My girls had a fantastic time. The employees were wearing masks and following COVID-19 guidelines for the most part. We came early so that it wasn’t crowded. The facility was very clean, but a bit chilly. There is maximum jumping space and a fun obstacle course for children to try.

I like the facilities. The trampoline is great for the kids. The price for birthday parties are may seem depending on your disposable income. The last thing is the location could be better

We always go here for sensory time and my kids have a blast. Its their favorite place to go...I even get out there and jump too. Love the . The last pair I got glow in the dark.

Attended the Minecraft Day with our kids. Purchased tickets weeks in advance as it said there was limited tickets (that was a lie). Arrived to a cramped line where people were cutting if you tried to socially distance at all, and computers for waivers that were not being cleaned between customers.People were able to purchase tickets to the event at the counter, and as we arrived to show our tickets, they had run out of swords... so much for that limited tickets.Overly crowded, no distancing, and (the worse part) people everywhere with no face coverings. Not just kids... the adults!! My kids wore their masks the entire time with little issue, so no clue why the adults standing around werent asked to put masks on.Had I known how lax they are on enforcing mask wearing, we would not have attended.Other than a few employees wearing costumes and some boxes decorated, there really wasnt anything all that different from a regular jump day.Overall, while the kids did enjoy themselves, I wouldnt recommend going to another of their events. Maybe during the week when its less busy or if they start having smart Covid policies implemented.Side note: the employees were extremely courteous and kind (they get 5 stars)

Took my oldest son (13) here for his birthday. Bit pricey as you pay per person, per half an hour but not so much so it is over priced by any means. Pay attention though because they have special days with special offers so it balances out imo. Great friendly staff too. When we were here we also seen an class in session for the trampoline fitness they offer. :-)

1st time ever being there. It was fairly expensive for us. I feel like a family package would be a great option and we would go again/more often. Plently of space for distancing. There is a food area with tables. Must have proper socks that are $6 each

I love the fact that they have a $30 pass when he can go everyday and jump full two hours or go for multiple times a day its a great deal not many people know about it you should really look into it you can save a lot of money instead of spending 20 for one day you can spend 30 and it covers the whole month

My grandkids loved it. They have early morning hours from for toddlers which is excellent. The special hours for young ones ends at 10am then its open for all big children.

Slightly expensive but very large building and LOTS of events for kids to participate in such as zip line. Food so so very limited selection. Good staff. Similar in concept to Backyard Inflatables in Frederick except Sky Zone has so much more to offer - especially for athletic children - it is well worth the drive.

Kids had a blast and so did I. Many activities; more than just trampolines. Ninja course, warped wall, basketball, dodgeball, rock wall, and foam pit. Skyzone made for a great family time out.

Sitting here at Skyzone on this beautiful Sunday and theres 5 of us but one is already a member. I paid 53 for my niece and son and my husband and I are sitting here playing on our phones and seen that you guys offer a Sunday funday for $60 which includes 4 tickets a pitcher of soda and a large pizza. Any good cashier wouldve told me about this deal. But I had to pay 53 for 2 kids 16 for a large pizza and 5 for a pitcher of pop. I couldve saved coin plus my husband and I couldve jumped. Not cool skyzone! Maybe your cashiers need to tell customers what they have to offer to help families save a couple dollars.

Amazing wonderful my 1st time there just awesome & to see everyone glowing in the dark jumping playing all sorts of jumping games for all ages.

We like sky zone before COVID but now it’s even better. We like the improvements but especially love the staff as they have lots of fun with the kiddos. There are some staff that go the extra mile and it keeps us coming back.

Even during a pandemic I was able to keep the kids super happy. The kids had a blast and enjoyed the new activities that are offered. Will definitely be back

Kids had a complete blast. Wanted to let the grandkids burn some energy and have some fun. Love that there are multiple activities for the kids to do. A bit pricey for jumping on a trampoline for an hour or two but options for kids in this area are limited. Staff were super nice and I saw multiple staff cleaning during our visit. With a full snack bar it was a great afternoon.

The experience in skyzone was amazing but there was one person who went above and beyond and that was a girl by the name of Maddison Graham she was very fun to talk to and she always kept kids from doin what they were not supposed to

Price can be a little much with multiple kids, but we always have a great time. Plus they made some improvements so there are different things to do for all ages.

We have had a terrible experience with SkyZone. Weve cancelled our memberships and still get charged EVERY. MONTH. Be extremely wary giving this particular franchise your card information.

Love it the kids love it. Very big trampoline park. Id recommend the membership saves you money even If you only go 2 times a month. They have all kinds of things to keep the kids entertained dodgeball, basket all, zipline, obstacle course. They have a snack bar with drinks, icee, pizza, hotdogs. The staff was amazing at keeping the kids safe and entertained.

Took my kids on a weekday for one of their birthdays. It was pretty easy to find. Staff was friendly and everything seemed pretty clean. There were plenty of trampolines for everyone. They also have a little arcade upstairs that isnt to expensive. We had a blast!

