This place was so amazing! Our three year old Daughter as well as our ten year old Son had so much fun! Staff was great! Equipment was well kept. Floors to ceilings looked as clean as any public place weve ever visited. First time being here. Were definitely going back!

We came for cosmic night and it was not clean. The dining area was disgusting and full of trash/food. The bathrooms were out of paper towels and toilet paper. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in over 24 hours! The few people I saw on the floor working were chatting with other Co-workers or just standing there. The people at the food bar however were working extremely hard! Also the employees on the floor actually seem to hate their jobs or people in general. Very little interaction even when you are directly speaking with them. It has been like that the last few times we have been here. My 11 year old does not like asking them for anything because they seem irritated when he does. The staff was walking around eating cotton candy and drinking monsters when they could have been doing their jobs!

Place is really fun, tons to do and eat! Only thing that kinda threw me off was how hardly any of the employees liked kids lol. They would have kids running up to them and ask a question, and they would just stare straight ahead and downright ignore them. But other than that,I think it’s a big hit and good for all ages! There is a small area in the back just for smaller kids! It’s nothing big or fancy, but it’s very safe! They have tons of parking,ride-on bull,a laser area, and just all in all a great place! Just keep an eye on your own kiddos because they don’t have any safety measures like Chuck E. Cheese with the number stamp system. (But it should honestly be the parents responsibility anyways,so that doesn’t effect the rating at all :) )

Dont order tickets online. Or at least get there 30 minutes early, if you do. We got to the place on time, but had to wait in line to scan tickets and get socks. We waited in line for 20 minutes. And then they gave us the time we had to leave; 40 minutes from when they scanned our ticket. That was kinda annoying. Then they only had one employee running all of the extra attractions (except the climbing and the rope courses). I only reduced by one star because the staff was super friendly and the place was very clean. And they have a freaking rope course!

Great place for birthday parties. My daughter and her friends had a blast. After jumping for an hour the kids were all to happy to have pizza and juice which they devoured. We also had wings fruit and veggies with our package which surprisingly came with free cotton candy for the kids. It was the icing on the cake before they even had cake.

As far as adventure parks go, this one has a greater variety of attractions than most parks in the southeast. In my pics youll see features like a Laser Maze, MANY climbing elements, indoor ropes course, ninja warrior course, and, as expected, the many trampoline court elements. Its a fantastic variety. Operationally there were some issues, though it was a morning I went and perhaps they were short-staffed on the holiday break? Because of the play options, Ill make a day trip and drive from north Atlanta with my family

Staff did a great job getting everyone checked in. Girls had a good time jumping. Wife and I grabbed a snack while waiting, the mozzarella sticks were surprisingly very good. Shout out to Deomaree who made sure everything was right in the party room and checked up on us.

All of the activities are always available and are never closed down. Your entry gives you access to everything.Lots more activities for adults to participate in too. The kids do not even wish to return back to sky zone. This place got it right.Lots of comfortable places to sit (sofas, chairs, bars, etc). You’ll enjoy it.

Fun and affordable but they need some kind of security at the door. Anyone could walk out with your kids at any time. BIG AIR IS OPEN!!! This place is AWESOME! For starters it’s BRAND NEW and it doesn’t smell like feet. That’s a BIG PLUS. Then there’s so much to do. Climbing, Jumping, Riding the Bull, FUN, FUN, FUN!!! But one of the best things is that it’s actually like a workout so the kids are getting exercise while having fun. I wanted to join in but I had to pass on that. Lol. My son LOVED IT! So, I bought the six months premium membership ($169) bc I know he’s going to wear that place out so it’ll be cheaper to get the membership and be done with it. All the teens working there were super nice and helpful. They seem to enjoy what they’re doing so that makes the experience even better. They have a cheaper 6 months membership for $119. (If your child likes BIG AIR it’s money well spent bc you can go everyday if you like for 2hrs.). I highly recommend BIG AIR for FAMILY FUN!***UPDATE*** On 6/16/18 BIG AIR “PAID IT FORWARD” and My Nephew was blessed with a FREE 3 Month Membership...THANK YOU!!!WE LOVE BIG AIR!!!

Big Air is always a lot of fun. The driving and constant beat of their music is enough to make you want to pull your hair out though. I personally would take my kids often if they could find something more tasteful to play over the speakers, but instead I limit it to friends birthday parties. Why do corporations think we want to listen to these kinds of tunes? I find it insulting and feel like they treat us as if were nothing more than cattle. This is happening in department stores everywhere as well. If you are feeling this way too, dont hesitate to mention it to management here and in each place that you visit. Be kind, but be fearless. Remember that the manager probably didnt choose the music, but if enough people complain, corpate will hear about it. A few minutes of effort on your part can make dramatic changes. There are millions like us who are tired being forced to hear obnoxious and harassing tunes in public places. Share what you think and you will see that many others agree! You are not alone, be brave and you will make a difference! In response to the comment below, I have been to Big Air multiple times and no one has ever asked my opinion. I suppose my voice is not part of the majority. I do appreciate that Big Air has taken the time to respond however, I am not aware of any effort made on their part to gain a consensus from the public about their music choices. Please let us know where we can go to cast our vote!In the interest of not coming across as angry in any way, Im increasing my rating. Your facility is well maintained and your staff is friendly. Thank you for your kind response and for the privilege of sharing a point of disagreement without harassment.

