Nice theater! Parking directly out front is close and ample. The lobby, auditoriums, and restrooms are always clean and tidy. (Extra care is taken for covid precautions, too.) The staff is great, taking care of guest tickets and concession orders quickly and correctly. Its a Classic location, so there arent leather power recliners, but the seats are well maintained and comfortable. 5 stars!

This place has lots of movie options, friendly staff, reasonable prices and is relatively clean. I like this place, it has a good atmosphere and is never crowded.

The popcorn is terrible! Use to it was so good we would go even if not watching the movie and just get popcorn to snack on. The theater is fine but their popcorn needs to go!!!! This ratings due to concessions !

Social distance was really good, my daughter left two phones and when we went back for them they had them safe behind the counter thanks again.

Thank you staff.. any issue? Only that they couldnt find my account by my phone # so I didnt receive my points, otherwise I would recommend stopping in, catch a early movie, cheaper and less crowded. Also, the staff.. friendly though not very educated on the reward card, or to concerned about my lost points, at least friendly..making up for it.. 5 stars if not for that..

Okay so the theater set up is good. Select seating and plenty of space. The theater is always clean and well organized. Purchasing tickets is never a problem and any lines at the ticket counter move quickly. The real hold up is concessions. Ive been there when two people are running the counter and, quite literally, 5-6 people are standing behind them doing nothing. If you dont want anything to eat or drink, its a great time.

The theater is nice and clean, the employees are friendly and efficient. When I got out of my movie at around 9 pm, they already had everything dark and roped off. There was no access to the restrooms. I havent experienced that at any theater before and I dont think that is accommodating to patrons who likely drank a beverage throughout their viewing experience.

I wish the seating was a little more comfortable. And at the end of our movie the lobby was closed and we were ushered out the side exit where we were not allowed to use the bathroom this was around 8:30 PM. I guess that was the last movie in any case it would have been nice to use the bathroom after buying and eating and drinking your concession. I know next time dont eat of drink anything.

A nice older style theater with no reserved seating. Reminds me of the dollar theaters I went to as a kid. It doesnt have the full selection at concessions like at most AMC or any of the new digital ticketing options. The price was definitely reflective of that so if you want to see first run movies at a lower price this is the place to go, just make sure you get there earlier than normal because tickets and concessions are sold at the same counter.

The first time that I have been to the movies in years. It used to be that you couldnt walk in the door unless you bought a ticket. Now, you get your tickets, drinks, and popcorn all at the time in one transaction. The only thing that they could do better is there was no one at entrance to the theaters to check your tickets (or see if you even bought one) and direct you to the theater that it was showing in. We literally had to walk the hallway from end-to-end to find our movie. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Good place to see a movie that you can take it or leave. Thats also true for special movies that you just want to see again. Cons

First of all, the movie we wanted watch was in theatre two. The volume was unbearable to the point we had to request it to be turned down. There were only four of to watch the movie. Then we froze, it was so cold we couldnt believe it. We did let the manager know at the end, no compensation. Hopefully others wont experience what we did. These things should be checked before the public is invited in. Its just that easy.

This usually the theater I attend because I like to go to movies early afternoon on Sundays. However, that is no longer the case as they have discontinued the earlier show times. None the less, they do have their STUBS reward program. Their staff are well trained and pleasent. The premises is safe and building well maintained and clean.

Old theater. Like 1993 old. Torn seats. Dirty seats. They should be embarrassed to sell tickets to this theater. I gave it 2 stars because the screen was at least clear and crisp.

Great range of movies, particularly for this area. Fair prices for new releases. Chairs arent the most comfortable compared to some of the better theaters.

I wish this theater was connected to fathem events but I am never disappointed when I see a movie here. It is close by the price is good especially on 5 dollar Tuesday. Consessions has the right candy and being part of the loyalty program means I always have a popcorn. The seats are comfortable and I can always find an open one.

AMC is a Great movie theatre to go to! The lines arent short before 6pm. I joined there AMC list, earn money back on tickets, and anything else you purchase. You can also go to the website and join the A list, and see 3 movies a wee, for a small monthly fee. Handicap accessible. Very kid friendly. Lots of perks for family and kids.

