Clean , quality theaters but shut down on Thursday for an undisclosed amout of time. Went to use gift cards and credits. Dont know if they will reopen or if cards will be good if they do

Just to correct a previous review. Masks are required at your seat. They will call police on you if youre not wearing a mask at your seat. I witnessed this and it was terrible how they treated the customer with only 4 people in the theater. Police was just doing as requested.

Its a nice theater. The snack line moved very quickly. The one thing I will say is it might be a good idea for them to get another check in station for mobile ticket purchasers. There wasnt exactly a line but rather a group of us waiting to be checked in. It wasnt too long of a wait though so still a five star experience. Plus, theres a cute little kiddie park in front.

Had my tickets to a very limited screening event refunded because theaters are closing back up because their “business has not been good.” What a great way to make it worse for your business. Will not be returning to a regal theater.

When its movie time its Regal time. We dont go to other theaters in Greenville anymore. Regal gives us all we look for in a theater. Its popular for a reason and be sure to reserve seating early especially for new releases. The snack bar has always got a long line and moves slow. I wish management would open more registers at the snack bar to move things along faster. Ideally they should have waiters in the salons to get our order for us.Be sure to join the Regal club, it cost nothing and will give you rewards over time. Youve probably already been and know how good it is.

Glad to see theaters open again. But no one seems to know what they’re doing and the staff and managers are all unprofessional. While at the concession counter the manager had 2 employees beside him and they were dropping several cuss words with guests all around. They also could only take cash or card at certain registers. Get it together

Good place for a quick movie. The times for showings are convenient whether you want to catch an early showing or come late in the afternoon. It is located near good restaurants if you want to catch a quick meal before or after showings. The theater seats are comfortable.

I would rate this a zero but that option is not available. Your pick a seat at the ticket counter stinks. If you meet friends either one person has to buy all the tickets or you take the chance of not sitting together. Then you go in and someone is sitting in your assigned seat anyway. We choose seats based on the height of the people in front of us or the talkative people behind us. Poor idea Regal. It took over 45 minutes to get popcorn and the place was filthy with food all over the floor. Yes it is challenging to hire good employees and management in Greenville but you know how to fix that problem. I love going to the movies, and the movie was good but the experience was terribly disappointing. Your theater is no longest my first choice.

Nice theater with stadium seating. Extensive snack bar with alcohol being served. Popcorn, candy, ice cream, nachos and chocolate novelties to choose from. Nice cushion seats are nice but a bit tight for bigger hips. Luckily the cup holder arm will rotate up and out of the way between seats.

Good seating, pretty comfy. Big screens. Sound was also nice.

Clean theaters, clean restrooms, but very busy! Its on Woodruff, in a very full shopping center, so of course parking is limited, but I do love this theater. Been here a couple times with friends, bought in person and in advance, and its very easy in and out with comfortable seats.

The auditoriums are very nicely appointed was very comfortable seats. House managers do need to pay attention. We paid $23 to see a simulcast and the house lights were not turned down and we watched part of the programming with the house lights up.

For $50 you can have a whole theater to yourself, and get popcorn

It was a pleasant experience. My grandson & I went to see Sonic the Hedgehog! We enjoyed the atmosphere & friendly staff. However the snacks cost more than the tickets, but I think its like that at all of them.

The movie was good but the it to for ever for us to get popcorn nachos and drinks. The babys working there have attitudes like they were giving you food out of there own kitchen for free. When I am spending 8 dollars on popcorn with oil flavored butter. The should be happy to blast my popcorn with cancer. In the future we will just go out to eat before and bring the leftovers in the movie

This is a movie theater like so many youve seen before. This one has friendly staff and is kept pretty clean. I come here nearly everytime Im in Greenville, SC. The concession stand is fairly quick and is well staffed. I would recommend this spot for dates or causal nights out.

