Staff was AMAZING!! The entire place was incredibly clean. Food was fairly priced and tasty. There were so many games to play and fun to have while away. It was a much needed break!! LOVED IT!

We absolutely love going to Dave and Busters. All the games are fun and easy to learn and win. The food is amazing and fairly priced. The bar staff know how to make some mean drinks. And the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful. My only request is to bring in the Monopoly game. My son played that everytime we went to Dave and Busters In Miami.

Clean, good food, good drinks, and both our server in the bar area and the guy who brought our food were solid. Id up the stars, but seating and initial serving was slow, and the shop where you redeemed tickets was slow-- not really the staffs fault bc they seemed to be short staffed for the number of guests they had at the time. Both were slow to the point that my typically very patient fiance remarked that we should give them a few more minutes before just playing games and eating elsewhere. She made another comment at the gift counter trying to redeem her sons tickets.Well be back, but hoping for better staffing to cover the number of guests.

Arrived to a flurry of lights and sounds. Expected an up-beat atmosphere. Server was courteous and accommodating helping with plate selection for large group. Provided help selecting game cards that would be most enjoyable. Overall, the visit was pleasant. Tasty food and nice service. The most noticable deficiency was positive, happy attitude among employees. Employees were robotic in manner and actions. Most staff avoided eye contact with visitors. Every motion was get in and go quick. Work on a machine, close machine door, and leave without acknowledging the person you almost hit. The least robotic among staff was the gentleman at front desk. He spoke to most guests and acknowledged everyone. It was a little deflating realizing our several hundred dollar visit was met with indifference and apathy.

What can I say, the beer is good and priced well. The mixed drinks are way over priced. Food was good. The server was rude and seemed to hate her job. Games are too expensive especially considering another were out of order. You would assume with the price paid to play that they could afford to get them fixed. Overall go to Sparetime. Its just down the road with good food quality, good prices and way better service plus it has the arcade, plus bowling alley and lasertag, oh and an escape room. Point is dont waste your money at Dave and Busters. At this point its more like grave and busted.

I and my children had a great time.They did the best they could with keeping everybody at social distance, while giving us some sense of normalcy. Most of the games we were able to play on,some games werent. I assume they were shut down because of the guides in place. overall we had a great time. staff was friendly and alway cleaning the floors as we all played. I will definitely be back.

Great food. We were there with a group. Had a private room. Waitress was super friendly and had a great attitude. They kids had a great time playing in the arcade and redeeming their points. Great place for families and kids.

Dave & Busters was fun. I went there for my cousins birthday and it was amazing. The food there was very good and they have a nice variety of thing to eat. During corona they do make sure thing are clean and safe, every other game is closed down and they wipe the games after people play them. They do want you to were masks but you dont have to if you choose not to, they just want to keep you safe :)

I always love taking my little one to this place. Never had any issues but don’t eat the nachos ! We ordered 2 and I have been sick for 2 days after eating them. I hardly ever leave reviews unless my experience was super awesome but this is crazy. I’m pretty understanding but them things made us all sick. I mean for 2 days I have been sick like food poisoning sick. I feel awful writing this review. But for 30bucks worth of nachos one shouldn’t feel this way. I called and asked if anyone else complained and was told no I dunno guys just beware

When my adult son said he wanted to go to Dave and Busters for his birthday, I was mildly interested but agreeable. We had a great time. Started with drinks and football at the bar. We downloaded their app and used our phones to play games instead of buying the little cards, which made it much easier. It even credited out points for the games straight to our app. Lots of cook games to play. I think the basketball connect four was our favorite. Fun for everyone, give them a try.

My first time going to a place like this. Some of the games are pretty hard which is a plus to me. And so many types and shapes and sizes. A lot of fun, good prizes. Some of the accessories to the games are actually broken and the prices are pretty high. Like the terminator game is kindof a ripoff considering one of the guns are broken and you cant win without reloading. Maybe theyll fix that soon.

Pretty cheap as far as arcades go. Spent $30 on tokens to play the games. The guy up front gave us a deal so we got over 300 tokens. Each game costs on average 6.8 tokens-9.9 tokens. We also got food and spent about $40 for the two of us. We didnt go to the bar or order any alcohol so I dont know about those prices, but Ill definitely be back.

