Lot of fun. Expensive by the hour but based on a bowling style model. Super convenient and fun for the kids. You can bring your own clubs or they will provide a full set. Love being able to order food and drinks directly to the bay.

They texted me the wrong bay, so i had to move to a different level.. there was a little shuffling me around but other than that it was super nice.. The food was good, customer service excellent and the instructor was very awesome....Ill give them 4 and 3/4 stars.. i will definitely go back again.. We had lots of laughter and fun..

Great place to hang out at. Good food and excellent service from the staff. Just wish their prices were a bit better, probably due to lack of competition, and their alcoholic drinks were too weak.

Topgolf is one of the best places to go and spend a Sunday morning or afternoon with your family. The food is on point and the games that you can play are amazingly fun.

I highly recommend this Topgolf location for the following reasons:-Super friendly staff at check-in-Super helpful and friendly staff during the golf session-Manager came by multiple times to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed-Food service was greatAlso, I forgot my credit card and the team actually texted me within 5 minutes of leaving the place to let me know I had left it so I was able to come back and get it before getting too far.

Overall a great time! Drove 2 hours to this location and enjoyed every minute. We had reservations for 830 and we only had to wait like 10 minutes after 830. Which is good if you know how the reservation system works at top golf. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms where kept in great conditions. I visited the top and bottom restrooms. I would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again in the future.

Excellent staff! Very personable and friendly. Multiple games available make the range both challenging and fun. Three floors offer a plenty of spaces to shoot from. Indoors they have Foosball tables and other attractions. Had a blast!

Neat place to visit. They have an area just inside where you can eat and watch TV. The golf experience is neat as well. You can use the clubs they provide or take your own.

I dont always get great front desk service, but the young man manning the front desk around 3:20p.m. today was wonderful. And the lady, who always helps the Plantinum members I love! Sorry I forgot her name though, because she is the Best. Game fun is always good, especially when I have a good swing/hit day like today! Also Covid-19 steps theyve taken are great!

I enjoy going to Topgolf, but the customer service is awful for reservations. I have tried to plan a group outing for a group of 7 and the only options are a bundle though their groups department that included food(which we didn’t want). Option 2 pay $25 per bay for a reservation that wouldn’t guarantee the 2 bays are near each other. They need better options for reservation for more than 1 bay. Especially when trying to book days in advance. Might just plan our group outing somewhere else.

Did an event there and the staff was great! Food was as always amazing. If you havent had the Angus beef sliders youre missing out. Liquor is expensive so pre game.

We have been to 5 different ones and cant complain about anything. A great place to practice, have fun, or even just relax.

I just got into golfing and this was my first time at a TopGolf. It seems a little pricey, but everyone had a blast. Even my boyfriend who plays golf religiously and my dad who has never swung a club before. Highly recommend!

Had reservations to come here 4 hours after opening. Drove two hours. Arrived 20 mins early. Pulled up and they are closed.... sitting in the parking lot and they gave me a $10 off for a game. Cost me more money in gas to get here. Ridicules... Should have called me and let me know they had no power. I get it, But communicate with people and let them know.***Owner reached out on google here for me to leave a comment on their website. I followed up and haven’t heard anything back.

A lot of fun!! We had such a great time. It is $100 an hour per bay. Six people max to a bay. It cost us $793 for three hours of play at one bay and two hours at another. Also, food/beer/and mixed drinks. That was for two bays for nine people. The pepperoni pizza was good. Tacos were okay. Beer queso amazing. Not an every weekend place. On the pricey side once everything adds up. If you eat and drink. They also charge a $5 fee per person for a membership. I didnt understand this. Felt like a gimmick. We had already paid for the bay. Great for large groups and events. Very nice staff. Clean facilities. Saw them wiping down clubs at each bay. We definitely will be back. Good first experience other than pricing of food drink and the added $5 fee.

I purchased a six months Platinum membership, and due to COVID, couldn’t use 40 days of it, so I contacted member services to inquire about the possibilityExtending for the days unused, and got this answer: Basically- Too bad you lost it!Do not waste your money. They pretend to care when you sign up, but as usual, they only care about charging upfront.Wrong business decision, I could have been a recurring Platinum member, but they prefer to focus on a couple of dollars.My bad, I should know better!I am sending this note to all my friend groups, so they also are aware.Since, is a classic for bad reviews to be suppressed from public review sites.

Excellent experience for our family! Cat(our Waitress) showed Exceptional customer service, she was genuinely concerned for our family & checked on us regularly as well as making an effort not to interrupt our play. The Top Golf was very clean also. I would recommend it to anyone. Great job Cat!

We recently visited here last Saturday for a surprise birthday party. It was a rainy cold day so we were a little concerned it wouldnt be as fun. We were totally wrong. The crowd wasnt too bad when we got here and we only waited a little bit for our bays. We grabbed a drink in the meantime. The place is fun to explore too. Once getting to oir bay we realized you have two very warm heaters above you that you can control yourself! This kept the women happy since theyre always cold. You couldnt even tell that it was raining. The staff were wonderful, Patti was our server and she was a ton of fun, the whole staff was great too. The food was great and even better priced, we were pleasantly surprised. They have a good variety of beer and a full bar too. The games you could choose from had a lot to offer so we ended up having to play them all. I always heard it was expensive, but if you have a group, it is very reasonable! I look forward to our next visit here.

