This was my dogs first time on the beach and he absolutely loved. It was clean and plenty of parking across the street. He played in the sand and we walked around the area. I would definitely return again. Super dog and family friendly.

This place was nice to have a little cook out but water was little dirty looking for swimming. But overall nice to take the family and enjoy time away the people that live by are nice. I ran into a nice guy who was nice enough to let me and my kids and my queen play Volleyball with his extra volleyball. I would Recommend anyone to go if you have a family and just want good vibes very enjoyable experience for me on a day trip.

The flies, the algea, the smell, oh my, but my boyfriend and I managed some goofiness playing in the sand. There were people having fun looking for crabs. There was some fun volleyball happening. Older folks seemed to be getting thier chill on, but overall not a beach worthy experience.

Beautiful place to go sit down look at the water have a little picnic but the restrooms arent open right now. There is a beach but the water stinks so I dont think you really want to go in and swim because the mud stinks! On the other side looks like a good crabbing spot and shellfish when its open but right now its not open and probably has something to do with that stinky mud water. This beach area is free right now to go to and theres a large parking lot.

Nice quiet, relatively small beach for relaxing, sitting, reading, etc. Grassy picnic area with shade trees. People do go wading here, but it does not appear to be a good place for swimming. Generally uncrowded during the week. Please feel free to go somewhere else..lol!

A bit small, not really private or anywhere to distance yourself from people. But if you are looking for a spot to wind down in the evening and eat takeout food with a view, I recommend.

It was so smelly - overly smelly for low tide. The water was murky and the sand was slimy. It felt like you were swimming in a pond. On the plus side, its a nice beach to bring beginning swimmers as the water is calm and not very deep.

Seems to be one of the few beaches in the area open to outsiders. Can see why it’s free - the water is murky, muddy and smelly. If you don’t want to swim I guess it’s fine. The rest of beach is sandy and some shady spots nearby as well as next to car parks. Has washing facilities.

Its a cute little spot thats DOG FRIENDLY! Small manicured wooded park area with picnic tables, marble benches and a couple grills. Has a small rocky beach area. A few sand volleyball courts. Public restrooms, but I think theyre closed for the winter. I wish people would pick up their trash and dog poop.

Sand was a bit hard and packed this day I went but thats because the town had just raked it. Free beach to go to. Sand isnt fine sand, there are some larger rocks to be wary of. Water has a lot of large rocks as well so wear water socks/shoes. Plenty of parking across the way if the little parking lot is full.
