Recently took our kids for their first visit! Have to say place was clean and our kids had a blast. Due to covid we where pretty much the only people the place for lunch on a Saturday. If your looking for a non crowded place to get kids out of the house this is the place to go. We will be going back!

Had my sons 4th birthday here and you can tell they do a lot of birthdays! Surprisingly well organized and clean. Very nice staff, even if they are mostly kids themselves.Good selection of games, pizza came out hot n tasty. Get the stuffed crust. Everyone had a great time. Well done.

We went to Chuck e Cheese Grapevine Mills as a last minute party idea for my son turning 8. We were not sure how it would be with all this Covid stuff. I have a medical exemption and cannot wear a mask. The staff was beyond helpful and nice to us...especially Nicole! I was sad to see how empty they were because of Covid but this family will for sure be returning a lot more to this location.

Hosted my sons 5th birthday at this location. The staff was so far beyond what I could have expected or asked for! Our helper was attentive and helpful. He was polite and very interactive with the kids. It was great! This location is a 5 star experience all the way. However, the company itself needs to take a better look at their offering. The food costs are astounding for what you get. The packages are pricey as well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As I was a Chuck E kid when I was younger, it was good to be in his house again. Even though the mouse I ran with is gone and it looks like his son Chuck E Cheese II is carrying on the family tradition, I still had fun while I waited for my carry out pizza. It was very tasty and delicious.

Took my wife, and my daughter there today, and I was very impressed with the entire process they take to make sure that the safety of their Customers is always first. Thank You to The Manager for being kind to my family today. Look forward to returning to your location soon.Thank You.

We come to this place often, the place is very clean and they change out games all the time! In addition, the food is AWESOME! We really enjoy the staff here, they are friendly and accommodating.

The kinds always have a wonderful time in Chuck E Cheese. The pizza was good to and the service was not bad.

My kids love this place and while I was reluctant to take them, I ended up having an enjoyable time myself! I like that you can pay for a set period of time - makes it easier to tell the kids that its time to go! The place is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a pizza and it was very tasty too.

Great place for the kids. Just a little to crowded for them to actually play. Suggest the weekdays instead of the weekend. Pizza is also alright. Not the best but they doing a good job.

We went here several time last summer (2019) and every time was a good experience. Its very fun, there are prizes, an arcade. A place for little and big kids.

We love going to this chuck e cheese. Even on the weekends its not super packed. The pizza is good. Staff is friendly, especially Jacob! My only improvement for them would be more staff, they seem to be stretched thin.

Good place for kids. There are many different games and fun activities here. Kids can enjoy.In fact grown ups also become kid here. You can play video games, throw balls and lot more. Food it also good and not that costly. You can have pizza.Main fun is Chuck himself. You can collect ticket and latter get small gifts from those.It is a great place to have kids birthday and other parties. The service is great. You dont need to worry about anything. They are pro in celebrating birthdays.Only disadvantage is it is too crowded. Sometime you make see long lines for games or wait time.

An awesome time, my little brother had his birthday party there and the hostess Lindsay was wonderful and made the experience just that much better! Would absolutely suggest it to my friends for a bday party.

This is an excellent Chuck-E-Cheese. It is very clean and it always smells good, which is a hard thing for a kids place. They also have excellent coupons and if you go on the weekday there is nobody there. We also had my sons birthday party here and the staff went out of their way to make it absolutely perfect. This is the only Chuck-E-Cheese I go to.

Great place and the staff is fantastic except for a couple managers. Also the games are up-to-date (the games at Lewisville are old and never seem to change or get updated). The prizes are great at times and okay at other times. Overall, very solid Chuck E. Cheeses.

They have a wonderful staff thats very helpful...we had a BLAST! Highly recommend for a kids getaway.

Pizza was pretty good. Some kids seemed frightened which was cool!

This was a very clean and nice place. All the games were working and were great for little ones. My only dislike was really just not as many games as the one in Irving. This one was alot smaller. Plus side though, and maybe be why I choose this one over the Irving one, they have a color photo booth and it was amazing. We got a ton of really cute pictures and theyre great quality!