Once you get to the golf bay the golf experience, the food and the wait service are great. But trying to talk to a live person over the phone on advance is nearly impossible. They push everyone to their website, assuming it answers all questions--it doesnt. Assuming they ever pick up the phone they sound like theyre in a night club. Makes it difficult to do business with them. Poor customer service is a hallmark of busyness who feel they dont need more business. Well see how long that lasts in the post-COVID19 era.

Ive been here three times within the past month and I absolutely love it. The staff, service, food is all great, ontop of having a great time with family and friends hitting golf balls. The staff is very friendly and informative!!! It is a very nice, clean, relaxing, safe, awesome environment. Would recommend going even if youre not a fan of golf cause youll be one!!!

So I dont golf and absolutely suck everytime I got to a Topgolf. So with that in mind I still had a great time here. Staff was super friendly and checked on us regularly. Food was pretty good, mostly just sports bar eats. Very clean and well-maintained as well.

Topgolf is a good place for the family to have some fun. Half-price Tuesdays make that fun a little cheaper. Food is good but a little on the expensive side but what you expect. The wait staff could have been a little more attentive

Place was very clean, food was good, and we had a blast! We made a reservation on the website ahead of time and got a good spot on the 2nd floor (its a 3 storey building). Alison was our server and she took really good care of us and explained everything (gameplay, how to order, where bathrooms were, etc) very well. We had an awesome time!

Had better at other Topgolf location such as Fort Worth, Texas and Alpharetta Georgia just to list a couple. The server was at best average the manager was more tentative.

Never played golf before. Cousin and I went and had a blast. Stefany (Stephany?) gave us tips and was great! Food and drinks were wonderful.

Went there for the first time last night, very fun activity for the whole family. Food and drink prices are reasonable, bay rentals are more expensive at peak times so plan accordingly. The only down side to my visit was a thunder storm occured and knocked out the power. Not Top Golfs fault in anyway and they were kind enough to comp some play time do to the power outage. Outstanding customer service will return.

First time there, amazing experience! Had a 1pm reservation got there at 1245 and went right to our bay. Excellent service, great atmosphere, delicious food. Definitely will go back and definitely recommend!!! Only downfall...very expensive. My boyfriend and i had 2hours play time some drinks and 2 appetizers and our total was over $150.00 I genuinely wish this place was more affordable. But definitely worth a date night when money is saved up!!

First ever experience with Golf and it was very funny. We played on the third floor in the morning and it was already well visited. Only negative fact: The sun is shining directly on the boxes. So you should use sun protection and casual clothing because it was really hot. The price was 25$ per hour for one Golf box, equipment is included. You can choose a lot of different game plays, we started with best of 9 because it’s very simple. It’s not so easy to hit the red hole because it’s a little bit too close from the third floor, so in my mind the second floor is maybe the best for new player. But all in all it’s a good location for new Golf player to get to know the game. Staff was friendly and they have also people who explain the right handling to you.One more interesting fact: You have great menu card with few snacks and many drinks. We tried the icecream and it was really delicious.

We had a great time. Service was good and the staff were helpful. The pricing was not that bad for a “tee time” of 1pm. With 4 drinks, it ended up costing us just over $100 for 4 people and 1:30 of playtime. A great time for golfers and non golfers alike.

Is it me or is it this way for everyone? I have been here several times in the past and have always made a reservation for the bay. We were unable to make any tonight as it was not available and we walked in and were told it would 30 minutes, we have been here for almost 2 hours now and when I checked back in the lady at the front tells me a bunch of reservations just came in. How is that possible? I honestly dont mind making a reservation or paying for it. Just feels very unfair and partial to let someone make a reservation. She mentioned reservation open up every 15 minutes and they just came in and werent available when I checked in, seriously!!!

TopGolf is a lot of fun. Flashy cool atmosphere - really makes me want to learn to play the game of golf.

Went with some friends and family and had some fun with our time off of work. I lost my phone and had my friend call it. Then they texted him it was there. Some how they got into my phone and texted I would Still like to know how. But I am still grateful I got it back. Place is a little pricey but if you have the money it’s a great place to have some fun.

Ive never golfed, but I loved this place! Make reservations or plan to wait 3 hours on the weekends. They did have tables and a bar for us to eat at while we waited. So the wait was not bad. Food was really good (typical bar food). Staff was very nice and the facility very clean. There was a DJ there when we went, and that made it even better. We had a blast!!!

We had my son’s bachelor party here at Topgolf and it was epic! Everyone had tons of fun, so it was a huge success. Destin was our event coordinator/server, and she did a fabulous job. She explained everything well (first time Topgolfers) and made sure everyone had a fabulous time.If you’re a business owner/CEO, then I’d recommend holding a team event here. I’m planning on bringing my entire staff (Extreme Colors Auto Spa of Greenville) as I know they will all enjoy it immensely.Some may think it’s a little pricey but you will get what you pay for, and then some!
