Beautiful and clean place to spend time with family. So many playgrounds with well maintained areas for kids to play. My son enjoyed his time playing there. Another excellent thing is ,they have restrooms on the spot kept nice and clean. So many open parking spaces. Great place to spend time during summer. Just park your car and walk to the water. They have few sandy beaches, which is excellent for summer time. Also boat ramps and fishing areas . Definitely recommend this place for family gatherings, picnics and swimming.

This place is very nice. It is good place for a day outing with family and friends. It has got kids play area. We can swim in the water. Nice picnic place. Love this place.

First time visit with my six year old son and it was BEAUTIFUL! The beach was niece there was a play ground and plenty of space to BBQ, have a picnic or play games with family. We will definitely be back

This is great for the whole family, a small playground, real sand beach swim area., its clean, plenty of picnic tables and life jackets available for anyone to use.

Very nice park for familys. Covered picnic areas. As well plenty of room to set up your own shaded canopy and bbq area. Plenty of places to swim. Only down fall is it cost money to enter. Fishing wasnt good either.

Very nice family place, there are picnic tables, grills, playground for the kids, a little beach area and some fishing spots, they charge 5 dollar for parking, you can coveniently pay with cc or debit at the entrance self serve station

Used to be perfect, now theres pay for parking. Understandable, if it keeps the park clean. A great place for family or friends to enjoy the water.

Now is $5 per car but it looks cleaner and is such a good place to be relax and have fun with the family or friends.

Cleaned, maintained, perfect point for family, fishing, surfing, boating and so much more fun. Love that place

Great little gem in Grapevine which gives near-360 degree views of the lake. It is near the eastern end. Cool place to plan a family gathering or just have some fun.

Its so green!!! Very relaxing area. I saw people with boats. Theres a playground for the kids. Great place to relax and unwind.

Great little park, but easily taken over by rude teens that leave trash in their wake. Starting to see a higher motor officer presence. Few days ago was 3 thay road their harleys in to check compliance.

This is a great little spot to bring the kiddos and the pets. kind of a neighborhood run and alot of back roads to get there, but quiet little spot. Was there 2 years ago and it has certainly changed a bit. there is a free boat ramp and a little dock for boarding passengers or to let your kiddos fish off of. Park is still in great condition for the kiddos to run amuk. It even has a look out that you can safely climb to get a better view of the property and the island. Picnic tables are not doing well. There were less than 1/2 dozen left even though the awning remains in place for them. I imagine this is from recent flooding. There are poles for free and RETURNABLE life vests in a great variety of sizes. plenty of parking. I didnt see a lot of grills readily available. they used to have a sandy beach at this location...I think the lake may still be up a bit because if you walked a short distance into the water past the gravel you could feel the sandy shoal. Bathrooms were very usable, single person facilities. soap, toilet paper, and sanitizer were all present! Have a great time!

Weve come here a few times and loved it. Its clean, has picnic areas, playground shady places and its free! Perfect for family get togethers and bbqs!

It is very well kept clean ithe playground and the beach area was well well kept and cleaned as well and my kids enjoyed it and I did too as myself

Nice clean park with playground, porta potties, tables, kayak rentals, boat launch. I do some bank fishing here and manage to catch bass. Many of the neighbors come here to jog and walk their dogs. Good safe family park. Recommend!

Good little park to swim. Has a fun play structure. Con- not enough seating at play area. Come early to stake out a picnic bench or you are out of luck.

Port a potty was severely neglected, but we had a great time here. Not crowded at all.

This park is awesome! It has everything! Playground, picnic tables BBQ grills and fishing spots as well as the boat ramp! And to top it off there wasnt an entry fee!

This is a great park, but currently closed due to high water. You cannot even walk into this park at the moment. :(

It is an excellent park beside graphvine lake. You can get great lake view and cold breeze during hot summers.It has kids play area and it is nicely located little far from lake shore. You may select to do BBQ and have nice day with your friends and family.

Come here in the morning. You barely know youre in DFW, its so peaceful! Nice playground and even a small beach area. Shaded picnic benches too.

Great spot! Restrooms are clean and have a working flush. The park is well kept along with the shore line. They have tables, grills, life jackets, and trash cans available to the public.

What made this special is the kayaking experience we had. We booked a kayak and went same day. Our whole family went, then enjoyed swimming. After that, we went to the playground and dried off. Fun times.

This is my best kept secret in the area. I go here for relaxation and the great water views. My husband fishes here and loves it. I love to walk here as well. There are many trails for walking.

A great view of lake Grapevine at this park. Two boat ramps for Lake access. A childs playground and area for swimming. Newly remodeled tables with awning covers. Public grills for use.They even have a public use life jackets that are stored on a tree in the middle.Overall a good place to see the lake and enjoy a picnic or family outing.My request as a nearby resident is you take care of our nice park by keeping it clean and returning light life jackets where they belong.Also be careful no lifeguards on duty. Also please keep your dogs on a leash for the safety of others.

I went there just for a picnic with a view with my wife and kids. I thought it was really nice and I hope to go back. I dont think its an unknown spot anymore, there was a crowd considering its small size.

We had a great day at this lake park.

This is a great lakeside park to hang out on a weekend afternoon. Theres lots of boats hanging around nearby, but I believe the boat launch at this park is closed. Theres a small beach (made of rocks, not sand) that you can walk/sit on.

Place is ok for picnics. Beach is so so. Restrooms were closed and portable toilet was nasty! Doesn’t have trails. I prefer Lake Park in Lewisville!

We love this hidden gem. Its no cost to get in and because its a little out of the way its not very crowded. The only downfall is there isnt much of a beach area, but honestly I dont care enough to seek out a different location
