Children have so much fun chucke cheese general manager everything so easily was so excited that when we came in so thats the whole rundown was absolute fantastic... The staff also was great just as well they had everything that we needed hand sanitizer.. Marked off tables for us.. We will be coming back soon when they reopen...

The restaurant was very clean and all the games where in working order. The general manager Rob was there and is was very amazing and was helping out in all areas . The pizza was awesome . My daughter and grandson had a blast.

Fantastic place for kids and immature adults like myself. The food over the years has changed for a more healthy menu and that is sad because they used to have a good variety. I still like their pizza even though you dont get much for what you pay for like in the years past. Overall, its a good place to take the family. The kids really enjoyed playing the games and they loved the pizza however the food quality isnt the best. The pizza is edible but not that good. Overall everyone had a great time and the staff was very friendly even though the pizza wasnt the greatest tasting.

Great arcade, great fun! Staff is super friendly, food is excellent, dining area very clean. Great selection of arcade games, especially love buying minutes instead of tokens, that makes for much more fun for the little ones. My children absolutely love coming here!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my first time ever bringing my son here. Its a very secure place and they stamp you and your little ones to make sure no one else can take your child out.

There for a birthday party. Food was good. I like the unlimited play by the hour. Staff was good. I wish play could be paused for the birthday packages as well.

Our trip here was great! The games were clean and the food was good. I only gave it four stars because almost all the staff wasnt friendly. There was one young woman who I have to say went above and beyond her job to make our visit great! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was absolutely amazing. We will be back for sure!

My kids love playing the games. We went to support my kids school fundraiser. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a personal pan deluxe. Always comes hot out of the oven. Spent a good two hours there; between eating playing the games and picking out prizes. They had a blast. I did use several coupons and all kids got about 39 tokens to play each. So it was very well spent. Would love to come back.

I have taken my two boys (3 & 5) to this location several times. We even hosted the big’s birthday here in April.Best advice: go early. We held a 10a birthday party and go on Saturday AMs to avoid the chaos. It’s also super clean and fairly quiet during this time.I appreciate the staff and their friendliness towards my kiddos.We really love the play all you want feature that comes with a time limit. You can also pause the timer for breaks and turn minutes into points if you don’t use the whole time. #superawesomeMy favorite part: the pizza and other food choices are delicious!!

Went here for my nieces birthday party over all it was ok. The pizza wasnt the greatest but the boneless wings were good and the service was good for how busy it was. Kids had a blast though!

The games were fun, enjoyed the card loading option rather than the tokens; however filthy inside... Many employees walking around but many of the tables were not serviced and full of garbage... Heck even seen one employee playing games with towels and spray bottle and towel hanging from his pockets REALLY

Not what it was when I was a kid. The atmosphere is not inviting or colorful for the kids. Plain walls with all the games in the middle of a big white room. The games are made for older kids and there is little to do for the younger children. Employee in the costume clearly hates his job as well.

On Fri., August 02, 2019: It would have been much more enjoyable had their restrooms had been operable. After paying around $90.00 for everything around 3:45pm, we found out around 4:45pm the three (3) grandchildren and great grandchildren who are boys had to use the bathroom. We were then told that the restrooms were closed amd were being attended by the plumbing service. We were told to go to a nearby business called Golf ______ and use the restroom. Tried speaking with one of the managers which were female, trying to come some type of resolution for a discount if some sort. That was to no avail. I overheard one of the workers tell another patron that the restrooms were out of order since earlier in rhe day. There was not a plumbing service truck or van in the parking lot.Im the great grandmother and had to leave around 5:00pm. The grandmother stayed with the children. She said that the mens restroom was opened shortly after my deparature and the smell was behind awful.The restaurant/ establishment should have been shutdown or closed until the restrooms were in decent working order, period. Very unsanitary!!!!!!!!!!! And no one should have been allowed to come inside and certainly not pay for services without having working restrooms. Then have the audacity to tell someone to go to another business to use theirs.The Kentwood or Grand Rapids Health department should have been notified immediately!!!!!!