Pretty good cinema. We were in a standard screen (7) to watch the last StarWars film and the screen was a decent size and the audio and video quality were very good. Even the standard seats are big with tilting backs. The cinema was clean too despite being busy.

Great time at the movie however the concession was atrocious. For this to be christmas week/end when a huge movie has just been released (Star Wars), they seemed very unprepared. The lines were over a 20 min wait during matinee hrs. We were about 40 minutes early to see our movie and still only just made it by the start time. There were people on line and their movies had already started. Not that they were late just because of the lines and kitchen, which was closed. Of course there was no announcement to that fact. So customers were getting to the front of the lines just to be told they couldnt order. As for the concession staff they moved so slowly and as if they really did not want to be there. They were inattentive, they dropped things. One woman working a register left as we got to the front of the line and never returned. This is one the reasons why so many people have stopped attending the movies

The Hollywood 20 is a very busy theater, and occasionally shows off its age. However, it is well maintained and the staff does their best to stay ahead of the crowds. The RPX is wonderful with great sound and comfortable seating.

Enjoyed the movie with grandkids but why do I have to pick where I sit when buying tickets?? I had to wait way too long to purchase and i was third in line??? And when trying to follow this someone was in our seats anyway. It only makes you wait longer for nothing. Without this it would be 5 stars.

Ive endured mixed experiences over the half dozen times Ive attended movies here. One bad experience of popcorn caked to the floor everywhere, waiting in concessions line for at least 30 minutes AND waiting after the scheduled showtime for the theatre to be cleaned and opened. One of my least favorite features here is the forced decision of where to sit upon ticket window purchase, which mostly nobody abides by when actually finding a seat. Service is on par with most movie theatres, lacking any real discipline or genuine concern for overpaying customers. On the upside, this is probably the best overall viewing experience in the area, seats are pretty comfortable and the RPX is almost worth the price.

Saw Birds of Prey on Saturday night. First time visiting this theater. All staff was friendly, seats were comfortable and clean, sound and picture were excellent. Great experience all around.

Great place to watch movies a lot of room since everybodys not going to the movies

This would be my go-to theater in the local area. They have tried to spice the whole place up with lots of new restaurants and recently whats considered a playground I guess right in front of the theater, which is amazing in theory but it seems like a very pointless playground. Its like pieces of metal that are arched that kids can try climbing up and hanging from maybe. It looks really stupid to me and that was the same feedback Ive been given from the others I know. But I am really glad that they added benches out there because thats nice in case youre having to kill some time before the movie.

This is a good location, but since they went to reserve seating, I dislike going to see a movie here. The times I have gone since the change in seating, there were plenty of empty seats available, but you are supposed to only seat in the seat you choose when you bought your ticket,. So what if some tall person is sitting directly in front of you, or people around you are talking, etc. I like choosing where I sit and have the freedom to move if Im not happy there,. Please go back to normal seating.

This is an absolutely amazing theater. I needed to get tickets for a handicap person for endgame and the staff were very patient and helpful with me. Also the bathrooms and seating areas are always clean and spotless. Since they have so many screens there is a high chance you will find a convenient showtime for your movie. I believe most of the theater rooms have pick your own seat seating so I recommend using the regal app on your phone to purchase your tickets before hand so that you for sure have good seats. I highly recommend this theater both because of their quality in cleanliness and helpfulness, but also there are plenty of restaurants and fun things to do in the area.

The movies show great, i do believe the chairs could be a lot more comfortable. Its kinda hard to sit still through a 2 hour movie. Also we were unable to get any concessions because the lines were soo long and the movie started in 15 min.

Highly disappointed. We went and saw the premier of knives out last night. We ordered a bunch of food because we are foodies ! We waited about 25 minutes for our food to come out and was still waiting for the last thing we ordered gooey bites. They then proceed to tell us they don’t sell them anymore . lOL. It was on their menu and we paid for them and waited 25Minutes for them and then they want to tell us they discontinued it. They told us we would have to go back to the register that rang us up for refund ; there was literally like 150 people there waiting in line . So ridiculous. Obviously we told them to just forget it. After waiting that long we missed the beginning of the movie. The seats are terribly Uncomfortable And extremely close to each other. Very very disappointed in this theatre !

