Awesome that granite is doing small events for the community. It was great I know I seen at least 3 or 4 generation of Granite citiens together enjoying some good rock and roll in the park no one was concerned about if u were homeless or not or had money or not. Its nice when the barriers of status quo are risen above and people sociallize with respect and not judgment. It is possible for community to change in fact one of the guarantees in life is change. Anyway I actually had a good comfortable time in Granite with everyone. I look forward to the next few Wednesdays.

Nice place. We were here for a market festival. Those are always nice. Keep eyes on the paper for those. The restaurants and stores around here are friendly, too.

Nice little triangle of greenery in middle of downtown. Benches and picnic tables, shade trees. No water or restroom. Enjoyed the start of Wednesday evening band performances

My fiances boss and his band played here Wednesday evening and it was really nice. The park is clean has picnic tables, shade...it turned out great.

A nicely maintained downtown park. They have evening concerts during the summer.

Love the Melting Pot Market. They also have some live music which is cool. I have been to park before when our church was having a park event with music as well and it was nice. I have even had a personal picnic there before. Nice place to be. Found a few painted rocks also. Love that!

The little park there looks pretty nice in downtown granite only one problem them big old flower pots they put in the middle of the road look big and kind of gaudy

Good to spend some spare time , very small but clean , no place for kids to play .

Great park for events

Great food , great music, great weather. Its really good to see our community come out to support our vendors and experience the positive changes happening in downtown Granite City.