Love taking my kids here so they can have some fun but not only them i have fun as well! its a win win!!

We had a great time here!!! It was way cleaner than I expected for a place like this. We went on a Monday night, so it was pretty empty and we had great service. There was always someone to help us and food came out quickly. My kids particularly liked the fun house and went about 10 times. The Chuck E. Cheese mascot came out and was great with the kids as well.Lastly, special shout out to Kennedy who was working tonight and went to special lengths to make my kids happy. She took care of everything we needed and was great with the kids the whole time. Thanks, Kennedy!

Nice clean fun place, but will not be going back . Our credit card was swiped an extra time for someone other than us, when we noticed it on our statement and called we were first told to bad it’s your card so it’s your bill! Called corporate and basically got no help at all. I understand mistakes happen but to not stand behind your customers is just sad . My credit card company says I have to cancel the card because it is fraud , too bad , big hassle that could have been resolved .So 2 weeks later and corporate refuses to refund the extra amount I was charged , all I can say is watch your credit card at this location and ... Chuck E Cheese does not stand behind their customers ! Shocking to me but I will never go to any Chuck E Cheese now again !

Pleasantly surprised by our visit today for a friends birthday party. Ive been to many locations but this was the cleanest Ive ever seen one. The A/C was keeping up with all the bodies running around, the staff was accommodating and available. Id love to see more allergen-free foods available but I understand the reality of catering to the numbers.

They have really great pizza that you can have it to go

Something good has recently happened at this location. The pizza comes out in a timely manner (previously the wait was too long). Pizza is always good. Games are greasy but that is expected.

Go on a weeknight!! You wont be sorry. We had the whole place to ourselves. It was amazing!

Kids loved it. I haven’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in 20 years and man has it changed for the better. I like the all you can play for 30 minutes. Also the games are very kiddish it so it’s easy for them to play without your help which is nice.

Been a while since I had been to Chuck E Cheese. Its terrible. The value is ridiculous. WAY too expensive. And the value for the games is not good. You have to scan some card in order to play and the scanning system takes FOREVER. Better to go to Round One. Way better value for the money.

Was not a fun experience eating here. The place was full with hardly any workers so we had to wait an hour and thirty minutes for a simple large pepperoni pizza. I dont blame the staff at all, but the management needs to be better instead of having only a couple of workers on a Saturday morning.

My sons liked the maze which I did not find in other locations near me. Our most favorite was striking the clown. People there are nice as well. I recommend this place.

My girl had a great time celebrating her birthday, but prices have skyrocketed!

Watch your credit card! I was there last Saturday for a fun family treat and had a good time but a shift manager named Derek swipes our card twice. Once for us and another for cash or whatever. Didn’t find out until we got our credit card statement later in the week Keep a watchful eye!

Went with my 3 year old granddaughter for a birthday party. It was at 10 a.m so we had the place to ourselves. This location was clean, the hostess was very attentive and every other staff member was friendly. The kiddos had a blast!

The pizza is way over priced for how bad it is. Its not even decent, tastes like cheap cheese on cardboard. Us parents shouldnt have to endure the rowdy kids yelling and screaming and noises from all the games and not have good food to eat while sitting there while the kids are playing. I refuse to buy any food. I will wait till I leave and order Dominos or Papa Johns online and pick it up on the way home. I would rather buy Totinos, Tonys, or store brand frozen pizzas. Sorry, it will have to be a company wide change to get 5 stars due to the food supplier and all stores using the same supplier.

This venue was absolutely fantastic on Sunday! We attended our first ever sensory sensitive day with Chuck E. Cheese and while we were the only guests there, the staff did was incredibly welcoming and did not make us feel like a bother in the slightest. My daughter was just recently diagnosed with Autism and as we begin to navigate this new path events like this truly mean the world to our little family. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories!

The pizza is yuck but the salad bar is okay. My son loves meeting new friends I just hated when parents teach their children to be bullies that things end in arguments.