Theater appeared new, very clean, and seats were very comfortable and were the new rocking type of seat. Staff smiled and appeared friendly. The sound/volume was appropriate. Restroom was clean, with the exception of the urine on the floor caused by the slob who used the urinal immediately before me (but thats not the theaters fault). Enjoyablr experience overall. Plus, the movie was pretty good!

Very outdated & worn interior and the consessions set up is awful. These do not effect the quality of the movies though; the display and sound has always been good, and the seats are decent on comfort (definitely not the best)

Seats need updated. This theater is behind on the times. Could not even lift the arm rest. The seats are very narrow and Im petite. Feel bad for larger customers.

The prices have been raised over $15 per ticket and food and drink also totally not worth the cost

I’ve never left a public review before, but what my husband and I experienced last night was beyond ridiculous! About 20 min into our movie, teenagers from the next door theater started coming in and out - about 6 of them. There were only about 4 of us total in the theater to start with so it was a huge distraction. After about 30 minutes of them constantly coming in and out and being quite loud - about 10 MORE teenagers came running in like it was a daycare program. We got up and left the movie to just get a refund and go home. Management was nice enough, though we didn’t get refunds. She gave us 2 complimentary tickets for another movie. But to be quite frank I’m not comfortable ever going back. There’s next to no security measures in place to make sure it won’t happen to begin with again! A total waste of a night - that we still had to pay for.

Poor management. Long lines, dirty. Seating is pathetic with no staff to oversee the theater to ensure people are sitting in the purchased seat. Management made excuses for being poorly staffed.

At least its open, mask required until you get to your seat.

Decent theater. Kinda messy. Picture quality and sound were great. We dont come here often and werent aware of picking our own seats. Wish theyd have explained that some. Assuming the system automatically picks seats, which were great seats, but everyone in the theater was sitting in one area.

Extremely fun. A lot of seating for the film we watched we drove all the way from Charleston because it only had one filming location near us and my fiance and his friend loved it!

Overall a good movie theater. The stadium seats recline to give extra comfort. Definitely download the app to avoid the loved and earn points. My most favorite part is the assigned seating. This helps for when new movies come out.

So tonight we went and saw the 3D version of Lion King and they left the lights on while the movie was playing. Took me 20 mins to figure out why I was having a hard time seeing the special effects, so I go out to the lobby and see a mgr. He goes into the theater and sees the lights on and said give me 3 minutes and theyll be off! The whole movie they left them on and the whole time I was annoyed by the lights above my head and couldnt see! So on the way out I asked if there was a reason for them being left on? They guy looked at me like I was crazy so he get a mgr, the same one I spoke to earlier.... the moral of the story they end up giving me two passes to come back and see the movie again but they gave me passes to see a 2d movie only so I have to pay an additional charge with these 2D tickets to see a 3D movie??BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME I BRING MY BUSINESS THERE! There are theaters closer and more comfortable. New seating very uncomfortable and no room. Im tall!

Cool theater. When we purchased tickets, we were shown a screen so we could pick out our seats. There was popcorn on the lobby floor but not too excessive, and the theater floors were not sticky, so thats a plus. They have a play area outside in front of the theater, as well as sitting areas. Very attractive outdoor presentation, which makes for a chill spot to discuss the movie afterwards, or to let the kids play before eating and turning in.

Comfy seats, but with a very full theater (every seat taken) they didnt turn on the fans even after request. Ugh!

The refresh mint lines are much too long they need to be handled a little bit better and a Lot quicker

Overpriced and I have a Regal Unlimited membership. We always have to pay $1.50 upcharge to go here. If it had reclining seats it would be worth it, but not as it is. The concessions are crazy expensive!