Definitely worth going for the drinks & games, food on the other hand... not so much. Had varieties of different menu items, all which I am not impressed with. But then again, it is D&B. Come for the entertainment. If you are ever looking for a deal : Wings + unlimited games are great fun!

Usually I love going to Dave and busters but with covid I was really nervous to go but my bf really wanted to so I called to find out they’re cleaning procedures and they said they have people constantly cleaning. When I got there I saw multiple people playing games and then leaving and different people coming to play the games without it ever being cleaned. I was there for about an hour and not once did I see a worker cleaning any of the games. It gave me a lot of anxiety and didn’t feel safe.

They are still good, and taking good care during COVID-19. Just please have mask for small kids to keep them included, they are one of your main customers.

Went for my husbands 37th!! Had a blast with everyone! Just wish some people weren’t so loud!

Just another over priced place to take your money. There are some good games, they cost too much to play and there is little chance to play them for more than 1 round no matter what game it is. The food and mixed drinks are too expensive and quality isn’t all that great. Looks a lot better in pictures than it tastes. The only truly good things they have going for them is the staff is very polite including the bartenders and the place is very clean, which also means the staff is doing a good job. So the culprit is the business and company itself. They need to re-evaluate

Had a blast when I went. Most games were working and extremely fun. Tons of Coin Pushers to choose from too. Staff were really nice and helpfull. The food was a bit high, but it was amazing. The redemption shop had a really large variety and it felt like a decent value for most items. Will have to go back another time!

We always have fun here. There are good deals to be had on groupon. The place is clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I havent eaten in the restaurant but have had beverages at the bar and again the staff was great and the dining area clean. The food seems pricey but smells delicious so I may indulge on a day when Im there with some friends and the kids are at home. Lol.

I enjoyed my 3xperience there. It was pretty crowded but it was fun. Food was awesome. Looking forward to going back soon. FUI YOU GOTTA TRY THE SIMULATION RIDE. ITS 5.00 PER PERSON AND IT IS FUN. I laughed at the people that were on before me and my group. You see them moving a wand and looking around like theyre crazy lol. But then when you get in the simulation and put the helmet on and hear everything going on.....unreal. the graphics are awesome.

Absolutely loved it! Hadnt been in years and this place was fantastic! Great deals, great wait staff and reps, and the food was amazing. Not to mention the drinks were tasty but a little pricey, although they were worth the buck. Try going during happy hour to save some cash.

Due to Covid restrictions, many of the games are offline to allow for distancing. Its not Dave and Busters fault but essentially the store only offers half the games it did before. Definitly worth revisiting and rereviewing when restrictions lighten up.

Typically pretty fun for a date. It gets rather hot in the building so dress accordingly. During the day there tends to be a lot of little kids so if you want an adult day youll wanna go later in the evening.

This location over all is pretty good. Not the biggest game room but they do a good job keeping it clean. Staff is very nice as well.

Wednesday half price games is awesome and lots of fun

I’m sorry about the 4 stars as I did enjoy myself as did my kids. Drinks were great food was to be expected for the establishment. No complaints about anything except I can’t afford to go back. Spouse and I want a adult night and a family night in one. 300$ later we have not been back but think fondly of the good time.

Game experience was awesome! When we had an issue with a game taking points without the game working, they quickly fixed it and gave us extra points back without us asking. So nice!Only 4 stars because the bar drinks were super weak. The first one had almost no alcohol in it. Bartender could up his game a bit.Otherwise- excellent experience!

OMG... for a gameroom, the food was way better than I thought! I had the chicken salad and my husband had the steak and shrimp alfredo. Both were amazing!!

Had dinner there tonight. The avocado toast with the Mexican street corn was wonderful. I ordered the steak and shrimp with lobster Alfredo to go. Our waiter, Reed, was excellent! A very enjoyable experience.

This place in an arcade that adults can enjoy as well. The food was very good and prices were decent for portion sizing. Roughly $15-20 per person for soda meal and splitting a dessert.The arcade area was clean. Pretty good selection of games. There were the classics revamped with larger screens and everything appeared to be in working order.

