Went here for an early dinner and was very pleased. Great food and service although getting the food took a bit longer than I wouldve liked. Friendly servers are always appreciated and they kept my ice tea glass refilled consistently. Take this place for what it is- a great neighborhood bar & grill. The owner was helping to bartender and he was super friendly. We had the wings & tater tots which were great. Fun atmosphere for watching games.

Everytime we come we have an amazing time. To the views, hospitality with heated seats, delicious buttery popcorn, yummy little sliders that get delivered to your seats; along with a nice lovely set up outside.

First experience here was during COVID for an outdoor showing, but it was awesome! What a fun idea and great to do something “normal” again like seeing a movie. Definitely want to come back for more.

This is a really nice theater right in the heart of downtown! Validated 3 hour parking immediately to the side of the building. Heated recliner seats with adjustable temps and they also have a tray attached to every seat. The staff were friendly at both the ticket counter and the concession stands. I definitely recommend coming here!

What a great theater! I hope they continue to keep it clean! If you are seeing a hit movie, I recommend finding a showtime in theater 1! It is such a big screen and I really enjoyed the recliners (the recliners are in all the theaters, along with a select few of non reclining seats). The prices are a bit high, but that’s all movie theaters these days. The food was great, we had the cheeseburger sliders with fries. They even delivered them to our seats. They will deliver food to you, free of charge, as long as you come within 20 minutes of your showtime. You also get free 4 hour Parking at the ramp if you validate your ticket when you purchase your movie tickets. I would highly recommend coming to this theater over any of the other celebration locations!

I had heard rave reviews about this theater. My experience did not match up with what I was told. We arrived 30 minutes before the show and were unable to order food to be delivered until 20 minutes before. Of course by this time there was a very long line. My husband and I asked about the arrangement for receiving food, “How does this work? Will we have a table?” We were assured we would have a table. (They saw our tickets) Fast forward 30 minutes later, we enter the theater only to discover there are rows of typical seating, not reclining and no tables, surprise, that is where we were seated. We ordered Mac and cheese as well as a pretzel appetizer. As you can imagine, impossible to balance all that on your lap... we never even ate the pretzels. We have been at theaters that have full service and tables, so that is what we were picturing, not at all accurate. We will stick to restaurants for dinner and traditional movie theaters in the future. I truly do not understand the hype. I will say that the food was really good, but that is the only true positive.

Took the family here to see Frozen 2. We are not movie theater people but decided to check out the new theater. Everything was great about the experience. Right when you pull in to the parking ramp- each space has a light marker to let you know if the space is open, making it super easy. Found our way to the movie theater where we were greeted and directed to our seats. The seats are on a whole new level! They recline, they are heated, there is a tray for your snacks, and are very comfortable. The movie theater even validates your parking so there is no fee when leaving. We will absolutely come back and soon!

My wife and I really enjoy watching movies here! You get the recliner as well as the heat in a smaller theater that creates an awesome experience. My only complaint about the theater is the positioning of the drink station and popcorn station. It feels far to small and crowded for the size and caliber of theater that this is.

Its new, so may seem great for that reason. 9 screens. Bar. Once sat down, very comfy. Heated seats. Food brought to you. Great picture & sound. Will visit again!

A fantastic state of the art theater in the middle of Downtown GR. It offers food options well outside the usual popcorn and candy, theres a full bar with plenty of drink options, the theater seats recline and are heated, and you can get your parking validated at the nearby ramp if you show your movie ticket. All in all, the best movie-going experience in Grand Rapids.

Theater seating offers recliners, regular comfortable seats, and spacious handicap accessible viewing. All seats are wonderful views of the screen. Impressed at the ease of navigating the whole experience with a family including young children. Definitely returning again for the stellar experience!

Decided to check this place out for the first time and man was I impressed! Theres ample parking, a decent amount of screens, full bar, modern interior, and the best part is the seats in the theater. They are full leather recliners that have chair heaters in them. There is little trays that swing in so you can put your food or snacks on them too. Overall I was very happy with the choice of this theater and if youre in the downtown GR area and looking for a movie definitely check this place out.

Really neat experience! I love having a movie theater downtown and they do validate parking if you go to see a movie. They have some booze as well a decent menu for a movie theater. Everything was clean and they even bring your food to your seat if you want it. Also, the seats are recliners and heated. Will return.

I got too drunk to see the movie or anything in front of me. I like the warm seats makes everything in life better. I want to recreate my experience at home in private where no one can see me and judge me. After the movie was done, I walked back to my car and threw up. I had to leave my car overnight , cuz driving under the influence is for losers . Im not sure how no one noticed I was too wasted cuz I was walking around without shoes. Totes my bad.

Showed up a little late to the movie but was still able to get some pictures. Nice set-up, reminds me of Woodland mall entrance. You will go in thru the doors and you will buy tickets and concessions at the same time. The bar is next to the concessions, full bar with lots of options. The seats were great, most recline and come with heating option. I enjoyed the trays alot as well!Parking is free for about 4 hours at Studio Park Parking Ramp. Must bring your ticket to get validated.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this place! The parking garage provides nice spaces that you can feel comfortable leaving an expensive car in. They even validate your parking upon purchase of any movie ticket, so the parking was free.The movie theater itself was phenomenal with comfortable, reclining chairs that are even heated!I loved everything about this place, so we will be back again soon!

