This is my favorite theater! Everybody that works there is super friendly. The theater is always clean. If there ever is an issue they work hard to make sure they make it right. I go to a lot of movies and unless the movie I want to see isnt there, I go to that theater.

While the theater itself was nice, clean, great concession, and large, the staff double sold seats and patrons kept asking each other to vacate their seats. I reserved our seats in advance and still had someone tell us we were in their seat. A staff member verified my reservation and we saw the movie with no other interruptions. Very unprofessional to double book seats when selling seats is your job. May or may not revisit during opening night of a movie.

The young gentleman at the concession stand was VERY helpful assisting me with purchasing gift cards. I applaud this Cinema with having pleasant, helpful employees! Way to go! Hell go far in life! Excellent service

The most comfortable movie experience ever.!!So worth the ticket price

Ruined a perfect night with my wife and son. With an incompetent employee. That couldn’t ring up simple tickets. Gave us 3 different tickets for different times. Didn’t realize it. Till we sat down and people were saying we were in their seats. It was a new movie “ jumanji” and seats were already limited. Managers solution was to seat everyone apart from each other. I’m not about to sit away from my 6yr old. If I hadn’t already paid for the annual pass. I’d be asking for my money back and never frequent this location again. Their concessions are ridiculous. I always spend $30-60 at a time.

Saw Frozen 2 this afternoon. Only 2 other people in the theater. Really nice recliner seats. Tickets for 2 seniors and our 3 year old granddaughter totaled $25. Too much for a 3 oclock showing imo.

I love the reclining chairs at this theater! It makes watching a movie very enjoyable and cozy--try not to fall asleep.

Very clean and the most comfortable seats in any theater Ive been in in this area atleast.

Overall good but two complaints; 1: RPX is no different than standard, only difference is the vibration effect and sound is a little louder, other than that same experience as their standard showings. IMAX is much better. 2: Urinals are too low for us grown adults. Also recliners are better at the Palladium but the popcorn is better here (fresher). Hope this helps my fellow movie lovers.

Was great experience. Seats are reclining and very comfortable. Very roomy theater. Only con is for 4 of us to get 4 tickets, 3 small drinks, 1 large popcorn and two things of candy was 80 bucks.

The Regal needs to seriously rethink its concessions process. I stood in line for 8 minutes and they only served 4 people (there were at least 10 people in front of me to still be served). I ended up going into the movie without a drink or popcorn because I did not want to miss the beginning of the movie. The seating though was excellent.

Nice theater, entrance is unique with a dome shaped room when you walk in that and speak it echoes like crazy even if you are only whispering. Its a multiplex. Clean and nice. Good recliners.

Great chairs. Good view from any seat except maybe front row but I never liked being that close anyways. Sound was typical theatre nothing good or bad about it. The drinks are huge but over priced as any theatre. Did not try popcorn so cant say in that regard. The crane machine had bad prizes was all same dinosaur just in different colors

Im here often for the latest movie. The place is always clean and comfortable. Ive been spoiled, recycling seats are now a must!

This is my fave movie theater in ALL of Greensboro. The staff is friendly, the theater is kept clean. And, all of their seating has been updated to recline seating! The seats are very comfortable and go back a good amount. I recommend this theater for friends, family, and anyone who loves the movies. They even have the Regal Cinemas RPX experience. Also try to go Mondays for discounts on candy. Or. Tuesdays for 50% off popcorn. As a Regal Crown rewards member you also can accumulate other special discounts and offers. A few months back they added more food options, like pretzels, Doritos nachos and cheese, and Cheetos popcorn. They even have good personal pizza. And, their popcorn is usually tasty.

I have regal unlimited. Its such a good deal check it out. I love the reclining seats

Comfortable seats and reasonable price!

Sat outside the building 20 minutes past their opening time and they just stared from the concession stand at me. No one bothered to come explain the reason for the late opening so I just left and went to another theater

A high-quality theater with electric reclining seats, large armrests and cup holders. The screen and sound quality are good.I highly recommend that you download the Regal Cinemas app and reserve your seat ahead of time. Otherwise, when you buy your tickets when you arrive, you are left with the seats that remain and you may not be able to get seats together.

I always enjoy visiting the Regal Cinema in Greensboro. You can order your tickets online and go through without any wait. They have a rewards program where you get free drinks, popcorn and even a movie after accumulating a certain amount of points with your rewards card.They now have reclining seats. Its like watching the big screen from the comfort of your home. The food, drinks and service are also good. All the theaters are kept clean. Located in the Friendly Center there is plenty of parking available. Its a great place to take the family for an enjoyable evening.

Regal is my favorite movie theater in Greensboro. All of the seats are reclining leather and are so comfortable. The theaters and bathrooms are kept clean. The popcorn is good as well. The only complaint is that most of the hand dryers in the bathroom are sooooo slow and put out very little air flow. Their rewards program is great. I am always able to get upgrades with my points.

Theater clean, seated left of theater for Rambo the sound was not as dynamic (obviously). In prior shows the middle of the theater was too loud. Food, granted I should have bought all my snacks the first go around when there were two cashiers at bar, but I wanted another snack well I couldnt wait 15min for popcorn and I noticed an employee walking behind the bar , nope, not to open and relieve the 15 person line. Lost revenue? Other than those quirks it is best to go midday.

Love this theater great price 5.60 per ticket. Comfortable stadium seating. I dont know why more people dont use this simple movie house.

My husband and I go to a matinee usually every Sunday... today people came in and sat beside us and took their shoes off exposing their STINKIN feet! Who wants to smell feet while watching a movie they paid to see??? Very disgusted... I may rethink this $18 unlimited...

