I would recommend a visit to GreenHill to anyone. Its the place to connect with North Carolina art, no matter what your experience level. Lots of really fun and free events, artist talks, gallery openings, etc. If you have kids, they will love making art in the studios! If you are looking for locally handmade gifts, this is the place to go. You can easily spend hours here.There was a very cool interactive dance performance that was associated with a past exhibition at GreenHill. It was a really special night and one-of-a-kind. The art studio for kids is lots of fun and we even made a new friend. Love the ability for them to explore different art forms and have it all at their disposal. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was very organized and a fun afternoon.

This is a great place to bring kids. In the studios, people are free to explore their creativity.

I attended a live Dance Production and was able to view the exhibits available. They were interesting , creative and provoked conversation.

GreenHill is a wonderful gallery and learning space. Their rotating gallery exhibits are unique and fantastic with a large space and a lot of variety from local and national artists. They also have family learning programs, events, art camps, and a shop. You can get 10% off any art purchase with a membership. Love the friendly, high-class atmosphere!

Really neat place to take the kids. Lots of art activities available for you and your kid. The biggest plus is you dont have to worry about cleaning paint off of every square inch of your house!

We always enjoy going to the Green Hill gallery. Theres always an interesting show and the gallery shop has artistic gifts for sale. I like seeing so much work by NC artists, too.

Ive loved Art Quest and the Greenhill Gallery since my son was little. Hes now 18. its the best.

Downtown Greensboro First Fridays. Lots of free, local fun.

I love how Greenhill has so much to offer to a diverse age range and interest. I live out of town, but I try to attend most exhibitions. I have two young children and I love taking them to Art Quest (& they love it too). The gift shop always has something if you are looking for a unique handmade gift. I highly recommend checking out Greenhill if you havent.

Great family fun and cultural exposure. We enjoy all the exhibits, especially the interactive ones. ArtQuest is great!

Every Wednesday from 5:30 pm -7:00 pm Artquest offers family night and admission is free. I have been coming here now for alittle over 2 years with my little one and it never gets old. Kids as well as adults get to sit down in a world of creativity where you can paint, mold clay, work on various projects as well as a play area for kids to play with blocks and a stage for a puppet show. The best part is the fact that your creations are free to take home. For anyone with kids who enjoys the world of art and an imagination to paint: Artquest is your canvas waiting to happen.