The staff were friendly and nice. Definitely needs updated. Old school seating & decor. We were in theater number 16, had a musty smell to it. Wasnt busy, which is nice so pros and cons kind of weigh each other out. I enjoyed my time there with my hubby which was the point.

This place really needs to be renovated. Seats are stained and uncomfortable. Popcorn was extremely old and stale. I actually asked for fresh popcorn and was given the same stale popcorn again. Customer service is extremely lacking at this place. Snacks at any movie cost way TOO much to taste bad. I called management the next day to inquire about the stale popcorn and her customer service skills were terrible as well. I wont return to this location. Save your money and go to a nicer theater like the Carmike 8 in High Point. Its clean, the popcorn is fresh, and the seats are amazing.

Bought 7 tickets for Frozen II (with a 4 yr old and a 6 month old)and waited past the starting time with no previews playing only to be told they cant get it to work. Then we had to wait in line to get refunds and got bounced around from one person to another. No one seemed to know what to do. They said no refunds without the stubs so we had to go find them. No apology and no passes given. Didnt seem like a manager was even around. Wont be back...

Horrible customer service. I use to work here when I was in college, so I try to support this theater due to the lasting friendships I made while working here. This why I was very disappointed by experience this time. This review isnt to bash anyone. Its to help because you never know who may come in your line for service. People have lost their willingness to help one another and its very sad.

It was a nice place but the movie was boring and you had to basically put it together to make since of it. But I do like the movie theater. The movie was Lighthouse, I was invited by someone else.

An older theatre. Saw a great movie; Knives out. Bathroom was clean. About $7 per adult ticket. Went to 1st Sunday matinee and had the theatre to ourselves. Dingy but cheap.

Best theatre to get cheaper tickets for the movies. Never too crowded, seats are comfortable, popcorn is your regular average movie theatre popcorn, bathrooms are quite clean. The whole vibe of this theatre is very calm.

The theaters are very comfortable as far as temperature and seats.However, We are very cautious going up and coming down to the deep steps to our seats.I am afraid of them because of knee surgery.Also, I have seen a person have a very terrible fall coming down.Take it Slowly, Look And Be Careful!

We saw Aladdin here and had a great time. Helpful staff, clean theater, and when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised - finally, a theater that didnt have enormous motorized chairs that dont let you raise the armrest. Plenty of parking.

The popcorn was room temperature, some of the search cushions were torn and the floors and arm rests were sticky...and apparently a condom machine in the womens restroom in the back (accodring to my wifes aunt) - though funny, but still. This place clearly needs a lot of TLC and a facelift.

This theater is in desperate need of a remodel. The seats are still the creaky old fabric style and certain auditoriums are freezing in winter and hot in summer. The location works well for us is why we go so much. But totally prefer the newer theaters with recliners and such. I hope someone at AMC remodels this one soon

It was clean, the drinks and popcorn are reasonably priced. You put the butter on the popcorn yourself and fountain drinks are free refills.

The theater was in overall nice condition and the staff were very nice but it was freezing inside the theater and very uncomfortable for the entire two hours we were in there. We were all shivering throughout the movie and thought very seriously about leaving without finishing the movie but we suffered through it.

Nice place. Decent prices. Only thing, it was my 1st time there. I didnt realize ticket and concession lines were together so it takes a bit to get a ticket if thats all youre wanting. Suggest you go at least 25min early if you want a good seat. Also, not sure if it was just the movie I saw, but the sound couldve been better.

Environment is cozy and clean. The movie was awesome. Me and my 5 children loved it. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

A great, kinda old school movie theatre. I like that it is not too big, nor too small...its just right. It doesnt try to do too much, as many, new movieplexes try to do. It is a straight-up, multi screen theater. The staff are friendly and helpful. The popcorn is good and fresh. I like the butter stations where you can add extra butter after purchase. Its is a nice bonus. I really enjoyed this place! I highly recommend it.

Loved having the convenience of ordering tickets online. Tried showing my online ticket order to the usher, only for him to tell me that I needed to wait in the long concession line, so they could print out a paper ticket for me. Whats the point of online ordering?

The theater is a standard classic theater. They do not have reserved seating or reclining seats as it it the AMC Classic theater. It was clean and well maintained. The ticket prices during the week are cheap. The concessions are pricey, but no more than any other theater. The popcorn was decent tasting.

