First time going here.It was very nice and super clean.I enjoyed the time with my daughters.Between bowling and skating they keep me going.The people were so nice from beginning to the end.I normally go to rocky mount ,NC.I found something closer to home and just a fun.Will be returning soon.

Everything went well. Should bring back a few more staff to help keep the waiting times down in the lines. Also to wnsure EVERY lane is sanitize before the next party. I had to tell a new party to inform staff that the lane wasnt wiped down before they placed them on the lane. Lets keep the germs down.

Definitely took forever to get a lane and the music was horrible.. and they had sports on.. the big TVs.. why not show some fun stuff.. like music videos.. or funny fails anything but boring sports and overrated music while we wait an hour or more just to bowl.. are you trying to run us away?

A clean and bright environment. We were greated immediately when we entered. Beer taps were not working otherwise I would rate a 5. Shoes, balls and equipment are all in decent condition. Numerous lanes with a connected game room. We ordered pizza, wings and sliders - all were good.

Awesome! Super fun and they did well with trying to keep everyone far apart.

Truth be told, this place is the bees knees, the dogs knob, and i for Jerusalem. Went with my best man, John R. In fact yesterday was a major milestone in his life. The very first time i ever bowled, no joshing,i scored at KB bowl in North Kingstown, RI & the very last time i bowled was here @ AMF East Carolina Lanes. Again i scored . What a hoot. My step-father, John A., told me as a young childe, itis hard to soar like an when yo flying . They say three s make a , I say,3 =1 God Bless!

Really enjoyed myself, customer service was awesome just wish they would have gave me a childs ball like the other places. The other balls didnt fit as good but of course I made it work. Other than that me and my boyfriend really enjoyed ourselves! Best one Ive been to so far!

Very expensive, but had a wonderful time. For two people to play 5 games it was almost $80. Very steep price. Only good deals if youre a student, which is insane to me. Still giving 4 stars for me experience. That being said, I wish they would fix the pricing to better suit everyone instead of just cutting deals for students.

It was very fun. I had a great time. However I dont understand why you have to pay for the bowling shoes. Its ridiculous in my opinion when Im already paying for the game. The food/beverages are wayyyyyy out of my price range so I didnt even bother getting anything of that sort. The arcade was way too expensive. I did have alot of fun though. The workers were nice. But one older man that worked there was quite a bit creepy and the people I went with can back me up on that. I just ignored him. I would definitely go back but only to bowl and nothing else.

I love every moment. It had been years since I last tried to bowl. Every moment was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly on our arrival at AMF East Carolina Lanes. I know I will visit again and soon.

My friend & I got there at 10 after 8p.m & they were completely out of everything as far as food. No apologies or anything either, they really to get someone better to order their food inventory other than that & way over priced alchohol beverages it was enjoyable.

Fantastic, safe, well manager bowling alley!!! Great food, convienient bar and arcade.

The staff was really nice and a guy behind the counter even entertained our 2 yr twins so we could put our shoes on. It was clean and had nice lanes. Their website lists the daily specials. We went on $2.22 Tuesday and everyone enjoyed it.

This is the only place in town to go bowling. They turn the lights off and do black light unless its league night. If you want to practice when you can actually see the lanes, youre pretty much out of luck.

This bowling alley is very huge! There is an arcade and there is fiid available to order. When you bowl, if any pins hit are not on the wood, the machine doesnt pick up the rest and swipe away which is VERY NICE considering how quickly you can start to bowl again. This is the only bowling alley so far that Ive been to that does this and I love it! Also the televisions tell you where to hit the pins to get a spare and how hitting a certain way will result in a spare/strike. This is one of the best bowling alleys Ive ever been to and if I travel back to North Carolina again and we go bowling, Ill definitely suggest this place.

We had a good time bowling was fun. The only issues I had is the workers were rushing and the $50 worth of food we ordered some was cold. They the bartender took someone ahead of us when we had been standing there for like 10mins. We were the only 1s besides the guy she was helping and the guy who just walked up. They say you can bowl until 1 they cut us off at 1254 and we paid $18 to bowl til 1.

Staff was helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about shoe fitting to make that process extremely easy with multiple children. Beer is highly priced. Lanes were extremely oily but that shows they are taken care of. Pizza was good. Over all its some place I would go again with my little ones.

I know my family enjoyed scouts night at the AMF! The scouts and parents enjoyed as well. Great experience!

Insanely expensive. Spent over $80 to bring my wife and daughter to play 2 games. Talk about a rip off, would not recommend to anyone.

Food is great. Staff is really nice. They always have great deals. The bar has some great options. Only thing is the game prizes are side and have not been updated and the arcade options are slim. But you go to bowl so for kids this would be good

This Bowling alley Has 40 Lanes Very Nice

If I could give it 0 stars I would, but for sake of writing a review I’ll do 1. We had been going here for years, stopped because well, life, but since then the customer service has gotten absolutely terrible! No one was helpful, they had attitudes the entire time. They closed concessions an hour before closing. I completely understand the grill/food and bar closing earlier, but you couldn’t even get a water if you wanted one. Oh, and better believe if they are closing they’ll cut your game off. We were in the 10th frame with 2 people to go and they wouldn’t even let us finish. Sorry, but if I paid for it and we’re so close to finishing be decent. I will never be going back, nor will I recommend It to anyone! Save your money and go elsewhere

Have hosted several big events at this location. The staff always goes out of their way to make sure everything is top notch. Cool little bar with great specials and decent food goes a long way.

Love it but prices could be a little lower $2.99 for a bottle of water is a bit much. Large cheese pizza should not be over $16 (no meat). I just love hanging out with my family.