Boys had fun and its an interesting place.

I was charged for 2 people jumping when only one did, only one received socks. Was told it would be corrected, however never was. No answer to a follow up phone call I made. Sorry I trusted this business!

Great Place to let the kids run and burn pff some energy. Great enviroment and lots of staff, which was mostly younger but still very attentive and good with the kids. We will definitely be going back.

My whole gang had a wonderful time! A very clean facility. Even the bathrooms were clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Wednesday all students get a half hour free, but if you dont ask for it they dont telk you. Unfortunately we didnt find out until we were leaving. Weight limit is 300 lb. This mom had fun.

Best place for everyone. Its a pretty penny so expect to spend no less than $50.

Both my kids love going here. They can burn off all the energy they have and meet up with friends. It clean and very well maintained. Especially great in the cold. I housebound times of the year, an hour of bouncing and the kids are ready for resting themselves.

Great place to go for a birthday party or just for adults and kids alike to have some fun. Many different areas for jumpers to bounce, do treats, climb rock walls or play dodgeball. For non-jumpers theres an arcade area, lounge area with TVs and viewing around jumping areas.Belongings can be locked up in small lockers for $.25Mist of the building is handicapped accessible except around bouncing areas. But, elevator offers access to upper floor arcade and party rooms.

If you havent been since they remodeled, check it out. A new zip line & American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course that kept my kids crazy. Well done

Great place for the kids ....

Love going here with my child, the last time we went my son did not feel good a few minutes into jumping. We had just paid for it a few minutes prior, so I thoight it would be worth a shot to see if we could find someway to get our money back. The gentleman that waited on me was more then helpful and gave us a card for the same time jump that we could come back and use. I honestly didnt know if we would receive anything, but I am glad we asked. I am also glad that the gentleman was able to do that. This business is very clean, the people watching the trampolines are great. It is interesting to see some of the people on the trampolines too.

So. Much. Fun....my kids absolutely loved it here. They kept running to each area, to try the different aspects of the facility, but they surprisingly spent those most time at the basketball hoops. They enjoyed getting the feeling of catching air and being able to dunk the ball. The area for dodgeball, and the climbing wall were also fun to watch them do. Highly recommend...Go for at least an hour, because a half hour would go by too fast.

Here right now, the jumping area is real nice, but the food area needs help! Tons of people here and 1 hotdog has been out for over an hour, no one bothers to add like 6 more. Got 1 of the 2 slices of Pepperoni pizza and it was stone cold, none has been added. Things need done and no one is doing them. Youre losing money that way and people are eating somewhere else when they leave.

Its a little expensive, but we got Groupon tickets, but you have to buy socks for $2.50-2.99 each, which you can re-use on future trips...But we only jumped for an hour and my husband managed to get a hole in his. Plus the hour went by REALLY fast, it was pretty crowded, so we had to wait in lines for things like the climbing wall and basketball. Most of the bigger trampolines were pretty full, but no lines. Foam pit was fun!

It was almost everything I expected. I personally think it was way too small. For the amount of people that go there they should have a larger facility. Otherwise, its pretty neat.

Went for a Birthday party of my sons classmate. Staff was nice and organized. Activities were plentiful to keep the kids busy for the 90 minutes. As with most places like this the refreshments are over priced but other than that very entertaining watching the kids play.

Outstanding fun. Kids can play dodge ball, shoot hoops or just bounce around. Its also great exercise and low impact on your joints. We loved it !

My son was here for a friends party and had a blast. He said hed highly recommend it. They sure looked like they were having fun!

It was packed and hot. It was also fun because it had a lot to do.

We picked a very good time to go in the evening right before closing. It was not crowded. The staff were great in interacting with the children this time. They gave them high fives when they made baskets and encouraged them to jump higher and had them race one another in the foam pit.

This place is so safety oriented its impossible to have fun with your young kids. We ended up leaving early because they were so bored. Older kids can have some fun, but forget any typical kid rough housing.

My girls had a blast here. They are 7 & 4 yrs old. I purchased socks for myself & got a free pad pass. Pad pass is for going on the mats but no jumping. I didnt need it tho. My kids did open jump in the toddler area, foam pit & rock wall. We paid for an hr & time flew by. Well definitely come back here.

Kids had a great time here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had and I do believe it is because the initial lady was newer but we were not informed of having to get the grippy socks and didnt quite find out until we were all the way in the facility. But that was just a minor inconvenience.

Kids had a blast! All of the staff were very professional and engaging with the children while ensuring everyone had fun while being safe.

When your kids have cabin fever from the winter weather take them here to climb the walls so they don’t start climbing yours.

Skyzone was fantastic. The trampoline park is a great way to keep little kids with too much energy busy, and burn off all that energy. They have a snack bar thats actually pretty reasonably priced. They had pizza, hot dogs, and icee slushes. They have a slam dunk area, a free jump area, and a dodgeball area. The staff there were really good about keeping everyone safe, and even taking an extra moment up make sure upset kids were taken care of.