A hidden gem. Great prices and many options. The location is a little hard to find due to trees so you may want to utilize directions to get here.

I wish this AMC Classic theater was as nice as the employees. The best thing about this theater is the employees. They are patient and helpful. If you purchase your tickets through an online portal, an employee must key in your ticket confirmation number in otder to get your ticket. There are no kisok to scan your prepaid info. There is not a line for prepaid customers. The lobby is small and fills quickly with customers when there is a popular movie. Some theaters need repairs. The theater is clean --thats a positive. Again, its the employees who keep it clean. My question is why AMC corporate management have not funded an update to this location. The competing theaters in Greensboro are modern. I had not gone to this AMC theater for 14 years. I started coming back because I want to use my AMC rewards membership. Thanks to the patient employees Ive encountered. I wish your corporate office would provide resources to modernize this theater. A kisok would be a first step. Expanding the lobby and making repairs would also be helpful.

I liked AMC. It had a great ambience. I saw a great movie titled Star is Born. If you love rock music and romance, then you might wanna check it out.

Was there 15 minutes beofre the movie started. Waited about 10 minutes in line. On a weekday, mind you the theater is almost empty. First and last time at this location. We had to choose assigned seats!!! Nope 2 adults and 2 kids. Im not about to seat on a different row from my kids. And there were no more than 10 cars on the lot (movie part) too bad i live about 5 minutes away from this location. The grand you can keep having my money. We go to the movies at least once a week. And when we like the movie we go a second time for the same movie.

The score is simply based on service and movie quality consistancy. Not based on aesthetics, activities provided, alternative entertainments or appearance. This a simple place to simply watch movies, not so bad you rather go hungry for 2 1/2 hours but not so appealing that you bring extra money.

Me and my fiance watched hustlers and we had a wonderful date night, the tickets were at a good price and the staff were friendly

Prices prices prices! This theater is a little older and has the velvet theater seats but we love it better than the cold leather seats! Ticket prices are under $4 for the matinee and less than $5 during normal hours! Concession prices arent unreasonable either.

Saw the movie Overcomer, the prices were high however the theater was beautiful and the seating was very comfortable.The movie was excellent.

There is no reason why you can not have your showtimes listed on the automated process. Like every other theater ever does!

Went on a rainy Sunday afternoon and they only had 2 registers open to handle a full parking lot. Clearly not planning ahead. Bathrooms were pretty gross but the actual theater was fine.

The 5 dollar Tuesday is a great deal, decided to take the kids somewhere on the days that Im off. Toy Story 4 was ok, it was slow,. The theater was not busy at all. I liked that.

Really enjoy our time here at the AMC. The manager was awesome. Was having trouble with our point system and he reimbursed me and my husband a free movie. I am so grateful because he didnt have to do that. We will definitely be coming back to revisit as we do every Friday on our date night. We go to different theaters but mainly we visit the AMC High Point and Greensboro area.

I love this theater because it is tucked away in an unassuming area of town. You would never guess there was a movie theater back there.Its a first run theater so you can watch all the latest box office hits. I gave it only four stars because it could use an update on the interior (and seats) which is a little dated. Other than that it was a nice experience. Would recommend.

Prices have gone up on this theatre recently. from 5.99 to 8.50 for evening shows. There is no noticeable upgrades to the theater auditoriums to justify the price increase. I guess the 5.99 price was not sustainable long term. Avoid auditorium 1 if you can when picking a movie. The sound was only coming out of the center and left channel. The surround speakers were not working. Right now Dumbo is playing in auditorium 1.At 8.50 you are better off traveling to AMC 8 in High Point and pay 8.99. At High Point you get leather heated recliner seats and a full bar. Why pay 8.50 for AMC Classic which is a value brand theatre, when you can go to a full AMC like the High Point location.

Nasty place. Movie sound was loud soft loud soft. Projection was bigger than the screen. Then when movie was over, the bathrooms were closed.I wont be back.

These people show the newest movies for a very fair price. I don’t-do Fandango any longer, because I had to wait in line to verify I bought a ticket on line. Why pay a service fee and still wait in long lines. People are friendly and show time are many. The parking lot has plenty of room and well lite.