They have plenty of lanes, tables, food and drinks. They also have a place inside where you can order custom balls and bowling gear, so thats pretty neat. If you like bowling this place is a good pick.

Went during the day and perfect for children during the summer months. Has a small arcade that was perfect for our kiddos.

The staff was very good, friendly and accommodating. The lanes we had our 2 grandchildren using would not consistently return the lightest 6lb balls, which was very frustrating. Switched lanes after 1 game but the problem persisted. The maintenance man was aware of the issue but could not correct it at this time. All else was very nice and the restroom was clean.

It was fun and the floors were well maintained. Had an issue with the score boards not counting strikes and spares. Other than that it was really nice!

Its a great place to hang with friends and family, but the food and drinks are way overpriced for the quality.

I took a few of the children I tutor bowling and for some it was the first time. We had so much fun. Being new to NC and EC this was my first time there. It was clean, up to date and the staff very friendly. The food was reasonably-priced as well as the drinks. We will visit again.

It had fewer arcade games, and I took my daughter there as a reward for an awesome school year. We may have been there 30 minutes.

They claim unlimited on Wednesday but it is actually limited to two hours NOT unlimited. It was 11:20 we were on our fifth game and it was cut off. After my friend done to one of the attendants (which takes long because they ignored you while they are in their cell phones or taking with each other) he came back and said they did we ran out of time. At this point it was 11:35. When I talked to them they put some more time on the game but not enough for us to finish because we didnt have enough time anyway. However, if they hadnt cut off or game we would have had more than enough time !They need to change all their advertisements because 2 hours is NOT unlimited

My kids love to bowl, usually it’s kinda crowded but we always have fun! Its super expensive though for a family of 4

I decided to take my family out to bowling for one of our family members birthday. As soon as we got there, we received no greeting. The dark skin lady with drawn in eyebrows was just so impatient, and very rude. We had a couple of questions and she was disturbed. If she is not good with families then she shouldn’t be there.

Nice place to bowl the sanitation rating for food is an 84 so I would not eat there. The setup for lanes is weird they have tables right in front of two lanes so if your only using one your seating with other people or you/they sit in the table behind its weird. #datenight

The staff is a bit disorganized you can tell the veteran staff apart from newer staff. I only come here because I got a really great deal bowling passes for my kids

Took the wife out for a date night, decided to go bowling. Our ball return was not working properly. We asked for help they looked at it and said they were working on it. It continued to not work until the end of our first game. We had wanted to play two but by the time we finished the first we had to leave. Thankfully the mgr was nice enough to give us tickets for a free game.

Lanes kept breaking,damaged all my bowling balls and place is very dirty and outdated. Ceiling tiles look like they been ran through mud and carpet is very sticky and nasty. Fans dont work and have wires exposed.

Theres something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. Could use a more expansive menu tho.

The family had a great time

We spent money to have 2 hours of bowling and the lanes were down almost the whole time we were trying to bowl. We couldnt get our money back and we recieved 3 free tickets to come back for 2 hours of bowling, just to be told it wasnt valid on fridays and Saturdays when we came back the next day. I will not be spending money here again after being treated like this. I feel like we were scammed out of our money.

Brittany and the other staff members working on 7/6/19 @11:40am were rude and very unprofessional. They seemed bothered when my family and I first entered the establishment. They were upset to have to put their cellphones down and help paying customers. My family and I drove to another bowling ally in another town due to the rudeness of this staff.

My daughter is in a special population group. They meet at the bowling alley every Wednesday between 5 and 6 pm abd bowl through a program set up through Park and Recreation for Special Olympics.

Horrible experience, had my twins bday party there from 5pm to 7pm. Kids food didnt come out until 630. Other food we ordered in addition was extremely cold. The lanes froze several times and my kids and their friends were left waiting for someone to fix it for 40 mins.. Spoke with the party agent for AMF after the party(Sandy)whom advised me the she was going to contact them and call me back never did..My husband and I spent over 400 dollars there completely unacceptable..Not a place to throw a party..To expressive and not worth the money!!!!!

It was a nice and fun place but for 2 people for 3 games it was over $40 and that is honestly insane for just bowling (no food/drinks or anything) so for that reason I am not coming back.

This past Sunday, I had the opportunity to spend some time quality time with my nieces and nephews at AMF in Greenville, NC. It was our first time there and the staff was so customer service friendly that they gave me a free bowling pass because their soda machine was out of order.Wow!!! who does that anymore? Needless to say it will not be our last time there. Kudos to management and staff and many thanks.

We had a great time here. The entire staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The front desk staff took their time helping us pick out the right size shoes for the kids. The area was also clean and tidy.

This is the worst bowling experience Ive ever had. We attempted to patronize this bowling alley numerous times with the same experience every time. Aside from being largely understaffed, the remaining employees have terrible attitudes. Do not expect functioning alleys, nor a friendly staff. Today was last visit. We will not be returning again.

Was a customer since they opened this location however I have no plans to return after the horrible treatment of a friend. His bowl was broken in the return, took months to get him a new one and now management refuses to drill the ball. Horrible customer service, I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Probably the largest bowling alley Ive ever been to

Took my spawn here with my mother on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the entire place was clean, everything in the arcade worked well, the food was good for what it was, and the score machines were on the newer end and completely functional.That said, Ive never seen bowling balls this horrifically mauled in my life. They desperately need to be replaced. And their fountain drinks were outrageously over priced for the quantity.

Went to watch my nephews bowling league 1st time I ever went there nice place and when I had to leave Josh had thrown 5 strikes in a row awesome go dude!!!!

Only been there 3 times overall good but just some mechanical issues
