Bathrooms are yucky but other than that a good experience. Be mindful of who you befriend. Some homeless travel from campground to campground. No cell service access.

Great location. The official campground is kind of cramped and miserable. I slept in my car, at the trailhead parking lot for the Santa Lucia Trail.
