, put on gloves and started making food! She never washed her hands in the now 20 min I had been waiting. I walked up and said I no longer wanted the order and asked for my money back. After another 10 freaking minutes they finally gave me my money back. Unfortunately I missed 30 minutes of the party for nothing. Very disappointing. The kids had a good time at least.

Had a issue with a claw machine not working, we told a girl that was walking by who just glared at us and kept going. We went to the counter the girl there called someone to the game we had to walk back over to it, the girl had an attitude and kept yelling at my 8 year old to pick a game even though she never explained our credits wouldnt be put back on our card but he would have to choose another game.... was closing time the lights came on she told us we would have to go back to the counter to have our card credited. Girl behind the counter was friendly. Overall my kids had a good time but sad to see a lot of machines broken.

We have nice time there playing the games the people and the agm help to us really good

Its game selection isnt the best, and many of the machines arent working or break when you are using them.It does have beer and food which is a plus as well as laser tag so I do recommend it for those.

Management will not enforce the states mask policy.

Complete rip off! Games are overpriced and cost fractions of points which leave you with leftover points that are impossible to use and can not be redeemed. TOTAL SCAM! They know exactly what they are doing by charging 2.10 credits instead if whole numbers.

We spent a good bit of our money on the knock it off game and won quite a bit of gift cards. They told us they didn’t have enough gift cards to come back the next day at 12pm. We came back at 12pm and they then told us that the general manager will not be there until 5 pm. So we leave and come back again at 5pm. The general manager comes out and tells us that they checked the game and there was a switch messed up and that is why we won so much. So they go on to say since the game technically malfunctioned then all prizes are voided. They dragged us around a whole day to say that we couldn’t get our winnings. The game that we won off of wasn’t even shut down it was still on and able to play. This place is a scam.

Claw machines are rigged to grab prizes loosely, games are overpriced, most dont work or partially work and have been this way for quite some time. Almost all of the pinball machines, except for the 2 newest ones, have multiple issues, and play slow because the fields are filthy...……. Its gonna be a no for me dawg. I suggest taking a ride out to Spinners or Adventure Park in Frederick instead. All of their games are well maintained and always work.

Im a little disappointed with my recent visit here. There was a lot of machines that were not working properly, the claw machines were impossible to win (they did not clamp at all or didnt even go down all the way) The points are always an odd number so you can never use all your points that you have. Honestly I feel like it was a huge waste of money and I will not be returning.

Hot needs air conditioning

Me and my nephew had a blast from the time we got here all the way to the time we left. While a couple of machines werent working, those were few and far between plus they werent games I were sad abput being broken. The one problem I had was that some of the redemption games seemed way too overpriced. My nephew wasted all his points on one game in just five minutes! Still, it wasnt a big problem with the regular machines, so if you arent into getting tickets or prizes youll be sure to get your moneys worth here. I still had a bunch of points to share with my nephew and we played a bunch of classics. Overall I recommend this place, just be carefull with the redemption games!

It wasnt what I thought it was. For 6 people to have 25 points, its 60 bucks. Its overpriced. The rides take at least 12 of your points. A lot of the games didnt work. At least two of the giant claws didnt work. If you have money to blow, then this is your place.

Great staff, Fun games and laser tag is amazing.