Dave & Busters in Greenville, SC was very COVID friendly. The staff cleaned machines regularly, everyone was mandated to wear a masks. The Manager was outstanding and very accommodating!In fact, our children really enjoyed themselves with so much to do, we played for hours. The manager and staff customized meals for a portion of our family as vegans, vegetarian and pescaterian.The customized meal was better than great! They tried very hard to appease our dietary needs. Opposed to turning us away as many restaurants state that they can not augment their menu. Didnt play any games but we ate a little something and their ( alcoholic- Long island iced tea and some other drink with strawberries) in it I think & berry, was very very good

This was my most fun night of 2020 thus far, bartender Daniel was great, our server was Reed, fantastic, came in with a large party and they did phenomenal taking care of us. The bathrooms were clean. Then we spent all night playing games and I ended up drunk rambling to our attendant in the winners circle shout-out to the cool Chris. Even though they were about to close they still gave us the best service. We had such a good time we didnt even know they were closing. Last customers of the night and they made us feel like home to the last minute. Ryan, and Robert was the manager had a great conversation with him and we loved everything. I will be going back absolutely. Could not have asked for a better night.

The place is neat. The card for the game only worked some of the time. The bathrooms, some didnt have toilet paper and some stalls didnt lock. We went to the bar for a drink and there were five or six workers standing around, none of them waited on us and they all disappeared. So we left.

Well me and my family came back to Dave And Buster. The first time was great the second time it was horrible. The food was cold had to send it back twice. Nobody came back to refresh our drinks. The manager had a horrible attitude when we send the food back. It took 25 minutes to get our food back to the table. There was about 15 people here when we got here. All I can say is we will not be back.

With about 150 fewer people it MAY have been worth it. We only played a few games on date night. Didnt eat or drink. Too many kids. I thought it was more for adults, but I was wrong. Way crowded and people are just not considerate anymore. Bumping and hogging games, shoving and such.Was not enjoyable. It was a weekend night, so maybe its not so bad during the week.Wont be back.

Sat for15 minutes without a server even stopping by to let us know it would be a few minutes. Terrible service. We left to avoid further frustration. We did see two managers walk by in that same amount of time, though. I dont blame the servers, but thats just poor management.

I play dance games here, and its almost perfect. Staff have made the Pump it up cabinet phenomenal. The pads are incredible, and the machines online. The corner is also really nice, because youre not bothered by nearly as many people. Thanks for the great times!

Went for the super bowl party and got the unlimited wings and games deal. They had two separate deals going on, a super bowl deal and their regular one. By going with the regular deal we saved nearly $10 per person and got the same thing (drinks were not included). Wings that came via our server were pretty good, wings via the buffet had been sitting out too long and were kinda soggy.Several games I played were broken! Had I not had an unlimited pass I would have had to get refunds (which I have done in the past and is fairly easy).Overall, good experience but be careful if you arent using some sort of deal here.

Our experience with Dave and Busters was wonderful!!! The host greeted us first thing as we walked in she was very polite... when we were seated we met our waiter Paul and let me tell you through our meal not once did I have to stick out my neck to see where our waiter was for a refill. He was on top of his job and made sure we had everything we needed through our whole visit. Thank you for doing your job! The food was delicious. Everything was fresh from the smell of the building to the taste of the food. I don’t ever leave reviews unless my experience was over the top and I can honestly say this was definitely a good one worth the visit.

I might have been fun if it was just my husband and i but I had the worst experience ever. First time I have ever been here. Some of the games I wanted to play was out of order. Service sucked my food was incorrect and they took our stuff off our table with out asking. I feel like I paid way to much! The receipt I was given just had a survey on it and the amount that was owed and I was in a party so I had no way of checking to make sure I was paying for what I had! There was alot of confusion bc no one in our group receipt was correct. My husband was fed up with it all and just paid for whatever was given to us...I could keep going but you get the idea.

5 stars from me, 1 steps in the door, until leaving was an absolute pleasure

Fun place... The food was good, big menu with lots of options.Our salads came with the meal instead of before it and my sons burger was way overcooked. The fixed the burger quickly and made sure he had some extra fries in the meantime.Super customer service and the atmosphere is just what you expect... FUN!Even with the couple of issues with our order I would definitely recommend.

This is a great place to spend an evening. Yeah, the games can get pricey, but the food is actually quite good, the beer is cold, and theres a fun vibe all around! Great for all ages, and Ive always enjoyed the time spent.

This is SO much better than Chuck E Cheese or any other arcade place around, especially for teens. I went here for my friends 15tg birthday, and my 17th, and I really try to go here every chance I get. BEST place.