Love the new time option. We come during the week when it first opens and it is not very crowded!

My granddaughter had a blast for 3hrs. She dont care about no games until she see Chuck E Cheese. Her favorite place to be.

Pizza is not bad. Selection of games is really oriented for smaller children though. Fun, but not as enjoyable for kids over 9 or 10 years old.

Had a decently large birthday here. Our party coordinator ETHAN was amazing! He was on top of everything, and when the kitchen got backed up he went back and personally made our pizza. Everything worked out great. The stress on myself was very very minimal, the kids had so much fun! Thank you so much Ethan, excited for our next visit and some amazingly delicious hand made (not recycled) pizza!

Fun for kids, but very dirty everywhere. All the games need to be replaced or updated about one in ten kept breaking and then had to wait at game for someone to come fix.

I’ve worked here before and it was really fun for my first job. It was pretty cool to have all the kids see Chuck E. And scream for him. It’s just a heart warming

A bit small from other locations but my kids had a blast! We came for a potty training reward! They loved it! If ever um in town again I will surely stop in and play!

The week night manager was amazing. He was helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to make our visit there enjoyable. The games and rides were clean but the carpet was pretty sticky. The bathrooms were clean and the food was good. My family of five on average spends about 60 dollars there when we do games and food.

Pizza here has gotten way better! Lots of games and fun for kids and for us adults as well! Only downside is the bathroom had a weird odor and no soap was available. But had a great time with the kids!

It was good I was here for a birthday party. It was alright but what made this good was the host we got. He was so hot. Like I could not stop staring at him! So he made the experience much more better. I’ll be back soon Carlos!

The staff was somewhat nice but not informative. The manager was very helpful and very nice. Not the most pleasant experience and very expensive. There are other. Things you can do with kids that are more affordable. The salad bar was ok, pizza was not the very good. I liked the fact that when my nephew lost his play card they were able to replace it quickly.

Horrible customer service. Dont recommend having a birthday party here. Spent $200 and they still tried tacking $40 of additional items I didnt order. The manager Robert is very unprofessional and mentally unstable. He fired our host on the spot for not telling us about a charge and accused her of stealing from his store. Will never go back!

Amazing party at Chuck E. Cheese! We hosted my kiddos 8th birthday party here on Saturday, September 21, and had a stellar experience. The staff were all so friendly and totally on top of things. They were nice to the kids and super attentive to the grown ups. Anytime I needed anything at all - extra napkins, birthday candles, bags - I had it within 2 minutes. Staff hosts constantly circulated through the area to check on us without being overbearing or pushy. Pizza and lemonade were very tasty! We brought our own cake, but CEC provided birthday candles and a cutter. I could go on and on about what a great time we had there. Kids of course all had an amazing time. The Mega Star Package is the only way to go. Kids loved the limitless game time, huge goodie bags and other freebies. Birthday boy had so many tickets by the end he was able to get a big gumball machine - perfect end to a perfect day. Chuck e Cheese, you have come a looooong way from my 80s childhood. Thanks for making our day such a great one. Well definitely be back, maybe for the big No. 9 next year!

Its a Chuck E Cheese so there are kid arcade games which is to be expected. No climbing things and a few kids rides. The low star rating is primarily for the poor customer service. There were 6 associates at the counter and only 1 greeted me then 1 other took my order. It continued like that in terms of level of friendliness with the associates. Even the Chuck E Cheese guy was not engaging with the kids and seemed oblivious that kids wanted to say hi.

My 5 Y.O. had fun and would give it 5 stars, 3 stars from me. In general it was clean and kept in working order. Our food was good save for the fries and salad bar. I wish they had more arcade type games instead of the ticket dispensing ones, I could get better deals from a gumball type machine. One kiddy ride that I paid for failed after a few seconds and the staff said they would look into it maybe with about as little concern as possible and no offer to square it up. And they really really need hand sanitizer!