We went to see the movie, and the theater was unable to turn off the ceiling lights, so the first 30 minutes of movie had glares with bright lighting on while the movie was going, which really takes you out of the movie. Seemed very unprofessional. Not a great movie going experience all around, especially when you consider how much it all costs.

SMALL SEATS if your heavy beware these seats dont recline are uncomfortable and not all arm rests lift up. Nice theater though, food way over-priced. $40 for 4 boxes of candy and 4 medium drinks.

Went for a birthday today and while the food and service were great (as usual) dessert cane with an extra special note and card signed by the staff.I recommend joining their club ($10 off was the birthday offer), ordering the lemonade (they donate $1.25 of each sold), and trying the specials!

We come to this theater every time a new movie sparks out interest and for good reason. It is kept very clean and the staff members are always polite and helpful! I also like that you can pick your seats when buying the tickets so you can get a secure spot!

Went today for a 3:25 showing. Got in line for tickets at 3:10. 2 people working the ticket booth and about 30 people in front of me in each line. Finally got my tickets and went inside to get popcorn and such. 4 people working the concession stands and the entire lobby was full of people waiting for goodies. Finally got to sit down to watch the movie that started at 3:25 at about 4:15 only to discover most of my popcorn was unpopped kernels and no “butter”.

The bathroom was a little dirty, but I really liked being able to choose my seat when I purchased my ticket. I think the volume of the movie was a little too loud. My 11-year-old son kept complaining about it hurting his ears.Overall, it was a good experience.

Great! Staff was very friendly. The lines were fairly long, though. But thats to be expected. Other than the wait, it was wonderful! Will definitely return in the future.

Best theater hands down. Went to greenwood theater but didnt see the movie I wanted, went to RPX & it was playing! Will be going to this theater from here on.

Went there on Sunday night and it was quite empty which was nice. Staffs were all there and were very friendly. The seats were nice and you choose where you want to sit.

The nicest theater in Greenville. Its in the crowded Woodruff Rd shopping area and traffic can be a total nightmare, so allow lots of extra time to get to the place. Parking is good unless you are handicapped. The handicapped spaces are in the front row, but it is still a very long walk to the theater doors. A really lousy parking design. There are two ticket kiosks inside, so skip the lines. Inside, its clean and airy. The staff is first rate. There is reserved seating, so prepare for slow lines at the box office because it takes so long for so many people to make up their minds on where to sit. Whoever came up with reserved seating at movies should be in prison. Once inside, the lines at the snack bar can be very long to where you might miss the beginning of your movie. The food selection is not nearly as good as other Regal theaters offer.The picture and sound are very good. There was a heavy police presence on the Friday night I visited. Why? This seemed to be in a good part of town. After my movie ended, it was after dark and the place was crowded with a rougher crowd, so it was good to have police on hand.

I feel like for the prices, you should beable to butter your own pre-popped popcorn. Other than that, it was sufficient experience. Spartanburg wins this category.

They served me an old wrinkley hot dog with a really hard bun which I can only assume was warmed up in a microwave since they didnt have any. They took really long to get us our food & by then the movie was about to start. So I didnt go back to complain as I didnt want to miss the movie. Next time Im skipping the concession stand altogether.

Theyll sell minors tickets to a rated R movie but then wont let them in the theatre even with a parent (me) giving consent They said parent must be in the theatre. I think age restriction should occur at the sale of the ticket... But then they might not make that sale.

This theater is one of my favorites in the area. They did a great job renovating the theater with new seating, carpeting, and freshly painted. The staff is always friendly, and the popcorn is fresh and tasty. The stadium seating ensures almost every seat a great way to see the movie.

Movie was good but I NEEDED more air conditioning.