Havent been to a movie theater in years after having our daughter and the new reclining seats and spacious room is amazing!

Full disclosure, Im basing this off the fact that I had not stepped inside a theater in 12 years. Im fluffy and the seats make me feel petite. Felt like I was at home as far as comfort.

I had the worst experience here on Monday, 09/16/19. So I pick this theater to watch 3 from Hell (for its first of three night only showings). The popcorn was stale and burnt of course I purchased a large wasted money...smh. The movie stopped twice the first time you could hear the movie but, not see anything and the second time it went off all together. Took them awhile to get the movie restarted both times, but they did restart it from the beginning when it went off the second time. Very disappointed in the theater, but the movie was excellent.

Love the seats in this theater. Most comfortable theatre experience Ive had. The treble of the sound system was a bit much though. Cracked and popped a few times, but still a good time.

It has reclining chairs. They offer many payment methods. Can scan your phone if you have an eticket. The workers are very nice. This is a very popular spot so the concession line can get long. Has diverse food options like Cheeto popcorn. And corn dog bites. I like that they also hire people with down syndrome and other disabilities.

This is the best theater Ive ever been in. Stadium seats means never having to worry that someone will block your view. They even recline! Food items way beyond candy and popcorn. And the domed ceiling in the lobby throws your voice back at you like Ive never experienced before.

Wasnt pleased at all for two reasons a couple years ago i went to see one movie and they gave me a ticket to another movie and had the nerve to tell me they was out of tickets is that possible when its only been out for 3 days. So this movie didnt get its ticket sale SMH. The other reason they jacked the price up doing an early show said it was in a better theater with better sound i couldnt tell the difference

I enjoyed the special one night only features, but wished they would do a second, later, showing for people not getting off work until stores close.

The chairs are great but dont like the assigned seating. I recently got stuck between someone coughing the whole time and someone talking to her boyfriend the whole time. Very aggravating. Getting snacks always takes too long.

Great place to watch a movie!

This is my theatre of choice. Lots of screens, RPX, 3D and reclining seats. The Regal Group has a great app that gives me lots of free popcorn and tickets. Only thing lacking is an IMAX screen which their sister theatre at Palladium in High Point has so no worries there. I have the app which allows me to reserve seating in advance for a small charge which I think they should waive.

Clean and comfortable recliners, good sound. Seemingly more expensive than other theaters. My son and I went to see a midday show and it was $20 for tickets and $24 for a large popcorn and 2 sodas...

Wonderful movie experience but the chairs get annoying after a good hour or so.

3 of us from out of state went to the 1:50 p.m. showtime on Sunday for ..If Beale Street Could Talk. We had to select seats and the screen we had to select from showed most of seats we occupied..not true..theater more than 1/2 empty. Womens bathroom..some had no toilet paper and some of the latches on bathroom stalls broken. I visit family in NC, go to this theater and bathroom stalls are not maintained. The theater itself was comfortable seating and clean.

This is a great theater, standard pricing on snacks, decent seats. Friendly staff that doesnt seem over stressed.I personally always miss the turn to get into the parking lot when following the Google maps directions. Though I do have better luck with navigation if I drop a pin on the west side of the building. (helps when it recalculates the rout)Be careful in the surrounding parking lots for the shopping center it can get a little hairy, as the right of way is not always clear at the stop points.That turn that goes directly into the theater parking lot is excellent if you can catch it. If only to skip the surrounding lots.

Was here the other day and saw the latest Avengers film. The drink was pricy but what can you expect? Was not expecting a recliner. The recliner helped sitting through a 3 hour movie and made it an overall pleasant experience.

Nice interior and have very comfortable seats. The seats allows the person to adjust the recline angle. The screen quality is quite decent as well. And the theater is near a few places to grab a bite to eat after viewing a film. Overall this is a great establishment for entertainment purposes.

Since the remodel this movie theater has become top notch. Not only do they have recliner seats that are push button adjustable. But they have upgraded the sound that along with the fewer seats per theater makes for a enjoyable movie experience without the commentary from the other guests.

Lovely cinema. Great location near restaurants and shopping. We drive from about 10 miles out once or twice a month. Well worth the trip.

You have ten registers available at the concession stand but only open three. The lines are twenty people deep at each of the three registers. I managed to miss the start of the movie even with the previews. Poor customer service.

My friend and I came to see Aquaman and received great customer service from a concession staff member by the name Marquis. He was extremely helpful and Professional. This gentleman even prevented other customers from jumping lines. This young man deserves a kudos. If all the staffers provided this quality of service, I would only come to this theater for my entertainment services. P.s. I truly enjoyed the reclining seats.

Overall this is a nice theater. The reclining seats are comfortable and spacious. And the facility was clean. I suggest that you bring a jacket during the evening time, as it can get chilly at times due to the air conditioning. However, the concession stand prices are not reasonable at all.

One of the very best theater in the city. Its small but it packs a great punch. Also, it works even better because of assigned seats.

Very clean establishment, friendly service, quality theaters as far as picture and audio go. This is your typical movie theater in a lot of ways... Except that they have recliner theaters! I dont know if every room has recliners, so purchase your ticket online to ensure youre buying tickets for a room with them. Its so much more enjoyable to sit for 2 hours in a recliner.Enough about those brilliant seats... The food and drinks are expensive, but you can expect this at any theater.

Nice, well run theater. Our screen had nice leather electric recliners (not sure if they all do). Only gripe was the painfully slow concession stand. The employees were nice and courteous but they were seriously understaffed with 4 movies starting around 7:15.
