Worked with Andy on purchasing a Pino painting and he was a pleasure to deal with. My interaction was by phone as I live in NJ but I discovered his studio as they are the featured art gallery on Pinos website.First, I found Andy quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Through numerous calls, he took his time with me, explaining the differences of a regular print versus an embellished print, provided me with different options whether I wanted the painting framed or not, and provided me with an amazing price. Framing is expensive - whether you go to the teenagers at your big box craft store or to a professional frame shop. I have been going to The Art Shop for over ten years - because I know there will never be an expensive mistake. The professionals at The Art Shop use conservation techniques and materials to insure that your pieces wont end up with foxing or deterioration years later. They are also incredibly talented - they suggest framing treatments that I never would have thought of, and the results always exceed my expectations. With their cleaning and refinishing, a so-so oil painting became one of the favorite pieces in our familys collection. I would not trust my art to any place else - because I still love the results long after I have forgotten what I spent on the framing.

These guys know framing. They created a work of art for our childrens christening gown and ,also, for a signed MLB jersey. I wanted to have two prints custom framed but didnt want to go to a box store to have it done. A family member suggested The Art Shop and I am very glad I stopped by. Even though I was quoted a ready to pick up date of September 21, the prints werent ready until Oct 1 and thats mainly the only complaint I have of my experience. Everything else was great!