Great to have a movie theater downtown! It feels like something Chicago would have. The parking garage is very well lit. If youre seeing a movie, the theater will validate your parking ticket when you leave. Note that you need to bring in your parking ticket so you can do that as you leave. The theater has reclining seats as an option when you select your seats. They also have food and beverages available for purchase in addition to the typical options. My rum punch was great! They even have Happy Hour Monday through Friday.There is also a restaurant attached to the theater. Theres a separate entrance as well as entry directly off the theater lobby.

Just opened so Im prepared to go back and reevaluate in a few months...Beautiful facilities with extremely comfortable heated recliners.Not really much else to report yet as its still under construction.Parking was tricky to get to because of the construction but the ramp itself is very well lit for safety. Just remember to take your ticket in for validation.

-Movies, White Claw, Gorgeous people, well to do activities! Saw JOKER 7 times at this cinema in costume & got wasted 5 of those. It was great & the One Twenty Three bar(connected) is a Grand experience. They do Cornhole in the summer. Turfs better than grass!

I went to a show at Listening Room (venue on second floor of complex) in the Studio Park. I was under the impression that tickets for a show in the complex would warrant parking validation. When I asked the attendant outside Listening Room and the bartender inside they both stated not up here, but down at the main desk. When I went downstairs to get my parking validated I was told they only validate for movie tickets or concessions, and at Tavern One Twenty Three (restaurant adjoining the theatre), that I was wrong and mistaken. Ive always gotten wonderful service at other Celebration locations, and this was a terrible impression of this new location. For a company that sponsors the Celebrated Service Awards, this was absolutely uncharacteristic.

The location is very convenient, so long as you dont rely on the parking ramp. Entering and exiting that ramp takes forever. The screen also seemed a little small, but overall the theater is as modern as youll find in GR.

I visited Celebration Cinema and found it a little confusing regarding where to go for what. I think you can buy tickets at the concession or the customer service desk. They also verify your parking with the purchase of a ticket which is really great. I dont know if all of the theaters are the same but in the one I was in, the front few rows have reclining seats - genius!

This is a lovely addition to downtown. The theater is very comfortable. The Listening Room is also a fantastic small venue with surprisingly comfortable seating.

I was shock on how elegant it was. Very nice and clean. They sell alcohol, ID required. You have options to park either street parking or in the ramp. They do validate parking if you are watching a movie. You can use your celebration card for rewards. I came in on Saturday for a late show. They only had 3 movies to choose from. They sell appetizers similar to the other Celebration Cinema. I loved the reclining chairs. They do also offer traditional seating. I only saw two rows where handicap accessible would be. I saw The Joker. Very big screen, in the recliner you had a table that slides for your tray of food. Restroom are located in front in the lobby before you go in the theater. I didnt see other available restroom. Overall it was great. Will go back again.

Very cool to have a downtown theatre again. Comfortable recliners with heat are available. Parking was easy. Great restaurants within easy walking distance.

It was lively and fun my son enjoyed playing out In the main courtyard and we enjoyed taking pictures with all the beautiful lights around us,everyone was very friendly and I loved the heated seats in the theatre. We had an amazing time.

The theaters are nice and new and the reclining chairs are great. Parking cost is outrageous even with the theater validation. The parking structure is very poorly laid out. Almost every SUV and pickup extends far out of the spaces and bottleneck passage. We recently went down and the movie we wanted didn’t have any seats together so we left. They wouldn’t validate parking and we were charged $2 for maybe 5 min. It’s kind of a neat venue but they have to work out the kinks.

New, clean, and nice new theater multiplex. Normal Celebration prices and free parking (except we had to pay $2 because we ate at 123 Tavern and saw a movie). Our theater had heated reclining seats with mini tables and cupholders. My wife loved the heated seats and I loved the recliner feature. Well be back!

Best movie theater in grand Rapids

The food in the restaurant was great. Bar in the theater is a fun addition to the area. Performance space above the bar is cozy and good acoustics for live performances.

Clean and the theater seating was fabulous. Sound system was excellent. Pricing was normal going rate. Lots of first-rate choices.

Great place to live with movie theater and food, bar places. They host community events like Laugh Fest in the courtyard.

We had Arielle and she is SO fantastic and accommodating to my boyfriends very picky eating habits. Thank you Arielle for making the experience that much better.

The reclining / heated chairs are just amazing. Food is top notch, and they bring it to your seat! Prices really are not much more than any other Celebration Cinema. This will be my default theater now, there is no going back.

Very nice movie theater with reclining, heated seats, that are very large. They even have a swinging table at each seat, much like an old style school desk. The sound system is top notch.

My new favorite theater! Every seat is a recliner with a swivel table tray and the seats are heated! It has an attached parking garage and they validate your ticket at the concession stand.

They failed to assign seats properly and offered my date and I seats that were not next to each other. We decided not to see the movie. Who would want to not sit next to their date at a movie?
