Update: She now has her friends privately messaging me on my business page, threatening to bash me publicly if I do not take this down.We have been using the batting cages at least once a week for a while now. Everyone has been great and very helpful up until today’s visit. When we checked in, the girl in the office was nice, but shorted us a couple of tokens. We mentioned it twice but she didn’t give us what she shorted us. That’s fine, she wasn’t rude or anything. We had to leave earlier than planned and we didn’t use all of our tokens so we went up front to get a card for next time. We were told by another girl now working the counter that you all do not credit tokens. We have always been told not to take the tokens home and to bring them up front for credit. I’m pretty sure there are signs that say the same. We’ve always used them all up until this point and planned on being back on Friday. Since she did not want to credit us for the tokens I asked for the tokens back, since we paid for them, and we would go give them to someone else using the batting cages. She refused to do that. She was very rude and seemed to be looking for a fight. And just kept saying “we don’t cash out tokens.” I tried explaining that I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted the card with my credits on it. She did try to give us a card with 2 free tokens for next time, but that was not the amount of tokens I paid for and turned in. She even tried to drag a group of teenage boys into the situation. Very unprofessional. Laughing and giggling with them and mentioned how stupid we were. It was almost as though she wanted to look “cool” in front of them by picking a fight. My husband tried to calm the situation and I ended up walking away. She came around the counter and kept running her mouth. My husband said hold on and stepped in front of her to stop her from coming closer to me. When I looked back she was yelling and acting as though she wanted to fight. As we were walking out the door she yelled and called me a f&@#ing ho. In front of my daughter. There quite a few other children in and out of the batting cages at the time this happened. I don’t know if any heard it as I was trying to just get outside and away from this person who obviously flipped her lid. The door was open when she yelled at me and the teenage boys that were previously inside heard her and said “what’s going on now” as if this is not the first time something like this has happened. It’s really sad that something we have enjoyed doing as a family was ruined because of someone who cannot control their attitude and anger. She was very insulting and aggressive and that’s not okay, but the profanity is just too much. Someone like that should not have a position where they are around children. Not if they can’t control their temper and say things like that in front of them. It’s just not okay.I debated writing this but was encouraged to by other moms who are aware of the situation. They all said the same thing. If this happened in a place where children spend a lot of time, they would want to know and avoid having their children go.

Its ok. Basketball gym is usually very warm inside and often times reserved. Also has good batting cages and an area for table tennis.