Had my sons party here and it was a blast. They staff was very understanding if our rambunctious twins that were in the group and the event was friendly and fun. I’m definitely planning to go back soon with my son and his friends. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place for a birthday party. All of the details were handled down to the candles and lighter! The party host literally took care of everything so that we were all able to enjoy ourselves!

Fun time, great for kids to get some exercise and fool around a bit, on the other hand it is more expensive than i thought it would be.

This is a great place for kids and they have toddler time which is nice because then they can play. It is $11 for the special socks and to get in the 1st time that was for my son and I. After that you can keep using the socks and only pay $6 for you and your child. It is cheap and fun for the kids. I think it would be fun for adults as well. I want to go back and see what else is there to do.

We had a great time when we have visited, so this year we decided to have our daughters birthday party there. We got a conference call on Wednesday and when the father called them back they never returned his voicemail. Her birthday is this morning and we have been trying to call the location for 45 minutes and no one has answered, nor returned our now 3 voicemails. I called another location to see if this was normal of not answering the phone and the front desk associate answered on the first ring. We will be arriving early to the party to speak with the manager and we WILL NOT schedule to have our daughters birthday party at this location again.

Despite it being very crowded, our son enjoys going. They are mostly staffed by high schoolers or kids just out of high school. But for the most part they are all great with the kids and very interactive. Its a great place your your kiddos to get some energy out and get great exercise.

Probably one of the most controlled bounce places weve been to. Very organized.

Place was nice but not enough seats to sit when watching the kids. My grandkids wanted to show off for me and I couldnt stand and watch more than a few minutes. Bad knees and no place to sit. But they had over priced massage chair sitting there and you couldnt sit on it or it would beep. The bathroom was not to good. Toilet full of paper in the handicap stall. Staff was friendly.

Came during a Glow session with a 10 and 11 year old. I loved that many different age groups (from toddlers to an adult dodgeball league) were able to use the space without conflict. The kids had a fantastic time and were exhausted. I also liked the quieter space upstairs - great for adults looking for a break.

My daughters birthday was a huge hit-The hostess was AMAZING!~ we had such a great party. I was so relived after having a bad experience at another unrelated place- this place is hands down the best place for a birthday in town! It was fun for all ages ( we had a variety of 2-12 year olds) and they all had a blast. Staff were super friendly and great about keeping everyone safe and having fun. Felt like I had so many extra hands to help me wrangle the kids. They had a blast and jumped their little selves out :) I will recommend you all to everyone I know. This was the best party ever! Thanks so much :)

My girlfriend and I are older. We started and said how are we going to do this for an hour. Then before we knew it, it was time to go. It was a good workout too.

We went here for my son’s birthday... he had a blast. All the kids can just run around and do their own thing. I think it’s priced well for as much as they have to offer. Even though we didn’t officially have his party there, they still announced his birthday on the loud speaker, which he loved. As we were leaving they really started getting busy, so I would just advice to plan accordingly.

Had my sons bday party at Skyzone Hagerstown. I met the The Best staff ever. Their customer service skills were the best I have experienced at any place!

It was really fun. You got normal jumping, dodgeball, basketball and a rock wall. At some point you dont know what to do.

Our son loves sky zone. We always get the sky pass and learned they extended it until December. We were thrilled. The price is less than going 2x. If you live in the area with children the sky pass which you buy every 30 days is the way to go. The staff is very professional and friendly! Customer service is key and they knock it out of the park. Also we recently started taking him to glow on Fri and Sat nights its not included in the sky pass but he has a blast and that is what its about. I highly recommend going!Thank youSusan

Just recently started taking my daughter here when I heard about their Toddler Time, a 2 hour period where kids walking to age 5 get to jump freely for the entire time. Its one fixed price for the duration, usually 9:30-11:30am. No matter what time you come you pay the same price, whether you jump the whole 2 hours or just 30 mins its one fixed price. I was reluctant to try this place at first because I heard they were pretty pricey. But the Toddler Time price is pretty reasonable, especially if you show up right when it starts and utilize the whole 2 hours, the price is very much worth it. Definitely suggest if you have a little one that loves to run and jump. They love it and it wears them out rather quickly! Between the trampolines themselves, the foam pit, basketball hoops, and rock wall, there is sooo much for them to do! The ONLY reason it didnt receive a full 5 starrs from me, is because I really wish I could jump WITH my daughter, cuz its so much fun. Even though I have to pay extra for socks for myself, I am not allowed to jump. I do understand this from a liability standpoint, but still wish I could do it!Also one last point, while the fixed price is great, you have to pay an extra $3 per pair of socks to jump with, even as an adult. BUT if you bring those socks back with you the next time, you wont have to pay for them again, which is also great! Overall, we LOVE this place.