Waited in line for literally 20 minutes while the same people stood at the window trying to do I have no idea what. Why does it take so long at the register for your works? Someone comes up, says they want a certain number of tickets, pays for tickets, then goes in. This is not a 20 minute interaction. Train your register people better. Four other couples walked out of the line while we waited, and we made the fifth couple. I understand Saturday nights are busy, but that is no excuse to have someone buying tickets take 20 minutes to do so. If its going to be a long interaction, have someone else take over for that couple and move on to the next.

Traffic in this area is awful! The theater is nice - but $15.10 for a medium popcorn and a medium drink - they have lost their minds. Or I guess I have for paying that!!! No wonder theaters are becoming a thing of the past.

Nice, clean theater. They are renovating on the outside. It looks like its gonna have a nice sitting area when the construction is done. I like that you get to choose your seats when buying tickets. It makes it a lot easier when viewing big movies like the Avengers.

Always a great place to go for movies. Fresh popcorn made right there for you. Also plenty of theaters so they dont get overcrowded even in big opening nights with some movies. Was the perfect place to watch Avengers Endgame.

Waited for about 20 mins to pick our seat with only 2 ticket lines open. Waited 30 mins+ with 4 concession lines open! The best part...they ran out of popcorn because only one machine was popping!

Nice movie theater as movie theaters goes. The concession is pricey, a family of four that gets their snack there need to be prepared to spend lots of money.

The theater, rest rooms, lobby and grounds were in great shape. Clean and accommodating. The price was acceptable as the popcorn THAT day was 50% off. The movie we chose was a mistake. Just a bad movie. The upcoming previews were better than the movie, but my choice and my mistake.

Its a cinema, that fact is undoubtedly true.Food & drinks: its pricey for what it truly is. The overall quality is lacking, the quantity is ok, the price is not. I have had a lot better in several other cinemas not in this area.Theaters: pretty standard. Screen quality and sound quality appear good, 3d effects are great, but the seats are not comfortable at all for people my size (63). I wish there were recliners as the standard, which is true in the Cinemarks I have been to. The hallways may have seen better times in the past and seem somewhat deserted.Box office: ok, youll get your tickets. Dont expect exceptional service.Staff: strongly varies. Weve encountered top personnel, friendly, helpful, smiling. But theres also the opposite. One should aim for the balance to shift stronger towards the first mentioned associates.Restrooms: ok.Online reservation: it works, I only wish the seating plans would offer you more insight in how the theater actually really looks. Some live view should not be a problem nowadays.In times of Netflix, I still fancy going to the cinemas. It just is something different. Yet, having to pay 25 bucks for two for an experience which is only ok or average, I wonder if it really makes that much sense as I will have 1 month Netflix + Disney+ for the same amount. And I do have 7.1 equipment and a fairly decent screen.Please, Regal, exactly as I am showing some effort to keep you alive since I love movies, show me some effort that you really do want to keep the business running and me as a customer. I believe there is a lot of potential that you would not need to be a quality manager in order to see it.Lastly, please refrain from using your very impersonal standard reply with reference to your customer service team. Take this review and let them have it by yourself. That is a minimal service you could do to your customers.Cheers!

Love this theater. This is a clean and well run location. Fast snack bar service and the attendants are always nice. The management is also very helpful if planning special events. The RPX screen is amazing with incredible resolution and sound. This is the theater I frequent the most and always suggest to anyone who asks.

Quick service, I love being able to purchase tickets through Atom and skip the line. Theatre was clean but the seats were pretty uncomfortable, though we were in the very last theatre so it may have been one that hasnt been renovated yet. Concession prices are insane but what can you expect? I recommend sneaking in your own drink if you can.

As far as I know the only place in the upstate that screens indian movies on a regular basis. Have always found the experience at regal to be an excellent one.

Usually pretty expensive, its good if you have a discounted movie ticket (offered at various businesses) and if you get Dibs or a candy instead of popcorn and a drink. Otherwise, most people including me prefer this theatre.

I have never had a bad experience going to this movie theater. The theaters very clean for each room and I am pleased with the RPX theater.