The kids love it here. The staff are accommodating. You feel safe. Theres plenty for everyone to do. We had a party and every last detail was seen to!

This place is big time scammer. Half of their game station non-working but works to take your points($) away...seriously. Who know its technical or intentional tweaks to drain your card points ultimately money. When I asked it took 3 points out of my card since I tried 3 time hoping that it might work but agent came and activate game for one time. At the time of redeem tickets, out of 6 machine only two was working and wasted almost 1 hour in line.....Anyways...long story short not a good place and worth for your money......If management doesnt change.....RIP Chuck E Cheese.... money and time draining...disgusting place....

Amazing place to be with kids. They go crazy here with all the games and the Chuck e cheeses character Chucky. Holidays are around the corner, grab you kids and be at chuck e cheese and spend hours there. Kids will love it

Kids had a great time playing. Getting used to Chuck E Cheese coming out and dancing and doing tickets. Always see birthday parties going on. The one thing I can say it that their counter service is always lacking. We go 2-3 times per month and always have to wait and search for people to help us.

Bad service, I have been in other Chuck E Cheese and are great, not this one. No soft drinks, bad service, not clean.

Theres a lot of fun my grandsons 5th birthday we had a lot of people there and some kids that pee goes to school with so it was a very fun afternoon we spent almost four hours there the piece was awesome thank you very much

Not that Im a big fan of this place in general, but this one is pretty bad. Food is horrid and the machines dont work most of the time.

Large cheese pizza was extremely oily, received boneless wings when we asked for bone in which took 25 minutes longer to redo because manager didnt put in sustem right, and the manager had a hard time trying to activate point bracelets because he is new at this location so that took another 20 minutes so I guess poor training.. truly a downgrade from other locations which is a shame because it used to be way better..

Very calm location not overly crowded.

Pro: Bigger than the Lewisville location. Con: They need to find someone who can at least do the mascots job without a bad attitude. Not only was the mascot visibly impatient with an employee in front of the kids, but the person also threw up the tickets like they were angry and even skipped out on the dance routine. A very unwelcoming attitude from Mr. Chuck E. Cheese.

Had my daughters birthday party here and it was disappointing.. came in early to be able to welcome the kids and parents but they let me wait for a good 15min at the entrance.. then I come to my daughters table and the benches are all ditty and I had to wipe them myself as they didnt even care about cleaning... Kids started to come and they didnt have their stuff ready.. no play cards etc.. and when the food time came they took forever to bring the pizza for the parents Ive preciously ordered... And going to a funeral would be more upbeat than the servers dancing the happy birthday thing .

Really stupid and the managers excuse is the warehouse is out. Shut the front door, go get some boxes from the store if you know your out. Do your job

It was really nicer then the others Ive been too. Unfortunately our host was not enjoyable. She was late to my sons bday party. She didnt do any of the extras.

I went to spend some time with my kids. It was much cleaner than others weve visited. I also went on a Wednesday at 4 pm when it was not packed. I actually saw an employee doing checks on games to see if they worked. Thats appreciated.

Its a fun place but some of the people that bring their kids dont even watch them. Allowing the bigger kids to push down the smaller ones to play what they want to play.

Normally the staff is outstanding but today it was lackluster. Especially considering that due to the weather we took my son to Chuck E Cheese instead of trick or treating. Whoever was suppose to be Chuck E needs to be reminded that the kids come to see him. And if he doesn’t perform or comes out in a craptastic show then then that’s a disappointment to the kids which will in turn affect business. Do better Grapevine, you’ve impressed us with your outstanding service when we had his birthday party in August and we want to come back, so let’s get it together.

Love this chucky cheese the only issue is they dont fill the tickets enough and my kids kept losing out on tickets

We had an awesome time. Its the best place for a childs birthday party. They take care of everything. This year was our second years for a party and Im sure well be going back.

Clean and of course the kids love it.

Dirty, broken machines and understaffed. Manager and maintenance guy hiding in back instead of cleaning. They finally came out ten minutes after I told a worker, looked at the tables and walked to the back . Poor training, fire the whole crew