We were in town for a week and discovered Big Air, which was wonderful - my 11 year old son had a blast! We went to the homeschool jump on both Wednesday and Thursday, which was a great deal for 2 hours of play. We have been to two different trampoline parks before, and this one blows the others away because of the variety of things to do! There were so many things that I hadnt seen at the other parks, such as the many climbing walls, ropes course, ninja course, orbit, bull ride, and more. The snack bar was also nice and something not in the other parks weve been to. Lots of places for parents to sit and watch. There were plenty of staff around, and they were very attentive! Had my daughters 8th birthday party here this past weekend. I think they may have been understaffed or just not prepared. We went in the entrance for parties and waited for over 10 minutes, as no one was at the counter to check us in. I finally saw someone and asked if they could. She did, but didn’t have the authority to take our payment so asked us to wait. It’s officially past our start time. I ask another guy if he could, so we paid. He told us we could pick any room so we did. The duration of the time, as our guests were arriving, there was never anyone behind the counter to check them in or get them socks. I ended up just going back there and getting socks for them. We wasted almost 30 minutes just trying to get checked in and find where we needed to go. The only plus was our party host. She was amazing and super nice. I don’t remember her name, but she was blonde and had glasses. She took care of us and offered her sincere apologies. She took pictures for us and helped us in any way. She was great. Not sure if we will be back for a birthday party though.

We were discouraged by the line to the end of the sidewalk when we arrived and finally got inside to the registers inside @845. Furthermore many parents drop their kids off and allow the children to find their friends further up in the line and cut in front, there are no barriers to prevent doing this.We purchased our tickets online which were supposed to include two slices of pizza and a soft drink, we had to speak with a manager to honor this- we were told they no longer support this offer but failed to update their website. We did not purchase sticky socks which I HIGHLY recommend to PREVENT INJURIES-It shouldn’t even be an option honestly! Safety should be a MAIN concern here, and children should not be running some of the stations- especially the ones that require the personnel to snap your harnesses securely and make sure they are secure to prevent falls, the young male that was doing this on the ropes&bridges this past Saturday -Management-was preoccupied trying to pick up girls and discussing what they were going to do after work or on another occasion and asking one girl to go get him some food from an outside location. Not all of the stations are staffed. With the high volume of traffic we finally got inside the facility 45 minutes after the Cosmic opening time (from 8-11) we demanded a money return of some short but made it simple by accepting the socks as a trade out as suggested by ourselves. If you purchase your tickets online you should be able to enter ahead of the other guests in a separate line to escalate the process. In addition to the tickets there is a waiver online I guess it is in a separate section because it is not suggested to *fill these waivers* out when you purchase your tickets online; the staff goes through the line and asks if you have filled out the waiver if you have not, you are directed to do so on your phones or lose your place in line to visit the computers inside of which there are only three.I saw three grown adults working in the entire facility, the place is completely chaotic, there is no order of any sort. The one girl who was working the jousting station was being bumped around by two small children taking foam cubes out of the pit and throwing them at each other‘s head but she was too busy to correct the situation with her water bottle. The cafeteria is a complete filthy disaster, there is trash everywhere and no one to clean it up. Same for the restroom-go back and get your shoes and use w/caution!Apparently everyone thinks their mother works there. There is a small line barricade for the cafe, but again no order to enforce it and kids will cut in front of you in large spread out groups, they bump into you and use foul language with no acknowledgement. The group in front of me was constantly on Snapchat sending pictures have children they knew( I’m assuming vis the gossip) that had been in fights with black eyes and taking multiple selfies- they bumped into us multiple times and never said excuse me or sorry. If you ever want to get a display of what our children are being raised around today-Go visit this place! If you never thought that you would have animosity towards a child, these kids will change your mind in a heartbeat! I was a rough kid when I grew up and still loud & boisterous but never to this degree!! There are kids with their giant busts popping out in skimpy shorts showing their cheeks and nails as long as toothpicks! I’m glad we went with my daughter, we definitely won’t be returning.I want to say “what are you letting your kids get away with??SOME OF YOU PARENTS NEED TO MAN THE F*** UP!Your kids and what they grow up to be it will be a DISAPPOINTMENT &DISGRACE to the rest of us and many already are! Many of the girls I saw I would bet will be a mother before they’re 16-18I’m not sorry for being so harsh—-that’s what’s wrong with the world today everybody deserves that they believe in entitlement, I believe in honesty and customer service! If the proper staff were facilitated, it could be a great place with all they have to offer.