They definitely need to expand considering the amount of people they may have in there at one time. The concept and layout are pretty much the same from 30 years ago!! A change is needed. Put the money made back into the franchise.

This location is a smaller one, which is fine because we had two babies under 2 there. The day was very hot however (90+degrees) and it was apparent that the air conditioning was not on. Also, the salad bar did not look maintained regularly as I am used to. Parents who frequent CEC know that they have a very decent salad bar and pizza selection. It wasnt an appealing environment , so we elected to eat when we left. The games/rides were all in working order, however, so we did stay for an hour for the kids.

I am not fond of this location. Its dirty and not well kept. Every time I have ordered pizza here I have gotten food poisoning. It used to be a wonderful location a few years ago. Not sure what happened.

The food and salad bar was delicious. The reataurant and bathrooms need to be up kept a lot better. The bathroom was quite dirty. Trash cans need to be emptied more often.

We have had a party there for 3 years and received excellent service every time and the reason we keep coming back. Our host this year was absolutely wonderful. 10 stars and was so attentive to our party. Jayelin was incredible!!!!

Fantastic costumer service. The man at the counter have us excellent guidance about how many coins would work for us and helped or son with picking prizes. We did the buffet and it had fantastic BBQ chicken pizza but there had not been many choices of items. The games and music were perfect for a 4 year old.

Stamp your partys hand with a black light # to ensure all are accounted for when you leave. Go to website when you go in, to get online coupons for a discount on pricing. For $12 got a time card with either 45 minutes of unlimited game usage during that 45 min, or 45 credits. Most games/rides cost 1 or 2 credits, we opted for the points and was there for an hour and spent 23 of the 45 points with a 2 year old. Worker presence was non-existant, children climbing up and on top of every arcade game, ride, or anything else touching the ground. Parents just let the kids do anything they want, no supervision. Not much selection of games to play. 2/5 stars.

Over priced pizza, but it was fresh. The staff was very nice. The facility was pretty clean. Kids has a great time.

Came in about 6:30pm on Sunday nite. Was not busy. Order placed. Two & four yr old started playing right away. Our order came fairly soon but there was an error, so they did it over. We had a lot of leftovers! The kids had a great time, so did the adults! The food was great, facility was clean. We left at 9pm and wait staff was disinfecting games, handles, seat, tables. I would recommend!

After we checked in it took them forever to take our order and no one else was checking in either. The guy at the order stand was busy doing something else and didnt even acknowledge that the 5 of us were standing waiting to order and start celebrating my grand daughters 4 birthday very disappointed

Appeared to be very understaffed. I was in line for 10 minutes before it was my turn, then the cashier just walked. He said nothing. About 5 minutes later he came back and took my order. 34 minutes after we sat down our pepperoni pizza was finally ready. I would like to think that if there was going to be an extended wait on pizza they would at least had the courtesy to inform you.Only one employee acted like they even wanted to be there. One employee walked by us and into the kitchen and said nothin like working with a bunch of damn kids.

Location was fairly clean, for only having maybe 4 groups of people in there, I saw not including who was in kitchen 5 associates and 2 managers. Trash cans were over flowing and lots of tables were dirty and not wiped. When Chuck E came out he was the most un interactive Chuck I have ever seen. Barely waved, threw tickets in the air and left. Games were in good working order and the girl at the prize counter when we were leaving was very nice to my son and helpful and patient as he used his tickets. Being a retail manager I am shocked the 2 managers that were talking at one of the tables when we came in didnt have people cleaning the trash cans, dirty, sticky drink area or spending time detail cleaning booths from smeared sauce on walls instead some of them were playing skee ball.We will go back to the Walker location

Went at noon on Sunday so not terribly busy. Read previous reviews and was hesitant about cleanliness and games being out of order, but all games were working (although a few were out of tickets) and the floor area was clean. The bathroom was filthy but someone was just going in to clean so at least they were on it. All associated were friendly except the girl at ticket redemption. She must hate her job or kids because she sure did not want to be there. All in all good afternoon for kid fun, no reason for event, kids wanted to play.
